Wow no news on Prizewise and this board dries up?!?! Is it because the stock is no longer going up 20% a day. can people really be that stupid and forget about the enormous up side to this stock even if prizewise doesnt turn out to be ebay or half of ebay. I mean i am still excited about this even with no news. I think it is better if they dont release a PR everyday regarding Prizewise, but that doesnt mean we dont have to stop talking about it.

You have a great point, bbm. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I tend not to post much on weeks that I work. But I am expecting good things from TFCT.
Does anyone have exact dates as to when the TV commercials are to begin? I remember reading "within 10 days" sometime last week, but could recall a date.

got a question about items sold on PrizeWise. Why is the minimum number of tickets almost twice the aproximate value of the item. For someone to spend so much money and still have a chance in not winning the item is scary, if i wanted a total garantee about winning an item i would have to buy a all the tickets to buy all the tickets one would pay almost twice the value. would someone want to buy so much tickets? NOT ME! But another point in this is that everybody buys one ticket and hopes they win, not to bad...but apearantly nobodies buying in on this, the items i've seen on their site have about another 6 months left at the rate their selling at. I'm thinking their servers are gonna be full of stuff that don't sell or nobodies gonna bother wasting their time and instead go to ebay, our new enemy. no offense to anyone just want see some results on this website of theirs. i want my value of this stock to go up along with my confidence. Hopefully when their Quaterly Reports come out, investors confidence in this stock will raise, along with the PPS. I'm not a hater, i only speek the truth, and look forward to make money with TFCT. speek to me guys ur'll all dead or depressed, help me out with some of ur opionion.

Here is what i think.. The site is not for ebay users really. It is for gamblers. People that like the lotto...gambling online etc. This is not an auction site. That is why i like it. Sure you dont have instant gratification with some of the larger items and that is the problem i see with this site. Unless the site starts to mark down how much you can increase the value of an item sold it will be hard to close out the raffles. Then again they just started their advertising campaign. Not bad for a new company to have so many visitors, but we need to see the numbers dramatically increase after the commercials start running to build up a base of loyal return visitors. That is how ebay did it...then you will see the big ticket items close. I think what they really need is just one house/car to go off in the raffle. The make everyone in the US aware of it. Have a news crew go to the persons house or something and have it on the news during peak hours. HAve them on a morning show. Do u know what kind of response that would generate. You would probably have all you high ticket items sell out within the week. But the key is to get that one BIG ITEM sold. They should think about giving away something. Lets say you buy 15 tickets...you should automatically be entered into a seperate drawing for say a car. This item would be given away a lot quicker. The big problem is i go on to the site and see that a car still has 50,000 out of 51999 ticket to sell. In my eyes i say why eneter this raffle may never go off. sure i get my money back if it doesnt but why enter! I love this stock and i am holding 52,000 share for the long run, but this site has to become a household name for it to close out the big items. Anybody else agree???

You don't understand the reason this site will be sucessful. It is the ability to win a house for only a dollar. The true american dream to get somthing for nothing. If you don't want to gamble then you have the right idea, go to ebay. It's not about buying it's about winning. That is why you can post things for 1.75 times their value, it is for people that like the risk reward high risk high reward.

Based on its investments, 21st Century Technologies doesn't have an overly optimistic outlook on the century. The business development company primarily invests in companies that expect trouble, including leaks and guys that need shooting. On the leak front, Trident Technologies makes magnetic patches that stop leaks and ruptures on ships, railroad cars, storage tanks, and pipelines. And 21st Century has two gun sight investments: Innovative Weaponry makes tritium night-sights for police and military; Miniature Machine Corporation makes tactical sights for semi-automatic pistols and shotguns. Slightly cheerier investments include telemarketer Paramount Multiservices, Inc. and web-based marketer PrizeWise, Inc.

Very true indeed, once they have more and more people bidding, items will be won much faster and it will be very popular. If you type in the name of a prescription drug online that you want to order there will be millions and millions of affiliate sites which have the prescription on them..... the prescription industry sells unbelivably online and is 2nd only to online gambling. It is Americans nature to gamble, I can see myself buying 20 dollars worth of tickets... and throwing them in, heck if I win I win, if I don't damn, I lost a buck.
Chances of winning 50 bucks on a lottery ticket is like 1 and 123512526236 chances on prizewize are a lot better.

I understand your point and i totally agree with it. Prizewise is a gamblers favorite area. For me i learned my lesson at the casino, for everytime i went in their i left empty handed and that could have an impact on costomers. hopefully they'll cheer up and go back. like i do. not as often tho.
i found some sec. filing having to do with TFCT need a little help if anybody has anytime web link is below
what are these filing for i'm still new to stock but have a great interest in them hopefully in 45 years when i should retire my stocks outta paved my florida dream home. unless i get very lucky and win one off prizewise. FOR A BUCK..

Right, it is a site for gamblers. But why do you gamble? To make money. They want an easy buck. Well whats easier than buying a new car and selling it for 83% of 175% of its value(145.25%)? I mean hypothetically people could make endless money listing new cars and stuff...45% of the price of a car is no small profit either. I mean in the end the buyers get screwed and if they keep buying tickets then the site will be successful. If they wisen up and start listing things to make money, then i think the sellers will overwhelm buyers and it might crash.

From what i research and that what i learn here on this message board. I strongly believe this stock has great potential. they are negotiating a $30 million budget allocation that would enable local fire departments to purchase its patches to dramatically enhance preparedness on the local level. This could drematicaly increase PPS. Along with the other business they have they could flourish which is good for us investors. I appologies for posting so much of my opionion, but i am very excited about TFCT and thought i'd share my opionions with my fellow investors. agian i appologies and wish the best of luck to the investors of 21st century technologies inc. --your daddy--

For everyone invested in PRIZEWISE..your investment relies on one thing and one thing only. ADVERTISEMENT/COMMERCIALS. No way this company can make it without great advertising. I dont mean banners on IWON or EXCITE either. Sure Yahoo is a good site to post it but i havent seen the banner yet. The commercials will be the heart and soul of this campaign. I love the stock and i dont want to bash it which my comments seem like they might be, but you must realize over night success wont happen. It make take a year before you get a large enough base of customers/gamblers before the site can see true revenue growth and that will then drive the PPS up up and away. Ebay didnt make it over night yah know....in the end i hope we can all retire on TFCT or get a very nice return on our initial investments if you havent already.

I see it now.... barkers on the strip in Vegas... "$1 a chance to win a $450,000 home $1" ..... Ads in local paper real estate section "...win this house for a $1 on www.prisewise.com.... .... A new car setting on the side of a major interstate with a sign "...Win this car on www.prisewise.com for $1" yeah I see this advertising itself to a point, the people will catch on.........

Sort of. In order for it to sustain the current pps levels, PrizeWise will have to be a success. If it fails completely, you still have a company trading around .02/.03 based on their other companies. That might not be what people around here want to hear but that is the reality of it. Even in the event of a total Prizewise faliure though, you still have a decent shot with their patch products an others. Good luck to all, (myself included).

Not everyone is stupid! I, for one got in TFCT since Opportunity and Tuffy mentioned it @.031. I have been busy accumulating more shares as well. TFCT is doing just fine without babysitters. At least that is MY opinion. I am just too shy to post.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am going to go ahead and place an order for .118, this will make the price drop down to .10 at the highest and you can all average down, get back in or whatever. About the only trend that I have discovered is that when I buy in or add to a postition it goes down so I might as well help others out!
