toxdude2004 No offense intended, but if there have been no shares
bought back, can you please explain to me how the O/S went from 4.975
billion to 4.7 billion. Did the 275 million shares just disappear?
Typo? More read between the lines?

No.

Fayiz bought back 275 million shares as of 12/31/2005. And has bought
back more since then. I predict that we will soon be told that the
500 million share buyback has been completed. Possibly by the end of
this month.

I also predict that we will also be told about completion of the VDC
deal, and more info about the ovens, production, and future plans.

JMHO of course. :-)

I do not believe that it is done. I believe that it will be done
soon, probably by the end of this month or soon after. Fayiz told me
that he would put out a PR when the VDC deal was finished. It is
obvious from the website that it is a done deal, either totally
finished or soon to be finished. CTKH is now announcing to the whole
world that they have VDC capabilities. That would only do that if
they owned them or soon will. That will be big news that will start
the ball rolling. That means that if Fayiz is going to get the shares
on the cheap, he better hurry up. He expressed a concern at the SHM
about paying too much for them, therefore I believe he will try to get
them all before the next PR. JMHO of course.

Cetek Technologies, Inc., founded in 1989 by Fayiz Hilal, is focused on the development and manufacturing of ceramics and the associated materials. The Cetek Process has allowed us to produce and distribute quality ceramic materials at a lower unit production cost. While the world of technology is constantly changing, we have watched the demand for our products grow exponentially.

"Since the companies inception, I have dedicated myself to making sure Cetek gains a solid foundation in as many potentially profitable industries as possible. This is only the beginning of a great year." - Fayiz Hilal CEO 12/31/04

The company's mission is to manufacture and market ceramic materials and substrates for general use as well as specific applications which utilize ceramics such as flat screens, and fuel cells. We produce high grade industrial ceramics including but not limited to Alumina, Cordierite, Mullite, Zirconia, and Steatite. The final product is a ceramic which can stand the test of time, thermal shock, corrosion, while providing electrical isolation without significant wear.

Fayiz Hilal, president of Cetek Technologies, stated: "We at Cetek have positioned ourselves to accelerate our national roll-out at a pace faster than forecast, due to a genuine and sincere increase in interest from recent new customers and affiliations. Our original business plan's objective was to become a fully reporting public company as revenue growth dictated. It would be likely that we will see this objective met by the end of 2005. And, based on this and other anticipated developments in the new year, it would be reasonable to begin seeing Cetek's stock prices realize its rightful pricing, based on our fundamentals and based on simple audited performance."

hey guys, sorta hard to say. My OPINION is the pennys, if we can break through resistance. It's only my opinion, but I think this is a great long term company. If there product can really catch on, I think the sky's the limit then. I really like this company. I wish I would have bought more initially. I bought initially at .0008, I think. That was months ago, but it seemed to not be going anywhere, but had a good product. Truthfully, I think these prices are great. If the CEO announces a buy back, we could really start moving. No pump here, just my own opinion. I'll add as I can and be patient.

Run Forrest, and take CTKH with ya!!!!

You sure do change direction quickly. I have been in this since the end of March 2004. It bounces and retraces in a tight range. Relax, if you believe what you wrote here:
"this wont be a fast runner but it will slowly rise each day rather then 1 big burst.
lets just take our time we all no this is a mid term stock.
before you no it we will be at .03 insted of .003

pennyworld0 I would suggest that the evidence indicates that it will not be necessary to sell shares to raise money.

We know that in August Fayiz claimed to have $3,000,000. In September at the SHM he said that the VDC deal was snagged because of disputes over money. We all assumed from that that he would need every dime of the $3 million to close the deal and maybe more. But the facts indicate otherwise. since August he company has built 6 new ovens at a cost of $1.2 million. That left only $1.8 for the VDC deal. Then they bought back at least 275 million shares at an average cost of at least .0015, or $412,500, leaving only $1.4 million. They have also started another project that will cost approx $400K to complete, leaving $only 1 million.

IMO, it is unlikely that VDC sold out for a measly $1 million. Where did the money come from? I suggest it came from the monthly revenues, which IMHO are between $.5 -$1.5 million per month, and possibly more.

My revenue estimates are based upon two things, calculations using the percentage increases reported in past PRs starting with $1.5 million in revenues reported in 2000, and more recently, on the 12/31 PR that says they are ahead of projections. Well the projections were that they would have revenues of $51+ million by end of 2005.

No doubt, you are correct, the next 3 months will get very interesting!

JMHO of course.

Good morning guys, I sent an email to Jim Stock the other day and here is a copy of my email with his reply:

Good afternoon Jim,

Just checking with you to see if there is any truth to the rumor that
CTKH is buying back stock? Also, any other company information you can
give is always appreciated.

Paul

Paul, there is a repurchase program that has been in place for some time; and there is some activity in recent weeks in this regard. However, there is NO accounting available or that is being discussed or updated, with regard to the program, based on the CEO's prerogative. So there is no further info on this.

Thank you for your interest in Cetek.

Absolutely, this is just the beginning of the stock. This company historically does not release much pr, but there are rumors that they will soon. What they have released is fuzzy but positive. This is one of the few pinks that has a profitable product and is growing and the growth is tangable.

In fact, I am adding to my position as I feel this will be a player.
