One suggestion related to the point of keeping the initital list short
GOOD SOLUTION: Release pick 5 min before market open, or a tad earlier if it's e-mail if URL then just let people keep hitting refresh.
If you release overnite then people on the list will tell others or e-mail others and it becomes a jillion people at the same time and the opening price will be way too high.
If you use URL, you need to change URL each week cause the same thing will happen, everyone will know the URL after the initial 100 spread it (which they shouldn't if they are smart but some will)

what is illegal about it? Just a group of investors pooling their $ together albeit on a large scale. I think it would be illegal if everyone got OUT at a specified pps but agreeing to all get IN the same stock is not illegal. Otherwise you would be breaking the law everytime you emailed a friend about a stock and agreed it was worth getting in to.

This is not rocket science!! This is a group of people who are NOT so quick on the sell button.This is swing trading at its best without the "Days" nickel and diming you. This is totally legal...When's the last time someone walked into your room while you're trading with a gun pointing at you demanding you hit the sell key or else?

Well what do you know a CACKELING CHICKEN, A CRY BABY AND A SCARDY CAT ALL IN ONE. And the 3 in 1 award goes to none other than COMPOUND CASH.. So it's agreed. Compound Cash can never be part of out group. We should keep himw updated at all times as to how much we make though. So far today our picked went up as 1000% and closed at a 560% gain. Thanks for not wanting to join. We don't need you anyway.
Beswides, everyone that gets the pick I consider a friend, and you are not one. So basically you will never be part of our ring of investment buddies.

see there I posted THE TRUTH about what my LAWYER said. compound cash read it and still he say's it is wrong and hoping for gainster to get arrested. If you want to stick up for and defend compound cash then perhaps gainster should say good bye to you also.
