Someone needs to kick the heck out of the MM GNET. For two days now he has been controlling everything and dragging this stock down. On the L-11 he is just setting at .0031 at 999 and want move. The ask keeps trying to push it up but he just sets. If he moves we are going up. Big dang IF.

WTF happened today!!!! Can I get some good insight on the cause of this. I was gone all day. Was there any support at all? Were only sellers welcome today? MM games again? Feels like the sky fell today.. Luckily I moved most my money in FNIX yesterday and only lost 1.5 percent today on it.

Check the news... they are throwing out another 4 billion shares or something like that ... Something tells me the SEC is going to take a look into this... this seems VERY suspicious and probably raised a few flags.
1. Price couldnt raise even though 75% of the shares are restricted
2. The 8k came out within ten minutes of the closing bell
3. Mr Schwalb has some dillusion that having 8 billion shares of a company that will probably never be worth 8 billion dollars will 'stabilize' the stock price... I guess he has a point if he wants to stabilize it at $.0001

On April 1, 2004, the Registrant closed on an acquisition of a Frulatti Cafe and Bakery in Elkhart, Indiana. The Registrant had originally entered into the Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with Dynasty CD Holdings to acquire a the business on March 18, 2004. Under the terms of the Agreement, the Registrant is to pay a sum of Thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) payable as twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in cash over a four-month term with the balance due through the issuance of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) worth of shares of restricted common stock. The first payment of the cash portion of the purchase price is due and payable on April 15, 2004.
The Elkhart location will represent the Registrant's second Frulatti franchise.
After the acquisition of the Elkhart Frulatti franchise, the Registrant will have 2,593,265,161 shares outstanding.
Item 7. Financial Statements and Exhibits.
The Registrant has not determined if financial statements will be required as a result of this acquisition. The Registrant's attorneys and auditors will make this determination. Should financial statements be required by this item, the Registrant will be file by amendment not later than 60 days after the closing date of April 1, 2004.

Wasnt the company that Mr Schwalb took control of in hot water for committing stock fraud? But yes.. its really suspicious... they decided it yesterday but had to give it another day to pen out this 2 minute SEC report.. and ironically that day that went by was nothing but sellers. I had my T&S on for awhile and I saw a LOT of million transactions by the million, dont know if that means anything or not though.

Thanks will: If they would have posted this site before it would have been a lot better and stated the whole truth and not just what they wanted to show. Yes they now have 8B OS. No big deal to me. QBID has about this same. At 5:17 today they release a revision to their 8K. Showing their financial status from 1 Apr 2003 to 31 Dec 2003. It did not look good. However this is old for a very young company trying to start out. They just bought their second resturant. They are getting cash support to due this from somewhere. No little company starts off with profits. NONE. They are planning on opening up many more. See the Apr 20 PR. Also go to web page www.kahalacorp.com and it will confirm that they did open a resturant in Apr this year. This is not part of their 8K. Give them a chance before you want to sue them. Hell Macd did not start with a profit either. Nor Burger king. I will still with them and see what happens. Do not call them a fraud until it can be proved. So far he is doing what he said he would try and do. Get more stores. For anyone who has been in the resturant business knows. It takes time to make a profit. The first report today came out at 3:57PM.

i know what you mean bart when you open a restaurant you have to have a good chunk of change to cover product and employee man hours and increase of insurance it usually takes a while before you can show a profit... on that location

If they issue them unrestricted they can be traded. This will dilute Outstanding Shares, (O/S) putting downward pressure on the price per share, (PPS). Remember stocks are governed by the law of supply & demand. The news isn't not good. Why would they increase Authorized Shares, (A/S), if they didn't intend to use them. They may use them to acquire capital for new acquisitions, mergers, financing....etc.

If they restrict them, and they can't be traded, then it isn't that bad. Unrestricted shares will increase the supply putting downward presure on the price. If/when they're issued it is not good. Just the knowledge of 4 billion shares being authorized is enough to cause investors concern of buying in. It's cause for concern.

The other thing that concerns me... On another forum someone did the math on how many shares he owns (please confirm this) and he only owns something like 56% when hes obligated to own 75%... now wouldnt it be in his interest to have the stock fall out of bed for a bit so he can get his 75% ?? Granted theres no evidence that is whats happening... but is it possible???? surely

I dont mean to bash the stock.. I just get paranoid in some situations.... On the bright side... he does indeed have to take a 75% interest and it does seem like a legit venture and it indeed does have potential... Its just that the next few days may be a bit rocky.

It's funny how things get soooo quiet when everyone is biting the dust on this one. I'm just real pissed you can't set stop limit orders on these stupid OTCBB stocks. I bought the damn thing at .0049 and since I'm in school had no access to the comp till I got home and by then, my stop limit I would've set at .0044 was passed and there was just no use in selling.
Now to add this to just my stupid rookie mistake of buying PAVP around .005 has me taking big losses on the two of these.
We gotta get some news here to give a reason for the share to go up or there really is no reason for us to go anywhere but down.
Someone find something positive to post so the last post for people to read on this one isn't so negative, lol.

To be honest I'm not extremely worried I wont' make my money back, and then if I have enough patience to probably make some profit, what bothers me on this one is just that fact of where I bought it. I could have gotten double the amount of shares at this price.
