Cetek's Backlog Nears $2 Million Cetek Technologies, Inc. (Poughkeepsie, NY), a manufacturer of industrial and electronic ceramics, has announced that its order backlog is now $1,865,500 primarily due to increased demand for ceramics. Cetek is expanding its capacity with the addition of new equipment, and preparing for increased capacity after several planned acquisitions. Targeted acquisitions are companies that are not only in line with Cetek's overall business model, but are available at low cost and show strong fundamentals. Near-term acquisition targets are expected to have Nasdaq Small Cap listing. Cetek specializes in structural and electronics ceramics, with an emphasis on the flat panel display and cellular telephone industries. Cetek's proprietary production process reduces machining requirements for sintered parts, and lowers processing costs by 40% compared to the industry standard. Cetek's display technology brought the company a Department of Commerce contract to develop "smart display" technology in addition to its more conventional flat panel display backplanes. Flat panel displays are a $30 billion industry, with ceramic backplanes accounting for $2 to $3 billion annually. In addition to displays, Cetek also supplies ceramic substrates for hybrid and multichip module (MCM) electronic packaging. In addition to large clients like IBM, Cetek targets medium and small accounts. The company believes the small and medium market is valued at $1 billion per year, with little or no competition. If this true, it is now or never to buy at this low price. This stock is very undervalued and I don't know why if you compare the share structure with some other stock. JMHO

When and if this drops back to .0015 I will be buying up 10mil shares. This stock can easily get to .005 but management is not smart enough to get the stock over a penny. I do believe that this is the most stable stock below .005 out there.

Nice close today, but I still think it will retrace to the mid teens next week unless we have news or higher volume.

I have been watching this thread for some time and feel like I have to put in my 2 cents. I have a feeling that Fayiz said that he wanted a website that discussed his upcoming deals (not thinking that they would post the site). Once they posted the information on the Website they had to pull it since it wasn't quite "a done deal". As for why the stock might not be moving: IMHO I think the whole market is a bit depressed and people just aren't speculating on something this small right now, especially without some type of news and Fayiz isn't the biggest PR guy. Plus it's cheaper for Fayiz to buy at these levels too, rather then posting a flurry of good news and then trying to finish his buyback at rising prices. I would speculate that he will try and buy back as much as he can (maybe even finish his buyback) before any really "big" news. Additionally, if you look into (read between the lines) of his end of year statement, specifically these two paragraphs:
"We continue to expand our facilities, and add capacity. As well, we continue to evaluate acquisition candidates that could make for a "good fit" with Cetek's business model. Thus, growth in 2005 and beyond is a definite. Growth both internally, via increased order flow and production, and externally, via potential acquisition(s), is on the Cetek agenda for the year ahead."
"...Our original business plan's objective was to become a fully reporting public company as revenue growth dictated. It would be likely that we will see this objective met by the end of 2005. And, based on this and other anticipated developments in the new year, it would be reasonable to begin seeing Cetek's stock prices realize its rightful pricing, based on our fundamentals and based on simple audited performance."
It would seem to me that the company has become financially stable and wants to move his company off the pink sheets and onto the Nasdaq. Based on the fact that his opbjective is to become a fully reporting public company. Once that happens I think this company will explode in price.... Mainly because investors (small and large) will be able to review thier financial statements in great detail and maybe Fayiz will incorporate a PR firm to push is products.
IMHO people are looking at this company and thinking of cups and saucers in relation to "ceramics" or maybe they are looking at this company and only thinking that is company is just another one that makes "flat-panel" displays (and there are so many). Well, ceramics is a new and growing industry and new uses are being found everyday.
I had a broker once that said if you want to buy into Railroads you don't buy a company that makes railroad cars... you buy into the company that makes the ball-bearings for those cars. Well I have a feeling that "Cetek" is one of those ball-bearing type companies. When Fayiz starts making his announcements this stock will move very quickly.

I guess what puzzles me the most is why others aren't seeing this for the potential gem that it could be. The fact that they added additional ovens implies that they have both the need (backlog) and the money to invest in the increased capacity. Coupled with the nanotechnology companies moving into the area and Fayiz's looking to make acquisitions (which I would think, means he has some extra money to spend and which may be geared towards the nanotechnology end). I would think that 2005 could be his year to expand considerably.
I would think that this should be trading in the .01 - .03 range rather then where it is. What is it that I am missing?? Is it the number of shares in float...or the lack of news?

White Candlestick was formed. This represents normal buying pressure.
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is low and it definitely requires confirmation.

A source of mine has just informed that the Valley Design deal is not going as smoothly as Cetek has hoped and that it will be quite some time before we hear one way or another. The deal is not out the door, but things aren't going according to plan. Just passing along the word. By the way where the hell is the website? Way just may see the .000's again before getting some solid news.

I agree about the chart. I use a shorter RSI (10) and it's in the 40's and bouncing off the 20 day MA. Volume still seems a bit low.... Seems like it's doing a slow climb waiting for some news to come out.

JMHO of coarse. But here are the things I know or think I know about Cetek at this time. Do your own DD of course.
Valley Design is finished or nearly so. All 12 ovens are online and maxed out with more to come, bigger and better. Revenues are going to top $80 million by EOY. Samsung! NJ company has been bought - name unknown. My opinion of why the website is down is that the attorney told them to take it down until the VDC deal is signed sealed and delivered. Ceramic Store website is coming soon.
DisplayTek. Fuelcells, with GE Quarterly report due out first of next week. All positive, no negatives. Percentages, still no dollar amounts. No mention of VDC deal, ovens, financials, or other specifics.
JMHO of course. :-)

Forest --- from your lips to Gods ears, let it pop!!! Chart looks good and it's holding it's ground against a lousy overall market. Volume picked up a bit today.
The withdrawn website is about what we had expected the reason to have been and discussed earlier in the thread. I think the price is just being held down on lack of "any" news. That's probably the hardest thing to get use to with this stock... Fayiz just doesn't let loose any information until he is ready.

Someone talk to Hilal. Pr this week. Probably monday or tuesday. What we may expect, let speculate a little bit. I gather some possible statement PR will contain.
-More revenues ($80,000,000 in sales) -buyback of 500m completed -Ceramic store is open. -Supplying ceramic to GE for fuel cells. -Confimation about a rumors of a Korean company connection. -Confirmation about a rumors of Japanese company. Sony? -Confirmation of 40" substrate -Acquisition of Valley design and other company. -Audit completed -Submitting for listing to an other stock exchange

Last time CTKH went from .002 to .008 on a volume of 800m shares if i remember well. With the buyback completed and the same volume, we could reach .01 even more.

I have called Fayiz 4 times in recent days and he has not wanted to talk to me. So I have nothing new to say about Cetek and I am not invested in any other stock that is moving at this time. I can tell the boards what I know and what I have heard from my sources, but frankly, I have finally tired of the non-stop attacks by the fools, slashers and bashers on both boards. I have better things to do with my time. Everything that I have said in the past about what Cetek is doing is still true. Most of the things that I have said were being wrapped up are finished or nearly so. The revenues are now in the low 8 digit figures. But no one seems to care or believe it. So I have chosen to remain silent. I am just an investor. I am waiting on Fayiz like everyone else. Everything that I have to say has been said scores of times by me, geoly36, bigpickn5, and others. IMHO CTKH is a gold mine in the making.
