*waves hello*

Been on vacation for over a month, been out of the loop because of slow accursed dialup.

My opinion is...we arent going to see any price movement until there's a significant dividend offered or a buyback and retirement of some shares. Isnt the OS something like 20 billion?

Thats not a good thing though. Subway is a paid promotion site and usually involves a pump and dump. Not saying it has to be pump and dump but still a paid promotion by the company.

Heres a post from another site Feb 8 2005

FEB 8, 2005 Not today

e-mail from company-just now-- --------------------------------
As you know we are continuing our expansion as planned. The fact of the matter is that these things take time and inevitably investors that believe in the plan and take advantage of the low pps will benefit. In the last four months we’ve completed three acquisitions and we are accelerating the first phase in order to move as rapidly as possible to close on our identified targets. Still, it should be understood by the intelligent investor that these things do not occur overnight.

- Once again, a R/S is not in our plan.

- We will issue a financial statement and a letter to shareholders at the end of the first quarter.

- We have begun to work on a name/symbol change.

Thank you for your concern; we have been extremely busy.

Best,

Ian Lamphere

RJ, lets talk cost of sales. I love revs. My company was named one
of the fastest growing companies in the computer industry. Profits
and Revs are two very different things. I like Revs but I love
profits. So lets look at expenses.

HAM - Probably profitable. Cost of sales should be around $500,00
per year.
TV-33.Probably around revs.
TV-10 Probably cost to Revs with 25 employees. Figure 1 million with
labor included.
Skishop. Revs probably closer to $300,000 since it's fairly new and
getting off the ground. Cost to run though is probably only
$100,000.
Stockli - Sales office and dist. Revs, I don't know but cost of
sales should be around $300,000 per year.
I base this on my web businesses and any employee expenses for my
corporations.

Based on this and I didn't include the value of Lake Placid which
probably has a sales value of $500,000 or better in profit.

Based on that, we should be trading around .0003/.0005

As soon as the weak hands sell off, we'll see a rise.

I agree kick, that profit is the most important. And the .0003-
.0005, does not even include the multiples...which in media are
about 12-21 x's earnings. So that is very nice to see .003-.007ish.
That is amazing seeing that we are in at .0001-.0002, so the sky is
the limit and IF Dan suprises us with more revenue and profit, the
PPS will rise accordinly!!

ok here is my talk with Dan...
--they are buying companies with CASH and stock, so that was nice to know they had cash on hand to do that with--
--they are presently a $4-5M company, NOW, without the Stockli and the SkierShop
--WSR is going to do a video in Lake Placid when Dan scedules it
--the o/s is above 22B, no exact numbers
--revenues will be out BEFORE April 15th
--the Subway has a six month deal, but he is ONLY expecting them to promote this stock for 3 months or so, and he said we are ONLY into the 3rd week of them having the stock. He said they brought MANY new buyers to this stock
--Stage One will be complete by the end of March
--Stage Two will begin in April until about June
--Stockli will be finalized in 2-3 weeks, IF that long, everything is up to the lawyers
--SkierShop, we should be getting a LOI here pretty soon, real soon
--New acquisitions...he laughed and said "things are happening"
--about the company selling shares...NOT HAPPENING
--and NO R/S...it is NOT happening

I'm not ready to buy this one just yet, but it has peaked my attention enough to follow it. I wish more companies would clarify such basic philosophies.

yea, no R/S now.. but not ever...
it just means that they don't care about the PPS for PRRM at the moment! And I don't blame them, b/c they don't give a damn about the PPS since they get paid anyway, stocks would just be icing on the cake.. stocks are free money to them, so they don't care.. enjoy your CEO salary Dan Burgess! I would do the same thing and screw all the shareholders and it's perfectly legal! [Big Grin]
Man, this sucks!!! especially with PCOR R/S 1:1000 once again for like the 4th time in couple of years.. ouch on me.. I just hope PRRM will give some of my money back =(
