I agree as well! I've been in this thing for a while, actually too long. Might as well keep holding and with news like this, accumalate more. I will try to email the company and see if they are willing to give out any information. I did 0nce, quite a while ago. It took about a week to get a response and it was pretty generic. We'll see.

BM to lead $2.5 billion N.Y. tech development By Rex Crum, CBS.MarketWatch.com Last Update: 5:49 PM ET Jan. 6, 2005 E-mail it | Print | Alert | Reprint | RSS
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) - The state of New York got a boost Wednesday with plans by IBM Corp. to lead a group of technology giants to invest a total $2.5 billion to develop the state's nanotechnology and semiconductor industries. The announcement was made by New York Gov. George Pataki during his annual State of the State Message in Albany, N.Y. As part of the projects, IBM (IBM: news, chart, profile), along with Sony Corp. (SNE: news, chart, profile), Infineon Technologies (IFX: news, chart, profile), Advanced Micro Devices (AMD: news, chart, profile), Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing (CHRT: news, chart, profile), Samsung and Toshiba will invest $1.9 billion in developing and manufacturing for nanotechnology in East Fishkill, N.Y.
Under the plans, Sony will invest in IBM's new 300-millimeter wafer chipmaking plant, and IBM and the other companies will work on joint development of other semiconductor programs.
In addition to the companies' investments, the state of New York will commit $150 million to the projects, which are expected to create 750 new jobs in the Hudson Valley region.
IBM will also head up another group that will invest $450 million to expand the Albany Center of Excellence in Nanoelectronics research and development capabilities.
IMHO the future of Cetek as a money maker for the investors who have bought in at these prices is virtually guaranteed. I do not believe that there has ever been any danger of us loosing our money here. The only question I have had was when the stock would move, and could I make more money elsewhere in the short term.
IMHO the VDC deal is done or so near done that Fayiz felt confortable claiming on the CTKH site that the VDC capabilities could be claimed by Cetek. That is one down. It is my understanding that the other acquisition was of a company held by the GSA and was never a major deal. If it is completed it will increase Cetek's square footage and give them some more equipment. But it is my understanding that it will do little more. So IMO it is a non-issue and always has been.
There have been reports that the 6 new ovens are now on-line. That is MAJOR news that has been generally foolishly pooh-poohed by the boards. They actually mean a 100% increase in manufacturing capabilities, and that means double the income. And if my estimates of .5 - 1.5 million in monthly revs are even close, then the inclome will be awesome.
IMO if you are going to get back in, now is the time. I doubt seriously if we will ever see .0012 again. Now that we have the new website, and the early PR, Fayiz has set the primer. IMHO, the next PR should start the ball rolling. And I doubt seriously that this next run will have any problem going past .0074.
I am holding about 1 million in several accounts for my family and will add 2 million more for myself in the morning. If I had more, I would buy more. I plan on selling two other stocks soon to buy even more.
You will have to do what seems right to you. But I would encourage you to not get panicky about this stock. The .0010 of recent days was caused totally by several large shareholders who got impatient with their positions. They dumped severl hundred MILLION share on the market in just a few days. The MMs took advantage of that and scared more share loose.
IMHO those days are gone forever. I am betting on it.

Good find Forrest! I have some of the same feelings. This seems to be a very solid company, making a solid viable product. They don't do any pump and dump. Estatic to hear that they maybe buying back shares. Lets keep hope alive with that! My whole problem is timing as well. I have held a small position for a while and definately want more. Buy now or use the money for something else and buy later, that is the question. I don't think any of us should wait to long!
You should be getting excited about this company, the prospects are looking really good and if they announce any of the speculation from the company itself as a real development, this one will fly into penny land.

Hey Forrest, might be time to dip into the piggy bank and pick up more shares!

I don't think you will be disappointed with an entry of .0022 unless you want to flip this one quick.
There is a buyback of stock and some great things to come, but it may take a while for it all to unfold.

DONT MEAN TO BOTHER YOU JUSTPLAYIN BUT ARE YOU TALKING A POSSIBLE LONG HOLD LIKE YEARS OR MAYBE MONTHS. IF IT IS WEEKS OR MONTHS I MAY BUY SOME MORE BUT I SEE IT IS NOT A DAYTRADER THIS THING IS MOVING IN VOLUME EITHER. THANKS

Not a bother. I think this will get "some" movement in the next month. As best as I can tell, the big news and movement won't be for another 3-6 months.

Fishkill...That's not that far away from Cetek! Good neighbours to have maybe.

SO IT IS WORTH WAITING A COUPLE OF MONTHS FOR? YOU THINK IT COULD HIT ABOVE .01 OR MORE AT THAT TIME. OR WOULD IT BE SAFE TO GET OUT AND MAY OTHER MONEY SOMEWHERE UNTIL A MONTH OR SO. JUST YOUR OPINION.
THANKS

stnkng1, that is for you to decide, but I don't think a penny is too much. With these new huge companies coming in just miles from a supplier of substrate materials, .01 may be too low. As news comes out from the Nanotech development by these big boys, expect parallel news from CTKH.
I do like what Rob has found which ties in with this:
Summary: Cetek Technologies, Inc. is engaged in the development and manufacturing of ceramics for thin film and display applications. The company is also involved in CNT (Carbon Nanotubes) research and development. Visit Cetek Technologies Inc..
Description (Web site quote): Cetek Technologies, Inc. is engaged in the development and manufacturing of ceramics. Initially the main focus was directed towards the research and development of an improved manufacturing process for the production of advanced ceramics.
Ceramics have been used for centuries in the form of bricks, tile, and glass. In recent years, the processing methods have dramatically improved, creating a new generation of advanced ceramic material lighter, stronger and more durable than its metal counterparts do.
Electronic ceramics such as substrates ( the base upon which circuits and other components are affixed for electronic products). The substrates are used in computers, medical equipment, and communication equipment and consumer products. Structural ceramics used in aerospace defense design, bio-ceramics and environmental products, heat engines, wear parts and cutting tools. Structural ceramics are used in car engines, military aircraft and helicopters as form of bulletproof window protection.
Advanced ceramics are expected to continue their growth. It is estimated that electronic ceramics will continue to hold the largest market share of the U.S. advanced ceramics materials, while substantial growth will occur in the structural ceramics market.

If CTKH comes out with news that they have been contacted by just one of the 5 major companies moving into the neighborhood, I will not sell until .10

I think that new contracts and/or partnerships could be announced this year. The actual sales revenue no. It will take 1 - 1 1/2 years to get these companies buildings/work force/equipment in place. But, in pennyland, it's not the actual sales revenue, it's news and investor sentiment that makes these fly.

Rumors about acquisitions, contracts with GE and new product by the end of this month but I don't know much... According to estimation of revenues ( from 1M to 1.5 per month) the pps should be between .032 in .05 at the moment... So will see! BTW, I think they haven't release yet a PR's about their new website.
