Not sure if anyone talked about this or not... What do u all think this would hit if Q was on a real exchange? Would we dare see higher then .50 just by getting off the pinks? IMO .50 would be obtainable once off the pinks. Too many worried investors over the pink issue keep them away.

No luck for me tonight getting in chatroom. Should I blame Frank for this? Tomorrow, I feel something really good is going to happen.

after the huge volume friday, qbid now has alot more people's attention. if we get some major news before the market opens tomorrow morning, it could be huge. this is frank's chance to get a run going. so, if they currently have something like they have been claiming for the past few months, tomorrow would be a great time to release it. i just hope they dont put out a fluff pr, need something solid. tomorrow could be interesting.

Just read a post in the HOT STOCKS area, calling for 1,000% QBID increase today. That would be nice, but what are the chances. I really am impressed with what has been going on lately. No word from Rasenberger, hope she is working hard for us.

What would be the specific reason for QBID having twice as many posts than any other Stock on the Board?? Still having problem getting in to Chat Room. Ricardo

I realy doubt that we will have a 1000% run today. To many traders would be dumping as it hit their sell points. A slow steady climb is what we need. 10-15% a day for a while would be much better for us longs.

Don't see any 1000% today, that would be nice. You need a couple of good weeks where the stock continues to move up slowly. After that, then I think a 1000% pop could happen

1. A lot of supporters, who are very friendly and like to chat.
2. Some bashers, which we can't help but banter with
3. Tons to talk about regarding this stock. Always something happening, or news, or speculation. Lots of food for conversation.

Don't all shares have intrinsic value? Don't all shares effect the PPS?
Do you think a CEO can actually say, today these shares are worthless, but if and when I decide, they will become as valueable as the other shares until the market adjusts?
This doesn't make common sense to me. I believe the market adjusts to that possibility.

Here is a question I pose to you.
Am I wrong or does .38 x 49 billion = $18,620,000,000? How long do you think it will take QTN to be worth that much?
Considering that Frank has retired 1 billion shares, 2% of authorized shares. That leaves 49 billion shares. Frank has stated that QTN will be worth in excess of one billion dollars, and he also stated in 5 years, QTN may be worth 5 billion dollars. He compared it to BET sale price. 5 billion dollars divided by 49billion shares = .102. Am I missing something?
At .003 QTN is worth $147,000,000, and yes, I suspect under valued.
I'll be very happy with .05, heck even .025! I'll probably continue to hold some after .07.
DZ
Yes! You're missing one little thing. Authorised means nothing! Outstanding is the number that concerns most people (approx 9 billion) and Frank is reducing that!

True to a certain extent. But also all values can change. You are assuming that the value of the company will stay fixed as shares are issued. If your going to assume that all shares will be issued over time then you also must assume valuation of the company will change also. So then it becomes more difficult to figure on such a basic model as presented. Saying that though, most believe that the unused A/s will never be used and as long as that happens then there is no effect on market cap. There is never a set future valuation because you never know what future events can hold.
But no matter what, pps and Market Cap. is determined by O/S not A/S. You can also say that pps is even more influenced by float. A/S never determines pps but yes it can effect it by causing a increased risk factor only.

good morning family. looks like a lot of people were expecting some news today. when you are a true long these things don't matter as much. personally i don't care if we don't see any action for a while. i know frank will be anouncing the retired shares before the first but other than that i can wait for any real news. especially since i won't be able to check in for a couple of weeks since i have to go to texas for some training saturday.

WHAT ABOUT ALL THE ADVERTISERS YOU TOLD US ABOUT THAT GAVE YOU DEPOSITS FRANKIE THE FRAUD? WHERE IS THAT HUGE SUBSCRIBER BASE YOU TELL US HAS 500-ZILLION DOLLARS IN DISPOSABLE INCOME AND 50,000 INQUIRIES AND 100,000 HOTLINE MESSAGES TO ATTEND TO? YOU TELL US THAT IT COST 7-MILLION BACK IN 2000 AND THEN YOU'VE REDUCED CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES TO $33,000/MONTH AND NOW YOUR SPENDING $700,000/MONTH AND YOU SPENT $700,000 ON A FILM PACKAGE FROM WARNER BRO'S.
YOU TELL US YOU'VE SECURED GUARANTEED 5-YEAR FINANCING FOR BROADCAST WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SINCE THERE IS NO WAY TO DETERMINE WHAT THE 5-YEAR COSTS WILL BE BUT THEN....
THE BEST PART FRANKIE THE FRAUD....
AFTER YOU GET 5-YEAR GUARANTEED FINANCING FOR 5-YEARS OF BROADCAST, YOU FORGOT ALL ABOUT THAT AND ISSUE ANOTHER P.R. THAT TELLS US YOU HAVE SECURED A 2-MILLION DOLLAR LOAN TO SECURE THE 1ST YEAR OF BROADCAST.
NOW YOUR HIRING A FINANCIAL WHIZ-KID TO HELP YOU WITH FINANCES. BOY DO YOU NEED HELP WITH FINANCES. YA KNOW FRANKIE THE FRAUD, WHY DONT' YOU JUST KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING CAUSE IT'S WORKING SO WELL, DUMP MORE AND MORE SHARES ON THE MARKET AND TELL FOLKS YOUR DOING BUYBACKS AND RETIRING SHARES IN YOUR PIGGY BANK, THAT SOUNDS SO GREAT FRANKIE THE FRAUD.
QBID HAD 15-BILLION SHARES.
FRANKIE THE FRAUD ISSUED ANOTHER 6-BILLION FOR "SOMETHING" AND NO ONE KNOWS WHY AND TO BOOT, AUTHORIZES ANOTHER 50-BILLION SHARES. GEE FRANKIE THE FRAUDSTER, I CAN'T IMAGINE FOR THE LIFE OF ME WHY YOU WOULD MAX QBID OUT AT 72-BILLION SHARES. THEN AFTER THE RE-ISSUE, YOU ANNOUNCE A "BUYBACK". IT'S FUNNY HOW IT WAS "LEAKED" ABOUT THE RE-ISSUE OF SHARES AND YOU NEVER DID A PR ABOUT THAT, GEE WHY IS THAT FRANKIE THE FRAUD????? OH GREAT FRANKIE THE FRAUD:
