Nemo... are you drunk or what? "It's just a shell, stock won't go up" and then "load up, it's gonna run!". Playing the 'bash then pump' routine? salemm.

Spoke to Smith, IR guy. Float 37 million. IR guy and TTCS at a loss to explain decline. Nothing going on in operations that could explain it. No dilution or funny business. They suspect it's a matter of 'eating through shares', meaning, shares were issued way back, when it was another company for payment, and also earlier this year when management paid people with shares for services (engineers). These people are probably now dumping... to the dismay of the company, since they are trying to reach 4-5 cents within 2 months, and 10 cents within 6 months. That is their official target. They delayed the PR with sales numbers because previous PRs did not result in the pps they wanted. They figure the election, etc... is fuc*ing things up a little. Will wait. May be later this week or next. They believe this to be bottom. IR guy is friendly and is in contact with President of TTCS on a daily basis. He owns shares of TTCS in .04-.05 area. So he's not happy either. He had TTCS on his screen and was able to confirm with me the DISMAL pps. Other wells in the works. Pipeline already done, so low up-front costs. He took my email and phone because he sends out regular updates to shareholders who request it. Does not mind taking calls. Expects sales figures, oil and gaz figures shortly. That's it I think. salemm.

Likewise, Mr. Smith.
Have you seen AMTX... drilling for oil in the same 'Austin Chalk' as TTCS... They have NO production yet... but trading at $0.70!! Recently OVER a dollar!!
Go figure.
Stephan Lachapelle.

Thanks for the info. A few factors would play into this. The structure is very different for amtx, tight means a higher share price will less effort. Also they started as an oil and gas company therefore didn’t have any negative history. Shares held prior to the entry into the OG land. We have much more pressure and paper to burn through then they do but this still does not excuse the decline in share price.
Ideally TTCS would have been better to role it back originally which I know will not happen now to tighten the structure and change the symbol to rid itself of its past. But they will grow just not at the same rate as AMTK, anyways just a thought.

Had a quick look at their last filing- as of JUNE 7 /04 they had 52.9 million shares O/S however the board had approved A/S as 750,000,000. They may be issuing tons of shares for debt , or bonuses (salaries) etc. and these in turn are showing here on the market.

So, I take the fall for my own doings.... but I just wanted to let you know theres a few of us out here that are standing next to ya frustrated as hell. Dammit....GO TTCS Go DAMMIT GO!!!!!!TTCS!!!!

I live in Decatur now. Used to live in Ft. Worth and Dallas. It's peaceful in the country, but it kills your social life! It's been a week since the last pr, which only stated they wanted to keep shareholders informed..so WHAT happened to that position???????

Do you know how many barrels a day they would have to pump to be considered, "successful" at this business?
