Can volume be any lighter today??? Sure wish they would come out with some PR... any PR would be nice.... preferably "Good" but I would even settle for something "neutral" at this point. It's like he came out with "Great" news at the end of the year statement and then fell off the face of the Earth?
I'm with you too on this one Forrest.... just would like some more upward momentum rather then the sideways and down. Charts still look good... just need some news and volume.!!!!

I just got word that the PR is going to out next Monday. Load the boat, from what I have heard we may finally have PR that makes this thing head north. I actually hope that the stock drops the rest of this week so that I can pick up another 5 million shares. I think a nice 2-3 day run could easily put us at .012+. You longs should finally have something positive coming your way from CTKH.

I agree. Looks good for the PR to be released on Monday. Word has it two PRs are expected. Next week could be sick if the PRs line up right.

My take on this is that it means that the MMs have run out of shares to sell and have had to naked short this stock to fill their orders. They have not covered those positions and have now been put on notice but the SEC. If I am correct that should mean that starting next week, the MMs should have to scramble to buy shares at any price to cover those positions or face the penalties. That should cause the pps to rise. JMHO of course.

So I guess what you have is what you'll have? Maybe! Does that mean there are no more shares to be bought?

i need opinions here some are saying this could maybe rise 100% to 200% by end of next week but the question is and i no not to get greedy but my opinion is that this wont be at its highest pps by end of next week i see this company slowly rising for a long time i am not sure how high this can go in the next few weeks but i think we can see this as high as a .01 some day how about anyone else

Maybe .0035 by the end of this week. Depend on PR'S. Waiting for two PR this week. Company making move for another stock market. Based on some DD et assumption, pps should be between .025 and more. But you have to figure by yourself because no financial data available at this point. For a quick gain bet on ICAN instead. JMHO

This company is piss poor. I'm tired of all the bs hype. I'm out and never looking back. Hope you'll like the teens again.

The key word is "someday". I am not going to take a 25%+ loss "right now" to wait for this thing to become something someday. All the info and data on the company is great, but as I have said before managment is not smart enough and doesn't care about its investors enough to help make us money. If this is a LT investment for you stay in, if not get out before it tanks back into the mid teens.

Cetek Technologies, Inc. Status Report Monday February 7, 8:01 am ET
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 2005--The CEO of Cetek Technologies, Inc., (Pink Sheets:CTKH - News) today issued the following statement:
We take this opportunity to briefly report on our status of operations, as is customary, reflecting the fourth quarter of 2004.
Sales revenues grew, with this most recent quarter being the best yet, in terms of production and shipment of our proprietary ceramic substrate product. The 12 inch substrate material continues to sell exceptionally well; so well, in fact, that capacity to produce at the order flow rate is a challenge, and is an issue that we are dealing with. In this regard, we expect additional production capacity to be added shortly -- a result of increasing existing plant operations, as well as in gaining additional capacity as a result of outside acquisitions.
I previously indicated that our growth would be from internal expansion, as well as external, via acquisition of manufacturing companies with similar synergies. We've had the opportunity to analyze and inspect the books and physical operation of numerous target companies, which would enhance Cetek's overall business model and we have, in fact, been in ongoing negotiations.
Regarding our financial health, I am pleased to report that Cetek again made money. Specifically, we realized a 50% increase in ceramic revenues over the previous period.
Cetek Technologies is moving forward on its numerous growth prospects for 2005 and beyond. In the commercial sector, "nano emissive display" technology, or NED's, enable manufacturers to design large flat panel displays that exceed the image quality characteristics of plasma and LCD screens, but at a much lower cost. We're very interested in this application, as we have what we believe is a superior material for this type of product. NED technology could be used for much larger displays, such as those used in billboard advertising or sporting events, and our process could potentially have a role in this area.
Another promising area is in CNT (Carbon NanoTube) technology. CNTs are tubes of carbon atoms less than a nanometer in diameter, possessing a combination of unique properties making them highly programmable for a variety of purposes, including electron emitters for flat panel displays, an important area of interest for the Company.
In closing, I thank all shareholders for their continued support, and we look forward to keeping shareholders informed of our efforts in developing Cetek into a significant player in its industry, while striving to build shareholder value.
