.0013 - I have a feeling this is going to go even lower. There isn't enough volume to sell a half billion shares. If they are diluting this stock (as it looks like they are) There's no way but down! No news hurts too. I just tried averaging down at .0018 wish I would have waited a bit longer. Like a week or 2. JMO

I got in at .022 and I consider my money gone at this point. I'm just holding for the fun of it. Its strange because it seems that they really are a solid company with lots of things going for them, but the pps just can't go up. I mean, they do have oil, do they not? They are selling oil, are they not? Its only a matter of time unless the managment finds some way to screw this up.

The management did find a way! lol. I originally got in at .0199 not much less than you... I wish everyone luck. I agree that they seem like they have things going for them as far as a producing co. but the over abundance of shares will kill any pps.

At this point, I've lost so much of my investment that I really don't have much of a choice but to just let it ride. I don't think it's worth it to sell. It would be nice if the company said something!

Just letting everyone know that I tried calling Clayton earlier this morning with just hitting the answering machine. I left a message, but will try later. Wondering why there's still no PR, has anyone recieved something from the supposed newsletter that they were supposed to put out, because I haven't. I'm kind of in the same shoes as the rest of you. With as much as this thing has gone down, it's almost best that I ride this out as well. I sure hope that the rain has stopped, does anyone have any idea if it has or not? Oh well, take care all, Shadow.

Mean while the pps just keeps falling and falling and falling. Truthfully guys, i've averaged down twice. I'm scared to drop another red cent into this. The company really should say something at least for their shareholders sake! WTF!!!!

Shadow, Legal, Capt, Earth and others...it's been fairly dry down here in Texas for a week or more. Cold and strong winds...should have dried things out pretty well.

Keep the faith...like most everyone's said...ain't worth chit selling it at these prices...I'm down over $10,000 right now at .0012. Shadow, please try and get in touch with Clayton and let us know.

Hope this company's as good at drilling as they are at screwing us around...LOL

Thanks,
Terry

I just tried calling him again, but got the answering machine again, the phone# is 503-618-0370. I'm gonna keep trying, in another half hour or so. Could some of you try as well. What I'm looking to get answered is have they installed the pump, is it working and have the sold all the oil that they had originally got. Also, how much more has free flowed from the site before they installed the pump if they've installed it, hell, I should have asked that one a while back. Take care all, Shadow. If anyone has any other questions post them here and I'll check again before I call, oh yeah and before I forget, when's the next freakin PR?

Ha!Ha!

* Under the impression the pump has been installed (but cannot confirm 100%);
* They may... key word 'may' have been trying to raise capital recently... and it went bad? Shares flooding the market;
* Recognizes that recent trading does not reflect what float 'should' be. Flooding of new shares? Maybe.;
* Samples from well #2 in;
* Next PR (he guesses first thing in Jan05) could mention the well #2 is pumping;
* His average is WAY higher (.04-.05) as well for the people he brought in to invest in this. (he started in Aug, at .04-.05 and was told it would easily move into the 0.10 range.
* CEO is not keen on keeping shareholders informed 'often'... as per lack of PRs.

So... he's pretty much in the dark as well.
Or... he's doing his job well, and not divulging info that shouldn't be known yet.
In any case... he's a very polite and easygoing fella. Down to earth. Easy to talk to.
Invites all to call him for answers. Will take your email as well to keep you updated.
It's not much... but that's it.

Thanks for the update Salemm, do you think it has potential climb before the end of the year, with the holiday's and all. Also what is the contact email for the IR, I have a few questions of my own.

Well, that saves me a phone call, thank you so much Salemm, that gives us a boost, except that we have to wait until 2005 for probably the next pr and this may bode well for what Salemm has said. I'm excited, very excited. Thanks Salemm, Shadow.

Well... you know what?
Don't shoot me for saying this. But from an objective point of view...
It might not be a bad idea to sell before Christmas (for tax purposes only) take the loss (report on taxes)and buy back right away in January... as I really think they will have some valuable news to announce then, and it's bound to recoup some of those losses.
Just an idea.
I sold all at .0032 and .0030 (and secretly I thought I would really regret it 'cause I was sure it would bounce from there). But it's HALF that now. I could buy twice as many shares with the same $.
I'll wait till Jan to buy.
Hell... we've been monitoring this for some time... we know there's 'hidden' potential here. Just a matter of WHEN that info will be released.
salemm.

Hey guys, I'm definitely not a CPA, but isn't there a rule that if you buy back the same stock within 30 days you can't take the loss....but you can add the loss to your new cost basis.....

Anyone else believe this to be the case...
just thinking outloud.

Dont get me wrong, but doesn't crude oil sell for around $50 a barrel? That would make 115 barrels only $5750. Has anyone heard some news about it picking up in production or is this it?

Alright, now we got some time to write something down here. Clayton talked fast like usual, and yes, he's polite and very nice. We covered pretty much the same things that Salemm wrote about, that is the pump possibly being installed, but that he couldn't confirm it. He couldn't see why it wouldn't be. He's not very pleased with his Boss as far as not being very PR friendly. He doesn't seem to like keeping his investors notified, or informed of what's going on. He believes that the pump is in, but can't confirm it. I asked him about getting any more barrels sold or pumped. He can't deny, or confirm that either until he talks to his Boss. He said that their might be a PR coming out before Christmas, but doubts it, he said more likely after the New Year. He believes strongly that it'll be some very good stuff with the numbers. Yet, he can't deny, or confirm that either. He believes that it'll be at around .01 by Christmas, or New Years, but can't deny, or confirm that for obvious reasons. He also said that in January, with the PR's that they put out, that it should go to at least .02 and higher, maybe back to the .04 or .05 range. That we'll have to see, certainly would be nice though. I asked him if they were still putting the free flow in tanks or as I put it, putting it in barrels. He said no, but he wasn't sure. So I came back with, "Come on Clayton, you can't tell me that they're letting the free flow spill into the freakin field all over the place." He laughed and back peddaled stating that, "They're putting it in a holding tank." He did say that he'd been getting a lot of calls lately. He said that he would be talking to his Boss tonight, and is going to try and pump him for info. as well, but that it's hard to get stuff out of him, especially stuff that he can tell us without going over his Boss's head without permission. Which I suppose, that I can understand to some degree, but for working in Investor relations, like Salemm said, he's either really good at not telling us what he knows, or his Boss is really keeping him in the dark and not telling him very much. I told him that I hadn't recieved a newsletter that someone had posted on December 1st. He related my email address back to me, which he still had and apologized and said that he'd add me to his list. I almost came back with, well, that's what you told me you'd do the last time. Well, Clayton did say that after he talked to his Boss tonight, that he was going to tell him to give us something that he could put out for us in another newsletter type of deal, letting us know what was going on and what they see as coming in the short term. Well, like I said, he pretty much confirmed everything else that Salemm had said earlier. I think that this thing is really gonna start rocking soon in a week to 3 weeks. We'll see what happens. Cya, Shadow.

P.S. Before I forget, He also said that there were no roads into this new piece of land that they have the rights to, meaning where the pump #1 one is, so during the rain, this made it extremely difficult to get into the place. He also stated that there's going to be some info in January on well #2. He did say that the samples came back from well #2 and were very promising. I'm surprised that he let that slip, but hey, it's better than nothing. Cya, Shadow.
