You know I just spoke with another friend of mine and he's bought in as well...between the 4 of us, we hold 14.5mil and if it stays this low, we'll probably pick up another 1-2mil combined! We just need to be patient! We have a solid and unbreakable foundation!

Lil, I don't post a lot here...Folks who have followed this for a while have a better feel for QBID than I do...so...I listen to those who know...I agree..this is getting ready to be huge..Thanks

Ric, I had thought of the same thing that if Frank had sold a billion shares for say .025 then its 25 million. People need to be paid unless you also offer a stock incentive plan. I feel today there will be a pr. With the ad campaign, Letterman, 150 stations by Feb. 14, etc. then there has to be something to say the Q is on other cable providers and not to lose the pr momentum. Didn't Rubenstein Associats put out a number of those pr's, they would want to look bad.

woohooo!!! just sold my ISV and got another 125k shares of Q. yeah i know that's like nothing to a lot of you. but that brings my total up just about 900k shares. i really wish i had more money. i would put it all on Q. there are very few opportunities that come along like this one. you're either in or out. and i want to be in. and i guess i'm making money because so many people are COMING OUT! haha. just a little gay humor.

Im not expecting any pr today I wont be hurt if there is but im not expecting it.
something is up though with all the large buys yesterday and the quietness is defening.
something is brewing you can smell it.
i still feel we may see .0027 before we start to run again.

i have owned over 1 million for along time now and i really am starting to think this isnt going anywhere. please tell me we still have beleivers this will make it to .05 someday in life

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Investors who feel there is no good reason for their stock losses may be right, said U.S. researchers who reported on Monday that an irrational computer model very accurately predicted activity on the London Stock Exchange.
The model, which assumed buyers and sellers act with "zero intelligence," did not show that traders act blindly, the researchers reported in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (news - web sites).
Rather, it showed some market properties may depend more on the structure and constraints of trading itself than on a trader's individual strategic behavior, they said.
"The prevailing view in economics about how markets function is that you have a rational investor rationally processing all the information that arrives," said Doyne Farmer of the Santa Fe Institute in New Mexico, who led the study.
"Our analysis challenges that view by saying that maybe a lot of price movement is more or less mechanical," added Farmer, a physicist who turned his expertise on complex systems and chaos theory into a business predicting markets.
It could come down to patience, emotion or rationality, he said.
"We are not saying anything about how stock price goes up or down," Farmer said.
Farmer's team assumed that "minimally intelligent" traders placed orders to buy and sell at random, subject only to trading rules in a typical financial market.
Minimal intelligence means knowing something about the price for buying and selling. "But it is something you can teach your dog," Farmer said in a telephone interview. "You can program your computer to do it in one line."
They tested their model using 21 months of data on 11 stocks from the London Stock Exchange. It did not predict prices, but it did predict, to a degree, the spread -- the difference between buying and selling prices -- and the price diffusion rate, how actively prices were moving around.
"As a lay investor, it might give you some insight about what is affecting bid-ask spread or volatility," Farmer said. "As a regulator it might tell you some very interesting things."
Farmer suggested the Securities and Exchange Commission (news - web sites) could, for instance, use his model to tell whether a New York Stock Exchange (news - web sites) specialist trader was properly controlling the volatility of his or her assigned stocks.

Here is a question I have never Seen answered or addressed here..Why hasn't Frank and Co started to be come a reporting company..What steps have they taken to let us know all about them in a finacial way..With the new SHO rules it might be very benefical to them and us for this to happen. To make this company a player it must be a reporting company. I would love tohere the the answers as to why it is not, and when it will be.

actually casico that question has been addressed many times. when Q purchased their shell company they had a lot of baggage that came with it. it won't be until all those problems get fixed before they will start to report. i'm sure they are working on every issue quite diligently. nothing frank and crew can't handle i'm sure. frank want's his company to be sparkling before he lets others see what's going on in it. hope this helps. i know my answer is a bit vague but i have a really bad memory and can't give you details at this time.

This is straight from the Shareholder Conferance Call:
Rene: As you know when TMM was purchased we purchased a shell company and we then filled the shell up with assets that we had like the network. Unfortunately for us the shell that we bought was not as clean as it had been represented to us when we bought it. So it is highly unlikely that we can ever pass an audit. We can pass a financial audit we cannot pass an Edgar audit on the shareholder base. So it is very unlikely that we are going to get off the pinks for quite some time. However, that doesn't mean we aren't looking around to go and see maybe some innovative way to get off the pink shees and get onto an exchange but it is too early for me to answer that. besides, there is a lot of work to be done and I don't want to be quoted as saying, "we're going to be off within a certain period of time."
Basically they're staying in the pinks to avoid a lot of red tape. Matt

What I need to read up on now, however, is what it means for QBID to have bought a bad shell. What sorts of troubles are they running in to and what they would need to do to fix them. There is nothing that can't be cleaned. Matt

ramius the reason it's not filling is because the mm's have not dropped the ask to .003 yet. if you tried to buy at .0031 you would have been successfull but now you would have to buy at .0032. u could wait for a dip if you think it will dip again or just buy now. up to you.
