man this company really needs comercialls. They are not known enough yet. I am worried about all the prizes I have entered tickets in. It seems like all the tickets never get sold and they just keep reisuing them. I enterd like 5 tickets into a 42 inch plasma tv and the prize never sold it's target amount of tickets. They gave me them back and I entered them into another prize. But I probabely will never see any of my big entered prizes like the corvette, or the house in florida get all their tickets entered in the time allowed. But on the good side for all you investors that does not matter because the company still makes their money whether the prizes get finished or not, the tickets are still sold no refunds. I just wish more people knew about it publicity is the key.

Did you listen to the conferance call at all? If not I would highly suggest it they answer a lot of questions. I am glad they waited on the commercials.
They waited on the commercials to prevent servers and merchant accounts from going down. Because they had WAY more traffic then expected.
I would suggest listening to the conferance call because it hits everything you just stated.
No need to be worried either - site has not had any traffic compared to what it could have and they have closed 600 items and 7% complete, whereas 30% of ebay completes.
Just be patient this will be HUGE. All those who were afraid of the legality - if you listened all those states that have issues, are worked into the software to restrict certain bidders/sellers.
GLTA I am glad I held all my shares and I am sorry for all those who sold for a huge lose (the ones who got in around .10-.17)

I didn't know this before, but prizeWise can be found on Google, under the "Sponsored Links" section when searching for certain raffle related topics. I knew they had banners on Yahoo! and such, but advertising on Google is a nice step. The conference call mentioned this, but I thought that was future planning.

Don't be foolish and sell now. To some degree Ric is right, the market as a whole is down right now but it doesn't always follow in penny land. This is one of the few quality penny stocks out there with real potential, even without Prizewise. Stick with it and this will be a winner in the not too distant future.

21st Century Technologies Acquires Stock in DLC General Contractors, Inc.
LAS VEGAS, Aug 11, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) announced a formal agreement with Nevada-based DLC General Contractors, Inc. today.
In exchange for interest and an equity kicker of 24% of DLC's common stock, 21st Century has extended the company a $500,000 line of credit. 21st Century originally signed a letter of intent to acquire DLC; however, after in-depth analysis, both parties agreed the best course of action would be to extend a line of credit in exchange for interest and equity.
Established in 1991 and licensed in California and Nevada, DLC primarily contracts for public works projects such as airports and public buildings. Major clients include the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, the State of Nevada, the Nevada Parks Department, and the City of Henderson.
Danny Cates, president of DLC, said "We do work for government entities because we never have to chase our money. We always get paid because the funding is always available."
DLC plans to use funds from the agreement to help facilitate expansion, primarily by hiring personnel and adding office facilities. Cates said he hopes for a substantial increase in growth through DLC's affiliation with 21st Century.
In addition to earning interest on funds afforded to DLC, 21st Century has already received 24% of the company's common stock.
Kevin Romney, president of 21st Century, said "This opportunity allows us to benefit from one of our investment company's profitability, as well as the interest from the debt it incurs while growing."

This is an EXCELLENT PR and let me tell you why. This shows that they do not plan on further diluting the stock to make acquisitions. Instead, they chose to use their current assets in order to produce shareholder returns. Also, you can bet that the company would not invest $500,000 in cash if they didnt have cash to fund ongoing operations for their own companies. Im still waiting on the 10-Q but everything is looking DAMN good here.

Well I registered with the Prizewise site. I'm impressed. More than impressed. It all seems to fit in place. Buy coupons for well known websites. Get free tickets. Win prizes. We win, the sponsers win, Prizewise win. Everybody wins. The site itslef is a licence to print money. When it officially opens in the UK, I'm gonna be putting up some cash prizes. Easy money! I can see this catching on in a bigway.

Another great PR, super numbers! Will NITE ever let this stock go up ? NITE has been killing this stock for 6 weeks. Every time it starts to move up NITE will eventually bring the ask down to match the bid.

At least we arent red for the day. I cant wait to read the 10-Q Friday which is what I have been waiting for before I buy. After analyzing it I will be able to make a good decision about exactly where this company is going and if I should be on board. Realize that this company is on track for an EPS of .01 for the full fiscal year, putting us at a P/E ratio of 6.3. A company under a dime having a P/E ratio at all is simply astounding, and having one that low is rediculous to say the least.

What did I tell ya! Right back down the crapper. I can't believe this! I sure hope people take a closer look at this company. I am beginning to believe that most investors are only basing TFCT on what they see on prisewise and that's a real shame because they are SO much more than that and have the financials to back it. I am just flabergasted.

I think we all should start playing this. As soon as there is a decent run, sell it, it will go back down anyway. Why not pick up some free shares?! GL

I think thats a fact. I agree there is much more to it. However I don't think we will see anything of this stock until this years financials are totaled. The recovery this company has pulled of is either brilliant or pure dumb luck. Personally I think it is the brilliant part. Each company it holds seems to be doing farily well, there is more growth ahead in all of them. Good days should be coming. I don't care if I have to hold for a day or a decade at this point. This stock will break over two dollars eventually. In the mean time when possible, the dips are good. Sad fact is a lot of people got in over 10 cents. All I have to say to that is sit tight. I am.
