So, we just paid 3,000 on shares that are worth 5,000.

Maybe I'm just missing your point but that would still be 2000.00 profit on free shares. If it went down to below what you paid in taxes I see your point but then you could probably write off the loss, I trade in an IRA so I don't pay that much atention to tax rules.

Yes Greenhorn you need to pay atention to how much tax you will owe or get a big suprize next year. This is one of the reasons I trade in non taxable accounts. You also need to track your losses as these go against your gains. You either need to be very carefull or have a accountent. The down side to the nontaxable accounts is you are restricted to how much money you can invest each year.

Yes, I think everyone is on the same page now. If the free shares go down the toilet during the year, we will have a loss because we get taxed on the value of the free shares on the day they are given to us. So, using the same example, if we get 10,000 worth of shares and get taxed 3000 AND the shares become worth less than 3000 bucks, we have a loss. And yes, if you have income to write off, having a loss can be a good thing. If not, well, you get the picture.

Anyone have a REALISTIC clue what's going on here? Like 18 million traded BEFORE open at .0017-.0018 when our ALphatrades weren't working. Then only 6 million afterwards so far today???

Could be buyback? They usually use MMs to do this. Perhaps they did it before market hours so as to not affect the pps too much??
I have no clue, really, but it's an interesting conclusion, no?
Can someone prove or disprove it?
Please do.

What difference do the free shares make when CSJJ is at .035?? LOVE, when you talked to AC, did he tell you when we could expect that PR? I'm hoping a PR or something will bring this back to life a little bit. I don't know what will wake it up though. Basically, we need a miracle.

AC said 'beginning of the week'.

I spoke to Bill Little earlier today, re: CSJJ shares and he told me the OS is about 22 million now, will increase by about 11 million, or 33-34 million from the April 9th Freebies, and another 14 million or so from the MAy 19th Freebies - depending on how much more CDVJ was bought. Deadline was Friday because of the 3 day settlement.
He's been typing up the certificates for us.

So overall - until/unless Andrea decides he needs to dilute CSJJ, total will be under 50,000,000 - which isn't bad IF he can keep it their. Then again, CDVJ was 36 mi. what, 2 1/2 months ago......

He also said he knows Andrea is working VERY hard - and agrees he is spread out......

This all really doesn't tell us much but now we have a little idea about CSJJ.

Oh yeah - about 10 million shares of CDVJ were "CANCELED" he said, which lowered CDVJ's OS a little bit. And he said still no more dilution......

Anyone know why about 10 million would be CANCELED? He said it had nOTHING to do with buybacks........

Hey Love,

Next time you talk to AC tell him to take it easy on the typing of the certificates. Carpel tunnel is very painful. May need surgery at times. There's probably an electronic way of doing it. But of course with CDVJ, everything is retarded. Thanks for the info.

When are we gonna get some positive news here? We have been waiting patiently. And for everyone who was p'd off at me for posting crap about QBID I am sorry. It wasn't meant that I hoped people lost money. We all know what QBID is capable of. I was just frustrated at this stock. Let us all hope for a good day.

When they anounced the free shares of CSJJ it was at .20. If anyone thought it would stay there their nuts. It had to be diluted to give out the free shares or they would be giving us the company also shares had to be issued to purchase the 2 biotech companys they bought. Eveyone wants the free shares but they will be restricted so when we get them is not all that important. I'm as deep into this as anyone at .006 and would love to see a run but I don't think its in the near future. We need to hold on to this or get out with a loss ( I'm holding)Its going to get worse before it gets better, there will be a selloff of CDVJ after the 19th and the free shares are issued IMO. Maybe after that we can get back to business.

I agree and disagree. I agree that there will be people who will be selling after the free shares. But I disagree that we go down any further because of it. The fact is that the company has real potential with this airport and CSJJ. I think you will find plenty of people buying at anywhere in the .002 range. Plus, there are so many of us that have lost money in this that I believe many will wait it out. You might see a quick drop to .0017 and then the buying will begin. Remember the company is buying too. They want to hold these levels. What we really need is some positive PR's to really hold people in around this time. Let us wait and see. Just my opinion.

I also think lots of people will be bailing at their buy price just to get out. As I said I'm holding as I agree with you that this company has lots of potential. Just wish this would all get over and we can go back to making money.

fastrunner: It's poor Bill Little doing all the typing - NOT Andrea! (Salemm - that WAS the right # we called - they must have been at lunch). I didn't think my hanwriting was THAT bad!

Flemdog: Why on earth would ANYONE be frustrated with this stock????? LOL
(I wonder if it's caused any heart attacks or emotional problems? I know it has ME talking to myself at times, like "What the hell was I thinking" - worse move than the one by Hugh Grant that won Jay Leno an Emmy)!

Hey - have you guys seen this? It was posted by JOseph on the D withB thread. It's about the airport....

Hey, good work Steve.
That link (and the articles in it) confirms the privatization of the airport... and their strong desire to redevelop it with a 'global' outlook.
Great find. I never came across it before... even though I scoured the net for anything remotely assoc. with St-Hubert.

About DASH-L....
Just called Transport Canada... and after being shuffled along to different branches, finally spoke to someone who confirmed that negotiations with DASH-L for privatization of airport are going WELL... and they expect positive decision for privatization in the VERY short term. Funny... he told me that was confidential info... but told me anyway?!
What does this mean?
DASH-L plans to aggressively open the market to redevelopment of the airport. It just supports what I had been told by another source last week.
It's not the 'holy grail' of info... but it's a tidbit that might form a piece of the larger puzzle.
The goal now? Find out WHO, WHAT organizations are currently submitting bids for redevelopment projects at the airport; WHO, WHAT orgs are in negotiations for favorable terms or any terms, with DASH-L for redevelopment of airport... Have any firms in town received requests for feasability studies regarding St-Hubert?

Or, perhaps we'll get a PR soon that will answer all our questions.
salemm.

According to Firefight on RB, he just hung up with Andrea and the Airport PR is almost finished and will be out today or in the morning - and is quite lengthy.

I HOPE he has it worded clearly so nobody panics like the BLOCKBUSTER March 9th that had us drop from .015 to .0078 in 2,2 seconds! (Lots of people thought there was going to be a RS because of the free shares in CSJJ because they don't READ what's in front of them!

Fly me to da moon!

I would think if it's not out by now - he'd be better off waiting til tomorrow? More powerful? Then again .....if it's long and detailed.....

I wish something would happen here. I am tempted to sell the shares I bought at .002, at .0025. Good PR remeber doesn't translate into an increase in PPS with this little doggie!

Here's something to cheer you guys up.

I sold CDVJ 2 weeks ago at 75% loss. I moved that money into WNMI, at .017, as it had come out with news and I thought I would catch the run. That turned out to be the high for the day and the last 2 weeks. It's PPS is now under a penny. You do the math. There's not much left of that block of money now.

If things are looking up here, it might be the place to stay. Most stocks are eratic lately with many going down.
PRVH is coming out with filing soon. That may be worth watching,as it can run big time when it goes.

good luck, dz
