To say the least I am less than thrilled with the 10-Q. They have bumped the A/S another 250,000,000 to 750,000,000, which I can understand that they might need the ability to acquire more companies. I simply dont think that I will be investing for a good long while now. I will not take the risk of dilution if things turn south for this company. Also I thought that their "income" was less than stellar. From what I gathered, a significant portion of the income was generated from "asset appreciation". I took that to believe that they revised the valuation of one of their companies upwards(already somewhat sketchy of a method of evaluating the companies worth). TFCT has released tons of good news, and the stock has continually gone down. No run has been sustained for the last month or so and now it is no surprise why. There are now almost 9,000,000 additional shares in the O/S from last quarter. I have not seen any reason why this trend of dilution should stop, despite management's claim of having cash to fund operations.
I will still follow the company, especially prizewise, as something that possesses a great deal of potential and could be worth investing alot in. But the management has chosen to continue to pursue a different path instead of focusing on the gem that they already have.

I think that this is one of the best undervalued stocks that I've ever bought into. I am in it for the long ride and am very excited about prizewise doing well. In fact I just won 2 prizes. One was a 3.12oz. bar of gold for 3 tickets and 101 prizewise tickets for 15 tickets. This tells me that everyone has a chance, because if I can win then anyone can win. Check out recent wins and you will see.

It's not going to, at least for a long while. This last 10Q was just what I feared it would be. They came out with 2 p/rs during the last week telling us how beautiful it was going to be but it was really nothing more than a whole bunch of make up on a plain looking girl. It's not all down though, they are on the right track revenue wise but they are quickly approaching an o/s of a billion shares. That is hard to overcome. Looking at .10 or so tops in the near term if were lucky.

Citigroup Inc (C) Last Trade: 44.01 Shares Outstanding: 5.18B Why is an outstanding share count of 1 billion bad? It is over 1/5th less than citi corp? look at their price. Do you really think we won’t be able to get through 10 cents with the o/s count we have? (P.S. I don't know exactly what it is?) Splits:26-Feb-03 [1:100, any even with 100 times more shares outstanding they were still above a buck and even two bucks. I am not criticizing your post, just asking for an explanation on why you think it wont fly? I def. think it will once enough pos news gets out.

Future, Look at Citigroups p/e, it's 14.5. Their revenues can support 5 billion outstanding shares. Ours can't, nor should we be expected to. The problem is, all of the hype surrounding Prizewise is done, the 10Q wasn't horrible but certainly not spectacular, and the other companies aren't doing much. Short of major news (not related to Prizewise) we are now stuck in a trading range of .04-.10 in my opinion. Even .10 might be tough. What needs to happen is this company needs to focus on government contracts for their patch technology. Announce something like that and this will fly. Prizewise isn't going to do it. One last thing, I was incorrect earlier saying they were approaching a billion o/s. They're actually just over halfway there and if the dilution ends now, that isn't too bad. I'm not saying this is a bad stock. It's not if you have a long term perspective. Short term, I see it as good for daytrading only.

So what are your predictions now everyone.....i am baffled by the lack of movement with the news they released in recent days, but then again these are the dog days of summer...volumes are lower and lower which will make this hard to get this thing about .10 anytime soon. I am holding for the long run since day one but it is hard seeing the lack of movement. I would like to see green more often but even a red day wouldnt be bad cause i could pick up some more shares...but even or up and down 1% each day stinks!! Still think by December we could be above .25 easily.

I have faith in this stock too. I have almost 10,000 shares and would like to get more. I am young investor (18 years old)just started about three months ago and will be keeping this for a long run, hopefully maybe 1-2 years. People say don’t fall in love with a stock, but I think I did with this one. I just have a good feeling about prizewise. One of my teachers recommended it to me in May, so I went out and got it. I was up about $800 on it, but since I just started I thought that it would keep going up and then slowly I went down again. I am down about $200 now. This will be over a $1 in a couple of years. Good Luck and buy a lot while it’s low.

T/A is harder to apply here because T/A is a careful study of supply and demand. Since more shares have and still are being issued, it throws off the supply and demand balance and makes charting very hard to do. I personally would hold off on increasing my position until I see the dilution completely coming to a stop.

LAS VEGAS, Aug 19, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Department of Defense received $1 million funding in its newly approved spending bill to purchase patch devices from Trident Technologies, Inc, a wholly owned investment portfolio company of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC:BB TFCT.OB), Kevin Romney, president and CEO, announced today.
"We are pleased that Congress was so impressed with our products that they included funding for the military to buy them," said Romney, adding that the appropriation adds credibility to our products and opens doors for additional federal and state procurement opportunities, especially in the areas of transportation and homeland security. "We believe additional funding could be approved in the near future," Romney added.
Company officials worked closely with members from Nevada and Texas to secure the itemized funding for "patch technology to prevent leaks and hazardous material spills."
Romney and Jim Branch, president of Trident Technologies, a wholly-owned investment portfolio company of 21st Century, which manufactures the patch technologies, made several trips to Washington to brief elected officials and high-level staff on the benefits of the ProMag and SeaPatch technologies. Decision-makers appeared supportive of the company's efforts to secure appropriations from the beginning.
ProMag (for land-based applications) and SeaPatch (for marine uses) devices are magnetic patches capable of sealing any type of leak to include size. The device have been successfully used on large and small circular punctures, jagged tears, even bullet holes - to avert disasters that are natural, accidental or caused by acts of terror.
As a symbol of their reliability and functionality, SeaPatch and ProMag magnetic-powered quick seal devices have been type-approved by the American Bureau of Shipping and are used during emergency response training at the Department of Transportation's Emergency Response School in Pueblo, Colorado, the Louisiana Emergency Response Training Center and the Texas Engineering Extension Service.

Hey, valves. Welcome to Allstocks. That's some mighty fine news you brought to us this morning. Thanks.
I will refrain from saying things like, "This is it!", or "To da moon!", because, well, there's just no way to guess what the heck will happen to the PPS. But if we're not green today, I'll be ... uh... more surprised than the other days we're not green...

When something like this is looming could it be a hint of something that is going to happen like a reverse split or who knows what else? Hopefully the govt. has done their homework to make sure this is a viable company that will be around to fullfill their contracts.

It could be because the television commercials are suppose to come out early September and they know that shareholders will purchase stocks before it appears on television. They already have made deals to advertise on CNN and ESPN. But today's news is very good Especially with news of real money coming in our hand. the government has decided to trust the homeland security fund with TFCT which is very good. Especially since the budget of homeland security is so high.

Sounds like alot of money to me But thats a drop in the bucket. They are just selling portions of their personel investment to keep it going. They most likly had to hold till Aug 31. I would be more interested in seeing how much more shares they have
The Penny market is so down right now the old rules do not apply. I dont think any of the regular pennys would move much right now no matter what the news. This is a good time to find the companies that have a future and do some bargain buying

This is disheartening. This was exactly the kind of news I thought we needed to get this stock moving again. Granted, it's not a huge order but they're now a supplier to the Dept. of Defense. That's like having your hand on the teat of the cash cow for crying out loud. That alone should have given us a decent boost. Anyone betting on where we close today?

This has to be one of the worst weeks ever for TFCT....the news was about their patches and they got funding from the government, but we couldnt even hold the 10% gain by the end of the day...then they were down today ...so dissapointing...and to top it all off the XBOX i am selling doesnt look like it will go off! Have you looked at the Alexa ratings????? WE still continue to climb the charts in the right direction. How is it that the stock cant get above .06?? Yeah the market in general has been down but not this week. Oh well have a great weekend all.

I had warned that dilution could be a problem. And the insider sells are definitely not a vote of confidence in this stock. CashMaker, is TFCT a buy now just like QBID was a buy at .015? Seems like this is the second time me and you are going to disagree, I won round one, lets see who wins this one.
