Strat Petroleum, Ltd. Reports on Current Status and Forward Momentum; Update on Orenburg Region 2/11/2005 4:00:00 PM
TORONTO, Feb 11, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Strat Petroleum, Ltd. (OTCPS: SPRL) is pleased to announce that the Company, has progressed rapidly in its intent to firm acquisitions in the Orenburg region.
In line with its strategic growth objectives, Strat executives have met with the senior representatives of Gazprom in Orenburg. Both parties have confirmed their desired intent to continue in joint venture discussions. Preliminary discussions have led to interest in 4 additional fields aside from the Rozhdestvenskoe oil site, and Strat executives have requested for appropriate documentation in order to submit an official tender on 3 of the sites.

"The culmination of over a decade of hard work is only now beginning to see fruition". "The group from Tejas has already begun to do its due diligence on analyzing and verifying geological and legal documentation presented to us on these and other fields".
Additionally, the company has completed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire a field in the northern region of Orenburg. The field covers over 300 km(2), with current estimates of 1.5 million metric tonnes of proven reserves, and 3.5 million metric tonnes of probable reserves. Strat will assume at least 75% and up to 90% of the field.

Potential buyers of QBID should keep in mind that the Common Stock of this company has no voting value. In other words, you're buying tickets to 'watch'. Your opinions are meaningless, and your position at any stockholder meetings will be totally powerless.
There is a Special Class of QBID stock (..some version of Preferred shares..) that Frank Olsen refers to as "..SUPER-VOTING-SHARES..". The existence of those shares means he has total control of the company, and you are simply along for the ride - as a bamboozled spectator.
When Frank Olsen decides (..or is heavily persuaded..) to step aside to be Chairman or Advisor Emeritus by the QBID Private Placement Holders, they will use his "..SUPER-VOTING-SHARES.." to have a Midnight meeting, and Reverse Split the 50,000,000,000 common shares shares by 1:100,000+ -- which you will discover the following day. Frank Olsen will have thereby preserved his promise to the faithful for "..No Reverse Spilt..", since he can point to the new CEO and Management and truthfully say "....they did it....".
This company is also grossly in debt and/or in substantial arrears to almost all its known suppliers.

thats what im thinking, 7 trading days in a row without a pr hasent happen since november. in november, there was a run to .0097 would be nice get carriers and maybe a buyback announced also next week. at the very least, sponsers and hosts need to announced with more information about the 150 stations on feb 14th.

To All All opinions are welcome here, and anyone can post a message, no matter if they own QBID shares or not.
But will someone explain to me WHY anyone posts negative messages about a stock they don't own and don't want to own?
Even more baffling is why anyone posts negative messages about a stock they own or want to own. If they are trying to drive the PPS down so they can get shares at cheaper prices, they are playing a risky game. Lies told too often can overshadow the truth and hurt the stock price permanently.
I don't consider negative posts about a stock as bashing . . . IF THE DATA IS FACTUAL. I don't consider positive posts about QBID as pumping . . . IF THE DATA IS FACTUAL. I don't object to personal opinions (either positive or negative) IF THE OPINIONS ARE EXPLAINED WITH FACTUAL INFORMATION.
I read every message posted on this board because I want and need all the information available that will help me make intelligent, informed trading decisions. I post occasionally to seek information or to share information that might help someone else make intelligent, informed stock trading decisions.
But I am so tired of reading "crap" from people who have no reason for posting here. They waste my time and cost me money.

Hi all, I love seeing the the Orbitz parternship. Only in my opinion Frank and team and partners have decided to keep quiet now because of obvious reasons.
Bashing is one of them. Rumor mill is another one. I don't blame them.
I do believe this is disrupting the forward movement of this company.
