Yes i did get burned on VRMD lost 50%, but this is another company and a great play at .0003 If I based my whole investing stratigy on one bad company then I may as well hang it up!
I was able to do much better DD on this company then I was on VRMD, not to say that I didn;t do all i could there also, but the CEO and I had a very long conversation on PRRM and its future. .0003 is a drop in this soon to be full bucket! IMO! Rick

Do you feel with the dependiture as well as the dilution after 9/1 that this thing will get to .0001? I figured if I buy 5k worth now @.0002 then after 9/1 I'll have total worth of 2750....if it goes to .0001. If that's true then I may just wait until the forward split.

There is 11.4 million dollars in PRRM at this time.
$6m to Viyon Corp for aquisition (was MMLD)
$2m to National Hospitalities Group Inc as a revolving creadit line.
$1m to The Sanibel Group for aquisitions.
and the most recent
$1m to Royal Arkansas Hotel and Suites Inc for renovations at a $400k return to PRRM
$1m from the recent 504 dependiture!
I didn't even add in the income from the first 3 loans, because the terms were not PRed yet! But I assume that they are issued at a minimum of 15% over at least 2 years with points and early out penalties!
I assume that the O/S is around 1.5bb at this time and if I divide that by 11.4 million, I'd say its a very safe play at this time.

Good Luck buying at .0002 as I think WIEN has that pretty well covered at this time. I also feel that the dependiture is done and that WIEN pushed it down to get cheep shares and ready themselves for any upcoming run! I hold at .0003906 and am very comfortable with my position!

The numbers I am watching for here today are 100mm traded because 150mm were bought I believe by MMs on friday at .0002 and at 100mm they would be even selling back at .0003, but if it stay at .0003 past that the next number I'd guess may pop the PPS is 150mm shares traded, that would tell me that almost all shares bought at .0002 friday have been sold back into the market at a profit and the base price would then be .0003 again!

that is my biggest concern ... why would a company offer free shares like this? I am by no means a basher, but can someone explain the concept of how this company plans to profitably execute a 10-1 FORWARD split @ .0003 without a R/S. It basically sounds like they are giving away free shares on Sept 1st which makes me incredibly skeptical. Can someone enlighten me

All I see is an absolute bottom of .0003 when 150 million shares have traded at .0003 today! Call it what you will but this is the bottom for this stock! 10% puts anyone buying here in the Green! Rick

I was skeptical at first too, but as long as the volume stays similar to what it's been then it should be a pretty safe play. Not to mention the MACD seems to be on the upswing for a push...looking at the 3 month chart. Looking forward to some up and coming PR's too. Watch the buying at .0003 if it continues into tomorrow we are moving up due to the pressure on the ask! 60 mmillion traded at even money right after that jump and that is a great sign! Weak hands moving out cheep!

204mm of 206mm shares bought at the ask of .0003 and all shares sold on Friday at .0002 have been turned over at .0003 the bottom on this play moved up 33% today1 If the buying at .0003 continues tomorrow we will see trades at .0004 and a bid of .0003! Sorry but i don't have an acurate count on the shares that were sold at .0003 last week, but I think its around 600mm! Could take some big buying at .0004 to move it up to the next level! I think the PR machine is turned on here though and that the CEO is watching the PPS very closely! Any closing or aquisition and this will hit .0005 and It may hit .0005 because it over slold at this point anyhow!
