Am I crazy? I opened my etrade account this morning and it quoted PRRM as .0008. I was happy as hell. Then 2 minutes later it said .0001 and said the high for the day was never there. Was that just a glitch with etrade? I was disappointed when it read .0001.

Yeah they did that to me this week with a stock said it was at .0080 instead of .0008. I looked at other sites and saw it was an error. I was happy for a second though.

I was re-reading the Subway recommendation. Did anyone else notice how much PRRM paid for that recommendation? Looks like another dilution. They gave Subway 500 Million share to write that article. And people wonder way it can't move off .0001.

my understanding was that Subway was going to get the shares over a 6 month period, not all at once.--I read that somewhere, not sure where.

Subway doesn't work that way. Part of there hype of a company is so they can get the pps up to sell the shares given to them for the recommendation. And they don't know if a cmpany will make it 6 months. Would you do business with a .0001 company for a promise to pay later. It clearly states they were paid in the Subway article. Thats the problem with this market. To many people start rumors that are quoted as facts later.

IBAC Corporation Reports February Revenues Business Wire - March 02, 2005 12:13
NEW YORK, Mar 2, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (Pink Sheets:ICAN) today reported February 2005 revenues of $415,971.98 combined for The Sanibel Restaurant Group and The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites compared to January combined revenues of $245,872.27.
For the month, The Sanibel Restaurant Group revenues increased $108,364.90, or a 44 percent gain, over the same period last year. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites revenues increased $95,616.00 or a 56 percent gain over the same period last year. (The company did not own them last year)These revenue figures are compiled from internal company accounting/bookkeeping and are subject to an audit by the company's independent accountants/auditors.
"We are very pleased with the operating results of these two subsidiaries and attribute the growth in revenues to the management capabilities of Mr. Karl Wenzel and Mr. Gary Becker respectfully. The significant growth was achieved because of the company's ability to recognize undervalued and mismanaged properties along with its ability to make acquisitions of such properties rather quickly. We will continue to use this formula to grow the company and continue to seek additional synergistic properties through mergers, acquisitions or the creation of new entities to maximize revenues," said Edward W. Hayter President & CEO.
The company's other two subsidiary's National Hospitality Management Services which holds the contract for all food, beverage, catering & concessions at The Pine Bluff Convention Center had only a partial month of income and will be reported within the March revenues, The Royal Entertainment Group had no revenues as it has recently established and will report revenues as the are received on a monthly basis.
The Company also intends to complete the already contracted acquisitions of the Bonita Springs property within 90 days and the Naples property within 120 days.

The pps have actually dropped under .0001. I have read about trading under .0001 but never experienced it first hand. My Ameritrade is reading 0.00 for the price instead of the normal .0001. I guess this is called basement boxing with pennies. I have read that once they start doing this with a stock, It makes it very difficult for the pps to increase. Is this somewhat true?

Likewise my fidelity account and ameritrade accounts put the high for the day at .001. Someone on the other thread said that this was a misprint, but both sites say a trade for 1,000,000 shares went through at the same exact time.

Sometimes, probably not in this case since the pps has not moved in 6 mo's. However, every dog has its day, this 1 will probably move eventually considering the co. issued a no r/s statement.

Wow, just read through all 22 pages of this thread again. Talk about old memories and old faces. Realityinc, aka "Diana" the daytrader, Dardadog, etc..
In case anyone doesnt know what I'm talking about...this is the PRRM that turned into SMMW...
edit: Dan at least kept a promise over the last 2 years...no reverse split...and we ended up with 60+ (or was it up to 80?) billion OS, 100B authorized at one point...perhaps things will change finally.
