SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 27, 2004 -- CirTran Corp. (OTC
BB:CIRT.OB - News), a full-service contract electronics manufacturer of
printed circuit board assemblies, cables and harnesses, today announced it has
received new production Purchase Orders from Broadata Communications Inc.
(BCI), a leading manufacturer in the Digital Fiber Optic Cable
Communications Equipment firm based in Southern California for 995
complete Turn-Key printed circuit board assemblies for which the end user is
AMC Entertainment (AMC), the second largest movie theater chain in the
United States with approximately 3,500 screens. These orders will complete
Broadata's first phase order of approximately 1400 units to AMC which is in
excess of $2,500,000. Prior to signing its Exclusive Manufacturing Agreement,
CirTran was building various printed circuit board assemblies for this project.
This new orders represent all printed circuit board assemblies required to
complete this project. Broadata is anticipating the second and third phase to
be shipped within the next nine to twelve months. Both phases are each in
excess of $2,500,000 with the total project value approaching $8,000,000.
CirTran will be performing complete box-build product manufacturing
services for the second and third phase pursuant to the terms of their
Exclusive Manufacturing Agreement which should translate to approximately
$3-4 million dollars in additional revenue for CirTran. The product being
manufactured for AMC Entertainment is Broadata's Concierge (TM) product
line which shall be used in every AMC screen throughout the United States
providing streamline digital fiber optic technologies for the entertainment
industry.
