Up 18% today - But that's not all. HUGE news coming about the St. Hubert's Airport Deal. I'll repost from the older thread what Salemm learned today, and here is what I posted yesterday. Hope this runs for a week!

I just spoke to Anrea for the very first time. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, until he got another call. Actually - he asked me to hold on, but after 7 or 8 minutes I hung up. I'll call back in a bit - I sure don't want to waste shareholder money on his incoming cell phone bill!!!

By the way - he's in NY today. Says it's 91 there.

Some of my questions - and his answers - are as follows:

Q. Can you please tell me what's going on with the St. Hubert's Airport project? Has a survey EVER been done, as required to get your plans approved? If so, can we see it? Will you put it on the website -

A. They have survey done and agreed it should be put on website. Involed much more than what was originally planned for.
Major news coming out to that will severly impact airport deal in a big (good) way. MUCH bigger News and PR coming - bigger than anyone ever thought.

Q. Did you ever hire a Project Manager for St. Hubert's?

A. They've narrowed it down to 2 people and will decide soon . Both equally qualified.

Q. Also, What is going on with Beral and Digitalus? They are never mentioned any more.

A. We'll be hearing more about Fingerprint Tech and NAno Tech VERY soon.

Q. Did CDVJ ever buy back shares, as promised?

A. Yes. Will be announces at the appropriate time. The shares they bought back are restricted (They can't sell them again) for 1 year.

Q. Going to the OTC? Which co. - CDVJ or CSJJ? How long?

A. BOTH. As soon as it can all be worked out.

Q. I'm sure you are aware, the new investment in VETDermal did nothing to help our share price either. NOr did the related 2nd PR that was released this morning. At this point, I hope you can tell me what will.

A. That's because the right people haven't heard about it yet - but thy will soon, as well as the 2nd company....

-----------------------------------

That's the gist of it....... I KNOW he's a salesman - but he has me SOLD for now. But I don't have any choice but to sit here and wait out the storm. From what he told me - it will be a Monsoon....... But I've heard similar stories from other CEOs who CREAMED us. But I have to keep the faith here for now.

I JUST called him back - and Asked him "IF HE was POSITIVE" the St. Hubert's Survey was done, because M. Beaudoin had said it wasn't a while back. John (JCrom) or someone - could you verify with M. Beaudoin please? I don't have his email handy, and have to leave for a Dr. app't. at 4 and a RE CLub meeting after that.

He also said no more shares were being issued, and we were ALL going to be VERY pleased over the next 2 weeks. And that the NEXT few PRs should make the pps go UP not DOWN.

********************************

Heck - the rumors and leaks are already helping!

Here is info from Salemm who spoke with M. Beaudoin at length today:

The St-Hubert Airport will be transfered to a private, non-profit org some time this or next week. The airport was publicly owned... but now will be privately owned.
St-Hubert is the 5th most busy airport in Canada.... according to an employee there... its MAJORLY busy... and getting busier.
Many potential developers are waiting for this change to occur before they invest in the airport (hangers, fuel farms, etc...).
Mr. Cortellazzi had a parcel of land there surveyed. He later indicated that he wanted a bigger parcel of land, about 2x bigger. So, another survey will need to be done. It has not been done as of today.
Mr.Cortellazzi's project, his parcel of land, including his sketch on website, involve the SOUTH side of the airport. That side is in dire need of repairs. Indeed, the runways, for circulating airplanes, will have to be redone. (by the airport... because that is "infrastructure"). On this SOUTH side of the airport, ONLY EMPTY planes may circulate... mainly for repair purposes, or, as Mr. Cortellazzi suggested, for fuelling at a fuel farm. There has been NO NEW developments for a while now concerning this parcel of land that Mr. Cortellazzi wants to develop. No leases. No new survey. No word, really. If the ball was to start rolling now... construction could 'possibly' begin in November... but construction during winter months is not likely. So... where is this project going?
The NORTH side of the airport is MUCH better, MUCH more traffic. No repairs to infrastructure needed. All manner of airplanes can land and circulate there.
Surprise, surprise... a large investor and co. is VERY interested in developing this NORTH side of the airport... including a passenger terminal (there is currently NO passenger terminal at St-Hubert airport... but airlines have indicated an interest in this airport...but the NEED for a passenger terminal) This large investor and co would like to 'team up' with another 'company' to partner with. Major financial institutions have indicated interest in financing. Hummmmm.... Who could be interested in this?????

After explaining how not much had been done so far on his parcel of land... and how Mr. C wanted more and more land, and how this South side would need 'some' infrastructure work... and how success of this venture is... uncertain, and construction pretty far away, Mr. B said: "Perhaps Mr. C would prefer to team up with another party for a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE project on the NORTH side... a project that already has TONS of interest from tenants, etc..."
I've heard that Mr. C has told people that MAJOR news is coming perhaps this week... news that would be BIGGER than we thought... a SURPRISE announcement, etc...
About investing in CDVJ, Mr. B said: It could be a flop (regarding St-Hubert) or it could be a major GOLD MINE! His words exactly (in french). He IS aware of Mr. C's criminal past... didn't think much of it.
One thing that was made VERY clear: St-Hubert NEEDS development. There is major interest there. He also said though, that in the past, some companies had announced quite loudly that they would be building this and developing that, at the airport... but that nothing had happened, ultimately.
salemm.

After all we've been through with this thing - I hope it runs for a week like UVCL and NEOM did. Not that I'm cold-blooded about whoever buys later - but; who cares after we escape!

Then again - IF this is proven to be legit -I may even let some ride here - but FREE shares only - I'll take the lion's share.

Hey - even those CSJJ shares may actually be worth something in a year! LOL

It's "OUR" turn. But did TALL have it's day today!

Smokin - DON'T chase it. It may pull back in first hour - it may NOT. It's been a long time. I tried to sell some Ibiz JUST a little before this run started to average down 1 last time - but the Ibiz never sold.

I would have had 775,000 shares instead of 401,200 - That's life. Last week I wished I never bought ANY.

If you get even, AND make a profit - be happy. We've been miserable way too long.

I would say I am "relieved" more than excited. I was starting to think this would never happen. Better knock on a LOT of wood tonight so we don't jinx ourselves!

As far as Andrea and the Survey controversy - maybe he THINKS the drawings ARE the survey. Who knows. Maybe he was just telling us anything to appease us - knowing it wouldn't matter once this Airport news came into play. But he's freyed a hell of a lot of nerves around here - that's for damn sure.

I remember the Monday night back in mid-Oct. that was the first night after the first day of the UVCL run (THAT was a 5 day run from .01 to .17)! Talk on RB thread FINALLY (I was the ONLY one there with a couple of others for a while in Sept), Heart's pounding - ANTICIPATION of just how BIG we'd Gap UP in the morning....
Almost NO sleep that night (Or the next 3).

Gee - I feel that way again!

Just DON'T Get sooo greedy that you get so caught up in the excitement that you forget to take Profits - and/or at LEAST get your 'buy in' money out. Take it from one who's learned the Hard and Expensive way.......

Look how dejected we've all felt the last 2 months plus; and even this morning..........Remember THAT - it's VERY sobering.

Repeat after me:

There's NOTHING wrong with taking profits.
There's NOTHING wrong with taking profits.
There's NOTHING wrong with taking profits.
There's NOTHING wrong with taking profits.
There's NOTHING wrong with taking profits.

Toto - We're not in DEADsville any more!

Good Luck Gang!

Penny - I would never tell you how to spend your money. We've ALL suffered with this stock. The WORST suffering I've EVER done.

From everything I heard from Andrea, and Salemm heard from M. Beaudoin - it LOOKS like it's ALL REALLY going to happen. But I counted my chickens before they hatched on MArch 9th here - and all I got was a rotten yolk! LOL (Hey - it's NICE to be ABLE to inject a little humor here after 2 LONGGGGGG months)!

One thing for sure - I wouldn't CHASE it. If you want, maybe try and get in at .0024 or .0025 - It MAY retrace 1st hour - or could just run. We're MORE than due. And we DESERVE it for the mental cruelty! ;-)

If you do get in - keep your eye on it. WRITE DOWN your objectives - and STICK TO IT

Good Luck to us all,
Steve

13 1/2 hours to go........

Until I hit "submit" QBID is sandwiched between this and the 11 pg. old thread! Hope it's an omen. Hope this becomes OUR Qbid!

Of course AFTER I hit submit - we'll have 2 CDVJ threads ABOVE the Qbid thread! Maybe we'll do twice as nice!

Good Luck Gang -

i could have bought 7x as much stocks now as i did when it was 0.014, i'm still hitting myself, if it gets close to 0.014, i'm selling this right away, i'll probably sell at 0.01, just to save a bit of my money... if it flies, i hope it flies from 0.01 to 0.02 before i can sell it, or i'm not getting out of this with a profit

Nighttrader - my first buy in was 100,000 at .0142 on MArch 9th. As SOON as PR came out - it tanked to .0078 - It happened so fast you COULDN'T get out. Recovered to .013 - (the old dead cat?) and we dropped like forever since then. I bought more at .0069 (CAN'T go down any more right? Hit .004 before I knew what hit me). THen I bought MORE last week at .0021 and it fell to .0018 SAME day. This stock LOVES to INSULT us while it screwed us.

TO make this long story short, my avg. now is .006, but my son's is STILL .0145 (We bought at same time but he bought a lot more than me). So you KNOW I really want to see it break it's high at LEAST for my son... (And I won't complain tooooo much).

Just be careful and go with your gut feeling. IF I had done that as much as I felt it - I'd be RICH........(I'm NOT)! LOL

I was out all day. Is all this speculation of a big run based on the conversations with Mr. C & B, or was there actually some news. Haven't we seen this thing move between .002 and .003 before. I am not trying to funny or a smartass, I am wondering what really happened to put everyone in such high spirits.

Coastal Holdings, Inc. Signs $2M Investment Contract with Vetdermal Systems Limited at Investment Conference in Israel

PrimeZone via COMTEX

May 10, 2004 9:30:15 AM

HOUSTON, May 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --

Coastal Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSJJ), is pleased to announce that the investment conference, at which the Company was a presenter, hosted by the Jerusalem Investment Forum (JIF) at the Tel Aviv Hilton on May 5th was a tremendous success. A highlight of the invitation-only luncheon was the signing of a $2M investment contract between CSJJ and Vetdermal Systems Limited, an England-based company that is developing an innovative drug delivery system for animals. Vetdermal's novel drug dosage system is based on a unique technology platform originally developed in Israel. The company is planning drug trials in the coming months with strategic partners in the industry. This acquisition of a major stake in Vetdermal, a company with great potential involved in the multi-billion dollar global pharmaceutical industry, is a significant step forward in CSJJ's goal to become a dominant, leading-edge biotechnology holding company.

At the conference, Coastal Holdings initiated discussions with other biotechnology companies that exhibited an interest in the Company. Some of the firms are still in the design stage for their product(s) while others already have their product(s) on the market. CSJJ signed a draft proposal for a $2M investment in one of these companies. Further details will be provided once a binding letter of intent is signed with this company. These investments, with more to follow, will generate significant revenue and profits for Coastal Holdings. Due to the positive response to the Company, CSJJ has been invited to attend the next conference which will be announced shortly.

Coastal Holdings has two main resources to fulfill its vision. The first resource is financial strength as the Company has secured commitments from several major investors who are willing to fund the acquisitions. They are comprised of private investors and public, financial institutions. The current stage of funding is approximately $5M. The second resource is sound leadership. The management team is composed of biotechnology experts and an experienced financial and marketing staff who are all committed to transforming Coastal Holdings into a dominant, leading-edge biotechnology holding company.

I'm keepin' my mouth shut... 'cause I just don't know. Sooooooo many disappointments with this one. How many times did I expect this to run??!! I figure I should just expect the worst... and then be pleasantly surprised when something better happens.
Sorry for the sobering thoughts, but the conversations with Mr. C + B really don't mean too much. We're still guessing for the most part..
salemm.

It doesn't hurt to
have sober thoughts!
I've been fighting my self
for a while now. Telling my self
if all this is really true
and no BS that this would be
good especially at the price.
Been debating back and forth
on whether to buy more.
The conversation got to me.
I'm going to bet its true.
If not you guys can tell me.
"YOU'VE GOT TO HAVE FAITH"
Good night.

So, the euphoria is based on speculation of the hinting of good news, coupled with the 18% increase in PPS? Something tells me to not look for a profit on this one. My average buy is .0043, and I think I would thank God if I could sell at that. I hope it takes off, but...........Y'all can fill in the blank with what I think we all feel. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see it do well, but reality, history, and disappointment tells me to not be too hopeful, YET!

I hope this runs like a scared cat but remember.

WE HAVE BEEN SCREWED BY THIS STOCK BEFORE.

Anyone following the other thread knows I'm not a basher and I hold quite a bit of this stock. My average is about like Love's at .006 and I would love to see a run but I'll belive it when I sell and hold free shares.

Hell its been worth the money to picture Love jumping up and down as he posted this thread. LOL and GLTA

Just curious regarding the change of date of vesting in the new company.

The original date is 4/9. How can they announce the new date after the original date has lapsed. This is screwed up. People that sold after the 9th but prior to the 13th announcement thinking that they are already vested with the CSJJ shares are shorted. I say this is scam.
