Titan Produces 12 Barrels of Oil in First 2 Hours
SAN ANTONIO, Oct 12, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Titan Consolidated, Inc. (TTCS: OTC): The Company reports that its
No. 1 well produced 12 barrels of oil in the first 2 hours of flow.
This production was without the benefit of a pump and a result of
free flowing oil. After two hours of production, there was a
breakdown in the oil dump controller (part of the three-phase
separator which separates oil and water into storage tanks on site
while allowing gas to flow through to the pipeline). The controller
is under warranty and being repaired this week.

Titan CEO Kent Jacobson comments: "It is a great step forward for us
as a Company to begin producing oil. We expect to be back in the
field at the beginning of next week to resume oil production and to
begin delivering our gas to market."

Natural gas was vented during the initial flow as Midway Pipeline
was on site completing final electrical hookup on the HCS monitor
for gas production. We anticipate sales to begin immediately upon
Midway Pipeline's completion of the electrical hookup.

What Barchart CANNOT show is the sales/production figures that are highly expected to arrive VERY soon, and that's why I'd absolutely suggest a buy anywhere around .020 area. I'll try to free up yet more $$ tomorrow to hopefully grab some more before the run.

 

People, this .020 support area is an excellent opportunity for you
to secure a position in TTCS before news which is highly likely(per
strong indications) by end of week.
It is expected that they will issue solid #s from oil production,
which commenced very recently. Would not be surprised to see TTCS
burst through the .030 resistance it keeps knocking on.
They're very dependable with their news/pr releases, and am
confident this next one will follow suit.

WITH GOOD OIL ESTIMATIONS this could reach even higher LOOK AT THE CHART ON THIS ONE.

Just the warning shot for sales and production figures that are likely to come SOOOOOOON. This is definitely underpriced at these levels....you'll see new support levels being established once sales figures start to come, I'm sure.

SAN ANTONIO, Oct 21, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Titan Consolidated, Inc. (TTCS, Trade): Titan reports that it has resumed oil production on its No. 1 well. The well was opened shortly after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday and shut down for the night at 5:30 p.m., with 20 barrels of oil produced. Production resumes today.

Titan CEO Kent Jacobson stated, "The oil dump controller has been repaired and re-installed in our three-phase separator, and everything is working perfectly. Today will be our first full day of oil production and we eagerly await the results."

Jacobson further stated, "These are primarily oil wells and the gas is icing on the cake. Gas is still being vented as Midway continues final work on the wiring of the HCS monitor, and the Company expects the work will be completed by the middle of next week."

Titan Consolidated Produces 72 Barrels of Oil

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2004--Titan Consolidated, Inc. (OTCBB: TTCS) Since resuming oil production on Wednesday of last week, Titan Consolidated announces production of 72 barrels of oil from well No. 1. The well was flowed intermittently under its own pressure while the company began site preparation for the installation of a pumpjack. The pumpjack will allow for 24 hour a day oil production and will be monitored by a local pumping service.

Kent Jacobson, CEO, stated: "We are very happy with the week's results. The well was flowed for a total of approximately 14:45 hours and we obtained 72 barrels of oil. The well has very high pressure; SITP (Shut In Tubing Pressure) and remained constant at 1,040 p.s.i.. We will be installing a pumpjack in the near future to put the well into constant production."

With the price of oil hitting highs of $55.00 per barrel, the recent production results are very promising for the company's bottom line.

As earlier stated by Petroleum Engineer Peter Maupin, "It is very difficult to determine exact reserves in the Austin Chalk because of the nature of the reservoir, as it is made up of fractures and fissures. From the extent of the field -- approx. 3 miles long and approx. 3/4 mile wide, we can assume a minimum of two million barrels of recoverable oil are still in place. This would mean over $55,000,000.00 of gross oil revenue at today's prices. We can also assume a recovery of approx. two mcf of gas/bbl of oil recovered which would give additional gas reserves of approx. four million mcf. This would mean over $12,000,000.00 of gross gas revenue at today's prices."

Adjusted for oil and gas prices as of October 2004, (using long-term prices of $40 per barrel of oil and $5 per mcf of gas) this would mean $84,000,000.00 of gross oil revenue and $20,000,000.00 of gross gas revenue.

I mean 72 barrels at 55 dollars is only 3960. So, if you wanna take your millionth of a penny and cash out, go right ahead. However, IMHO, with the kind of revenue they are talking about, I would be holding. I ask myself why I am not in on this, but I have all of my funds tied up and hopefully will be able to join in soon.

Once you get in on a stock and you have PR's come out you get upset because they don't move the price, but take an outsiders perspective - that PR is nothing special. When you get a PR stating they are getting 1,000 barrels per hour, then you can complain if the price doesn't move.

GOLF damnit not gay lesbian. Yes I do go to class most of the time. And I am in the top 15% of all Juniors at the University of Minnesota so I think my GPA is pretty good. Also, I got admitted into the Carlson School of Management which has a 15% acceptance rate so I think I am doing alright.

A pump and dump would not have news like that. The PR talks about millions in revenue, and that does not require pumping. If it happens, it will soar.

They own the reservoir that they've just begun pumping oil from.
Gas pumping to commence VERY soon, and will likely see news on that VERY soon.
Their pr was in part to say they had pics on their website - just fluff, really, so no price movement today.
Gas production commencing and any sales #s will def. have nice push for pps.

they have 2 "MAJOR" wells
assume No.1 and No.2
Now only one well produced 225 barrels
and we are excited but if it is true they have 2 "MAJOR" wells we can safely double that number!

also looking back..they also have installed gas lines on both wells, so both "MAJOR" wells are drilled and functional...question is are they already pumping well No.2?
if not, what are they waiting for?

if they have "Major" wells, then they must have "Minor" ones too!

Also - Gas production to commence shortly, if not within the last few days, and i'm sure we'll have news regarding that as well.
 

In the Wilson County Project as there are 20 existing abandoned vertical well bores that can be used to launch new horizontal laterals. Utilizing these existing well bores will drop costs from a normally-expected $750,000 down to $150,000 per well.

Although it is difficult to determine exact reserves in the Wilson County field, an estimate can be made based on its size – approximately three miles long and ¾ miles wide. As such, a minimum of two million barrels of recoverable oil can be assumed, as well as appx. four million mcf (thousand cubic feet) of natural gas.

This estimate was contained in a report prepared by our Petroleum Engineer, Peter Maupin, in October 2002. CLICK HERE to read Peter Maupin's detailed Report and Recommendation for Wilson County.. Adjusting the oil and gas prices used at that time to reflect today's higher prices, (even using a conservative price of $40 per barrel of oil and $5 per mcf of gas), the field could contain $104 Million of recoverable oil and gas reserves, based on Mr. Maupin's reserve estimates.

Coupled with the economic savings realized by having 20 existing well bores to allow for horizontal drilling at a reduced cost, this is an attractive project which the Company intends to develop vigorously.



 

Nigerian unions declare Shell 'enemy of the people'

Lagos, Nigeria — Unions declared the top oil multinational here, Royal Dutch/Shell, "an enemy of the Nigerian people" on Sunday and called a Nov. 16 nationwide strike that they said would target oil exports in Africa's oil giant.

The threats in the world's No. 7 oil exporter — the source of one-fifth of U.S. oil imports — appeared likely to send new shocks through the global oil price market.

Unions called the Nov. 16 strike after giving President Olusegun Obasanjo until Sunday to reverse September's 23 percent increase in fuel prices in Nigeria.

Union leaders singled out Royal Dutch/Shell Group, Nigeria's largest petroleum producer, which they accused of planning to try to block the strike in the courts.

"We have resolved to declare Shell an enemy of the Nigerian people," Adams Oshiomhole, leader of the main Nigeria Labor Congress, told reporters.

"Shell will be treated as an enemy. We have the capacity to engage them," Mr. Oshiomhole said.

Shell officials could not immediately be reached for comment.

Thanks for the info. A few factors would play into this. The structure is very different for amtx, tight means a higher share price will less effort. Also they started as an oil and gas company therefore didn’t have any negative history. Shares held prior to the entry into the OG land. We have much more pressure and paper to burn through then they do but this still does not excuse the decline in share price.

Ideally TTCS would have been better to role it back originally which I know will not happen now to tighten the structure and change the symbol to rid itself of its past. But they will grow just not at the same rate as AMTK, anyways just a thought.

Well if it makes you feel any better, I did DAMN good playing indexes for several years. 1 year ago I found penny land.....wow what a nice fast ride up.........and down. So now over the past year I have watched over $40,000 go down the drain peice by peice. My last $1000 I wanted to invest for this year, I sank into this at .02. So, I take the fall for my own doings.... but I just wanted to let you know theres a few of us out here that are standing next to ya frustrated as hell.

I am a loyal investor, but I have to ask, what’s going on with this pps drop?

Nothing has changed fundamentally with the company and the operations are on point. We are experiencing some down pressure from a number of sources. The free trading float was increased over the last year to handle the transfer into the oil and gas sector. Also a suspected short position can be assumed. A bottom would most likely be seen shortly.

I know you can’t predict the future, but do you have any incite as to why the decline?

Initial funder’s and promoters, not to mention personnel were compensated and could be selling into the market at these levels.

Also, we expect any word on the sales figures/numbers of barrels pumped in the very near future.

The NR’s have stated all I can mention on this subject but we should expect addition news in the near term.

I am a little dismayed, because I that this stock would be soaring by now! Hope springs eternal.

The thought is mutual, we would have imagined a higher pps now but his is not happening. The above factors are what we can assume to be true but we will keep you up to date will all information regarding TTCS and its market and operation activities

At the end of last month, the company was able to deliver a full load of oil consisting of 195 barrels which filled the truck to capacity. A zone of transitional saturations between water and gas, water and oil, or gas and oil. The transitional zone between oil and water in a water wet rock, for example, will be that length of formation where water will be at its lowest saturation at the top and oil will be at its lowest saturation at the bottom. In this example, virtually l00% oil wouldbe produced at the top of the transition zone, and virtually l00% water would be produced at the bottom.

In oil production systems, water is often present in the reservoir and is co-produced with the oil. Due to the presence of emulsifying agents, such as:

Naturally occurring surfactants in the oil / water
Other chemicals (corrosion inhibitors, scale controllers, paraffin controllers
Silts, fine solids, drilling mud, and clays
Shearing effects resulting from turbulent flow and pumps, these fluids combine to form an emulsion

The produced emulsions contain water, which causes many problems for oil and gas producers. Because of this, the emulsions have to be broken down or demulsified, allowing the water component of the emulsion to be separated and removed from the oil by gravimetric means. Emulsions stability varies with oil and production conditions. Given sufficient time, most emulsions will dissipate. However, in oil treatment systems time is usually a limited resource. And although emulsions may be destabilized to some extent by the addition of heat, the oil and water will not separate sufficiently in the short treatment time required.

To increase the rate of oil and water separation , Baker Petrolite produces chemical products known as demulsifiers or emulsion breakers. These chemicals are surface active, specifically targeting the emulsions. The chemicals have two components, one of which is attracted to the water phase and the other which is attracted to the oil. This allows the chemical to penetrated and disrupt the emulsifying film, breaking the emulsion.

Due to the vast differences in characteristics of crude oils produced throughout the world as well as the production treatment systems already in place, demulsifiers are usually formulated specifically to resolve emulsions on an individual field basis. Due to the complexity of the surfactants stabilizing these emulsions Baker Petrolite's products are generally multi-component blends of chemical intermediates formulated to produce all of the requirements of an optimum treating chemical:

Rapid water drop,
Zero residual emulsion,
Sharp oil / water interface, and
Crystal clear effluent water for disposal or reuse

Oil Well Pump Tests May Dramatically Reduce Operating Costs, Increase Domestic Oil Recovery
WASHINGTON, DC -- A new hydraulic pump currently undergoing near-flawless field tests at the Department of Energy’s Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center (RMOTC) could reduce the operating cost of high-volume offshore oil wells by 40 percent, adding to America’s oil reserves and energy security by prolonging the life of mature oil fields.

"This advance in oil field technology supports President Bush's National Energy Policy by making maximum use of U.S. energy resources," Secretary of Energy Spencer Abraham said. "This new oil pump allows us to recover maximum oil in an environmentally friendly manner while reducing costs. It's an excellent example of the Energy Department's focus on making the maximum use of our own natural resources while decreasing our dependence on foreign oil."

The new pump, the largest of its kind ever tested, is ideally suited for maturing oil fields where wells have a high “water cut,” meaning that they produce larger volumes of water relative to the oil produced -- as much as 8,000 to 12,000 barrels a day – along with oil.

Electric submersible pumps currently in use produce an oil-water emulsion that requires a costly separation process before the water can be properly disposed of and the oil sent to a refinery. The large-volume hydraulic pump now undergoing testing produces oil and water with little mixing and is much easier to service, which dramatically reduces operating and processing costs.

Reduced operating costs can often mean a longer economic operating life for an oil well. The longer a well operates, the more oil it produces, prolonging the life of the field and adding to recoverable reserves. The new pump would be admirably suited for use in mature high-volume offshore Gulf of Mexico oil wells, as well as in certain large volume onshore wells with higher water cuts.

The cost-shared, $1.5 million, three-part test being conducted by RMOTC for Oilwell Hydraulics of Odessa, Texas is now in its second phase and is “going superbly,” according to Bryant Mook, the RMOTC petroleum engineer who is managing the project.

Each test phase of the hydraulic pump was scheduled to last 30 days, Mook said, but the first phase went so well that RMOTC and Oilwell Hydraulics wrapped up the test after only a few days. The second phase is also proceeding smoothly, partly because RMOTC offers ideal conditions for testing.

Mook said the payoff for Oilwell Hydraulics in partnering with the federal test site comes from RMOTC’s large-bore test well that can replicate offshore conditions onshore; experienced personnel including expert engineers and oilfield hands, and a cost-sharing arrangement in which RMOTC’s contribution of infrastructure and personnel covers seven percent to 10 percent of the test’s $1.5 million cost.

“You can compare it to conducting a medical experiment in a fully equipped hospital as opposed to a remote emergency medical unit,” Mook said. “Everything you need is right here.”

The payoff for RMOTC comes from helping to prove the value of a new technology that could add large volumes of domestic oil to recoverable reserves, adding to the nation’s energy security by reducing our reliance on imported oil.

OK let me start
1) 10/25 produced 72 barrels 100% oil in 14 hours
looking back, they stopped and added a pump because they broke through the "ZONE"
they expected this...i didnt because
im the idiot who does research after the fact!

2) 10/28 they stated they drilled 225 barrels and today they stated 195 barrels were OIL
so production was 82% of "pumped"

3)assuming they pumped 11/1-9
and PR came today that they have another 115 barrels simplify this a little

day 1 pumped around 50 barrels
approximately 75% oil total/day 37 barrels oil
day 2 pumped around 50 barrels
60% oil total/day 43 barrels
day 3 pumped 45 barrels
50% oil tdtal/day 22 barrels
day 4 pumped 40 barrels
45% oil total/day
ect ect

the reason why only 50 because
as the pressure decreases by what is expelled less pressure drives less up
and we are NOT ACTIVELY PUMPING

so from what i can make out of this
we are currently around 25% oil area now....
in 10-14 days we should be at 100% water for a couple of days...looking back at PRS
2-3 days

so i believe in 12-17 days we will turn on the ACTIVE PUMP and be getting ~>95% oil
and we will be officially pumping 24/7
and start collecting GAS

so right now i have to wait and see
hopefully with this $$ they make they will invest in well No.2 ect ect

please note, im not a geologist..im an MD and im just applying some basic medicine facts i know to this
so this is not a scientific explanation
just a "possability"

i guess my goal is to see 1,000 barrels/day

the difference is that other company PPS went up because they already had active wells
while TTCS is working on their first well

P.S. Like Stevie Ray said "it's raining down in Texas" and it has been for about a week which causes problems working in the field at different stages...so if the pr isn't all we need or expect, don't be too dejected. Also, while it seems to have been a month or a year, it's only been ONE week since the last pr that stated a FEW(3 or more) weeks before the pump was to be installed. I'm definitely not wanting to be negative, I need this as much or more than some, but I'm just trying to keep it real. Believe me, I hope they say it's going to outperform Spindletop, one of the first major wells in Texas!!!

An even better pr might be that Oryx Energy wants to buy them out( a MAJOR player)! Horizontal drilling's been going on in the Chalk since at least the early 90's(that's why I kick myself for not waiting on the play to happen and started buying in in the mid .02's instead of the .0055's).

I'm from here, and I should have known better, knowing all the hype that goes with oil & gas exploration..."ya get outta your truck and walk across the field...before your half the way to the well site you're 2" taller from the black gumbo mud sticken' to yer boots...and then ya see it..ya smell it..that foul odor..know what it smells like?...MONEY ". Worldwide craving for oil is only going to increase, especially from new economies like China and India, which will drive crude oil and natural gas prices ever upward.

Oil is not going to trade below $30 at any time in the foreseeable future.
We are going to continue to have expensive oil

In addition, the Kyoto global warming treaty is expected to become reality some time in 2005, limiting the amount of fossil fuels that signatory countries will be able to pump and burn – giving another boost to demand for US Oil in world markets.

Because Washington is not a participant in the Kyoto accords, many domestic energy companies can take advantage of pumping with no limits. They have to make the difference.

with that in mind...
you have 2 investment choices which are fair game in this situation

1) domestic oil companies like TTCS
there is a HUGE demand for their OIL
the question isnt "Who will buy it?" but
"how much can they supply?"

2)Alternative fuel companies like FCEL, PLUG, ENER, and QTWW (which i got in at 4.75 2 months ago)

and of the two.. i believe only OIL has a better more lucrative market at the moment but alternative fuel has a developing market

just keep pumping!

Crude Oil Futures Trade Above $49 a Barrel on Gas Leak, Concerns About Heating Oil Supplies

Crude oil futures traded above $49 a barrel Monday after a gas leak shut down a North Sea oil production platform and as traders weighed concerns about heating oil supplies this winter against the fact that temperatures have been mild in recent weeks.

Light, sweet crude for January climbed 6 cents to $49.50 a barrel in afternoon trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Mike Fitzpatrick, a broker at Fimat USA Inc. in New York, said there was "nothing new" pushing oil prices higher on Monday and that there was "not a terrible reaction" to the production snags in the North Sea because exports do not appear to be affected.

That said, there are lingering concerns about the nation's supply of distillate fuel, which includes heating oil and diesel, even though the weather has not been terribly cold in the United States in recent weeks.

"The weather has been relatively moderate and so everybody's looking to the inventory reports," he said, referring to the Energy Department's weekly petroleum supply report. The next report is scheduled to be released Wednesday.

About 130,000 barrels a day of oil production was shut down by Statoil ASA Monday after a gas leak was discovered, forcing the company to evacuate 180 workers from a North Sea platform. By late Monday afternoon, the leak had been contained, but officials did not immediately know how long it would be before oil output returned to normal.

The platform processes another 75,000 barrels a day from a nearby oil field, though it wasn't immediately clear if that oil would be rerouted and processed elsewhere.

There were also mild market jitters about the Dec. 10 meeting of OPEC ministers in Cairo to reassess their supply commitments.

Iran and Venezuela have hinted in the run-up to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries' next session that members could trim their record 30 million barrel a day supplies to prevent crude prices spiraling lower after months of higher output.

Saudi Arabia's oil minister Ali Naimi said Monday that the "fear factor" over supplies has added $10 to $15 a barrel to the price of oil and reiterated that his country is working toward lifting its sustainable oil production capacity.

Naimi said during a speech in London that the recent surge in oil prices differs from the earlier oil crises in 1973-74 and 1979-80, which he said were largely politically driven.

Naimi declined to put an exact figure or range on what he believed was a fair price for oil.

Crude prices have also been pushed higher in recent months on concerns that operations at Yukos, Russia's top producer, could be disrupted by a continuing tax dispute with authorities.

There are also recurrent fears that the sabotage of oil pipelines in U.S.-occupied Iraq could hit supplies at a time when there's little spare production capacity worldwide.

Crude futures reached a peak settlement price of $55.17 a barrel twice in late October. Prices would have to surpass $90 per barrel, adjusted for inflation, to match those set in 1980.

Heating oil for December delivery was down 1.16 cent at $1.44 per gallon on Nymex.

Well Continues to Produce Oil Under Its Own Pressure

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, Nov 10, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Titan Consolidated, Inc. (TTCS:OTC)
announces that well No. 1 continues to produce oil under its own pressure.

At the end of last month, the company was able to deliver a full load of oil consisting of 195 barrels which filled the truck to capacity. Upon the truck's return, water emulsion was found in the oil. After a few days of heavy rain, a hot oil truck was brought in. Company reports that they currently have another 115 barrels available for market.

Good morning Clayton

I am a loyal investor, but I have to ask, what’s going on with this pps drop?

Nothing has changed fundamentally with the company and the operations are on point. We are experiencing some down pressure from a number of sources. The free trading float was increased over the last year to handle the transfer into the oil and gas sector. Also a suspected short position can be assumed. A bottom would most likely be seen shortly.

I know you can’t predict the future, but do you have any incite as to why the decline?

Initial funder’s and promoters, not to mention personnel were compensated and could be selling into the market at these levels.

Also, we expect any word on the sales figures/numbers of barrels pumped in the very near future.

The NR’s have stated all I can mention on this subject but we should expect addition news in the near term.

I am a little dismayed, because I that this stock would be soaring by now! Hope springs eternal.

The thought is mutual, we would have imagined a higher pps now but his is not happening. The above factors are what we can assume to be true but we will keep you up to date will all information regarding TTCS and its market and operation activities

I will call Mr. Maupin's office in San Antonio and get the answers from him. If not, perhaps he'll be kind enough to transfer me to Kent Jacobson.
Perhaps you should call also... 'cause there's a community of shareholders here (see Allstocks.com and RagingBull.com) who expect some basic responses to straight-forward questions.
Why is this tanking? Why is Titan not delivering on promises stated in PRs?

Crude for January delivery traded as low as $47.80 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, matching the intraday low from Nov. 24. It was last at $47.90, down $1.23.

Im with ya Penny, this is actually looking tempting, charts say its lookin ready to go. I just dont know how solid this company is,, if I knew it was solid, I'd def buy tomorrow morning. I'll prolly decide tomorrow considering how qbid goes, and if I need to cover a dip.

* Under the impression the pump has been installed (but cannot confirm 100%);
* They may... key word 'may' have been trying to raise capital recently... and it went bad? Shares flooding the market;
* Recognizes that recent trading does not reflect what float 'should' be. Flooding of new shares? Maybe.;
* Samples from well #2 in;
* Next PR (he guesses first thing in Jan05) could mention the well #2 is pumping;
* His average is WAY higher (.04-.05) as well for the people he brought in to invest in this. (he started in Aug, at .04-.05 and was told it would easily move into the 0.10 range.
* CEO is not keen on keeping shareholders informed 'often'... as per lack of PRs.

So... he's pretty much in the dark as well.
Or... he's doing his job well, and not divulging info that shouldn't be known yet.
In any case... he's a very polite and easygoing fella. Down to earth. Easy to talk to.

He also stated that there's going to be some info in January on well #2. He did say that the samples came back from well #2 and were very promising. Each NFT Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable to purchase one additional common share for a period of two years from the date of issuance thereof at a price of $0.65 per share for the first year and at a price of $0.85 per share for the second year. Each FT Unit consists of one flow through common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable to purchase one non flow through common share for a period of two years from the date of issuance thereof at a price of $0.65 per share for the first year and at a price of $0.85 per share for the second year.

The Company will be entitled to accelerate the expiry date of the share purchase warrants forming part of the FT Units and NFT Units to the date that is 30 days following the date a news release is issued announcing the accelerated expiry date in the event that the common shares of the Company close: (i) at a price greater than $1.00 for 20 consecutive trading days at any time after the hold period has expired during the first year; and (ii) at a price greater than $1.20 for 20 consecutive trading days at any time during the second year.

The Company paid PowerOne an 8% cash commission of the proceeds raised plus compensation options (the "Compensation Options") which are exercisable by PowerOne into that number of units (the "Compensation Units") that is equal to 10% of the number of NFT Units and FT Units sold in respect of subscriptions delivered by PowerOne, for a period of 24 months following the closing date at an exercise price of $0.50 per Compensation Option. Each Compensation Unit is comprised of one common share and one half of one share purchase warrant, each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one additional common share for a period of two years from the date of closing at a price of $0.65 per share for the first year and at a price of $0.85 per share for the second year. Shares issued pursuant to the Offering, as well as any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the warrants, are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of closing.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund the Company's exploration program on its joint venture properties with the Kapawe'no First Nation of Alberta, and for general working capital. The current program will include proprietary seismic and exploratory drilling, following up the Company's drilling success with Kapawe'no earlier this year. The Company's successful well at Kapawe'no is currently being tied-in to nearby facilities and is expected to be producing for gas sales by the New Year.

The Company would also like to announce the appointment of Patrick McGrath, CGA to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McGrath provides accounting services to several public oil and gas Companies.

Which I suppose, that I can understand to some degree, but for working in Investor relations, like Salemm said, he's either really good at not telling us what he knows, or his Boss is really keeping him in the dark and not telling him very much. He related my email address back to me, which he still had and apologized and said that he'd add me to his list. I almost came back with, well, that's what you told me you'd do the last time. Well, Clayton did say that after he talked to his Boss tonight, that he was going to tell him to give us something that he could put out for us in another newsletter type of deal, letting us know what was going on and what they see as coming in the short term. Well, like I said, he pretty much confirmed everything else that Salemm had said earlier. I think that this thing is really gonna start rocking soon in a week to 3 weeks. We'll see what happens. i did bail at .014 but did save 12k for a rainy day. when this thing was heading north, i was too trying at ask but didnt fill. guess i was not alone. anyhow, i am still in for a small block.
Terry, I truly hope that you are not only getting your 10k back but you are getting it back in double. that is a way to start a new year.
