B-COOL ... how is this pure pump and dump material??? I think the stock is completely undervalued for what it is at the moment and naturally this information will be 'pumped' as you put it... Of course I'm not saying this is my ticket to a million dollars.. but it IS a ticket to profits because of the facts surrounding the company...
But let us take into consideration that this is a 'pump and dump' we certainly will find out tomorrow.. granted three days running on high is 'unusual' I dont see this stock dropping off the face of the earth... they are doing too much on a stock thats valued too little.
Of course if this is a 'pump and dump' I would be concerned since I am investing in this company... but even if the stock got beat down to half of what I paid for it I still wouldnt worry (although I would be disgruntled) because I think this company has what it takes to do what it needs to do (make me money)

Gregg. His saying that its a pump and dump is his opinion. I can personally tell you that I know someone who has put 50k dollar bids on this one in the past and made easy doubles, then dumped. The recent pr may have turned this company around, but this symbol has been pumped and dumped before. But I guess it happens to most beaten down pennies at some point or another.

Im not sure what happened..I bought in at .0013 about a month ago and I wasn't expecting anything from it for a while..I was pretty shocked Friday when I seen it had moved..sold half my shares yesterday to get my money back out plus a little profit..riding on free shares today.people might be thinking that with a new CEO and the new chain of cafe's they bought that they might be able to turn the company around.

Whew!... well, I just made a nice donation to someone.
I couldn't stomach leaving to work, and letting this go on its own.
Lost half my profits from the past couple months.
Let's see, what did I learn....
1. When I held on to GZFX for 3 months, I made over 250%.
2. I've dumped shares on the same day, but that was peanuts compared to what happened today. My gut is still wrenching.
3. I once was sitting on 1.1M shares of QBID, and watched it at it's highest PPS ever, and only sold enough to keep the remainder as free shares (sold about 1/3).
4. As QBID slowly started to come down, I sold off chunks of shares to buy into other stocks.
5. I once chased WNMI on the 1st day of a big run and made a nice 100% (the day that Paris Hilton PR came out). I've never chased before, so I consider myself luck.
6. I tried to catch this at the bottom and get out with a modest 10-15%. Instead, I lost over 30%.
7. This past week, I would have been better off just watching my balance stay-put in a CASH account.
... so what did I learn. Probably best to invest in companies with good potential... rather than chasing a sparking flame for quick cash.

I bought a little more at .0034. I am buying low and selling higher. I am keeping a small number of shares. The number of O/S and the constant acquisitions make this an uncomfortable long term hold for me. But I can see the potential and don't want to not have any. The up and down prices make this a great trading vehicle. Which only brings in more traders and adds to its instability. Eventually it will shift up or down according to it's real value. GLTA-Debi

Check the news... they are throwing out another 4 billion shares or something like that ... Something tells me the SEC is going to take a look into this... this seems VERY suspicious and probably raised a few flags.
1. Price couldnt raise even though 75% of the shares are restricted
2. The 8k came out within ten minutes of the closing bell
3. Mr Schwalb has some dillusion that having 8 billion shares of a company that will probably never be worth 8 billion dollars will 'stabilize' the stock price... I guess he has a point if he wants to stabilize it at $.0001

Thanks will: If they would have posted this site before it would have been a lot better and stated the whole truth and not just what they wanted to show. Yes they now have 8B OS. No big deal to me. QBID has about this same. At 5:17 today they release a revision to their 8K. Showing their financial status from 1 Apr 2003 to 31 Dec 2003. It did not look good. However this is old for a very young company trying to start out. They just bought their second resturant. They are getting cash support to due this from somewhere. No little company starts off with profits. NONE. They are planning on opening up many more. See the Apr 20 PR. Also go to web page www.kahalacorp.com and it will confirm that they did open a resturant in Apr this year. This is not part of their 8K. Give them a chance before you want to sue them. Hell Macd did not start with a profit either. Nor Burger king. I will still with them and see what happens. Do not call them a fraud until it can be proved. So far he is doing what he said he would try and do. Get more stores. For anyone who has been in the resturant business knows. It takes time to make a profit. The first report today came out at 3:57PM.

If they issue them unrestricted they can be traded. This will dilute Outstanding Shares, (O/S) putting downward pressure on the price per share, (PPS). Remember stocks are governed by the law of supply & demand. The news isn't not good. Why would they increase Authorized Shares, (A/S), if they didn't intend to use them. They may use them to acquire capital for new acquisitions, mergers, financing....etc.

If they restrict them, and they can't be traded, then it isn't that bad. Unrestricted shares will increase the supply putting downward presure on the price. If/when they're issued it is not good. Just the knowledge of 4 billion shares being authorized is enough to cause investors concern of buying in. It's cause for concern.

It's funny how things get soooo quiet when everyone is biting the dust on this one. I'm just real pissed you can't set stop limit orders on these stupid OTCBB stocks. I bought the damn thing at .0049 and since I'm in school had no access to the comp till I got home and by then, my stop limit I would've set at .0044 was passed and there was just no use in selling.
Now to add this to just my stupid rookie mistake of buying PAVP around .005 has me taking big losses on the two of these.
We gotta get some news here to give a reason for the share to go up or there really is no reason for us to go anywhere but down.

I sold most at the open the today. I am expecting the price to drop over the next few weeks assuming-Key word assuming they increased the shares to sell them. Possibly for acquisitions, probably legit. But that is an awful lot of shares in a short while. It is hard for any company to get a handle on that kind of growth. Last time it tanked over time to .0006 (bid?)as the dilutive shares were sold into the market and then the spike. I kept 1000 shares just to have it on my screen so when it finally gets down to .0009 or less I will be buying. I don't want to sound like a basher. I don't know enough about this company to bash it. I am just going on my limited experience and having rode PAVP all the way down (and a few others) I am going with my gut. DD-IMO GLTA-Debi

I got back in a few days ago at 119,700 @ .005.
I will unload at .01 (today I may lower my limit to .008) but I will buy back.
I think many are going to do the same. If I had some extra cash (not tied up in Qbid) I would buy some more GFYF at its low. This may not go as high as I once thought but it is still fun to swing.

The least little PR could get this thing really moving either up or down. Hopefully UP UP and away. I feel most people who invest read the 8K like I did. It was old news and did not have anything to do with the here and now. The 8B shares is of no real concern at these prices. Later down the road they might but not now. The main thing that I was worried about was how people would take the news. Is the glass half full or half empty. I guess they thing so far today half full. .003 seems to be a problem. I agree with both of you, Bart & Gregg. However, it was a bonehead move authorizing an additional 4 billion shares in the middle of the run. It is probably of little consequence in the short term, which is what I am interested in, but it sure did put a halt to things. I'll be gone at .004, and look to get back in on a pullback.

Trend seems to suggest that this will be down next week. What is different on this recent run is the amount of interest which is translating into heavy volume. I think a new trend may be starting with this stock. The company however has many problems however, like most penny stocks, but because of the interest I think this has a few more runs in it. Though, I don't know where it will go. I just hope the up/down trend of this stock is over and it will just shoot up for a while. Because of the past trend I still do not plan to hold this for too long.

Yes - it's fun ! I find myself being bummed when the bell closes on Friday and have to wait two days for it to reopen. The stock market should never close!! Go GFYF!! or IVOC? Does anyone have any new news out from either?

No, you shouldn't, but you can if you want to.
What we're going through is a called a "shakeout" and/or a "walkdown".
I'd wait a few weeks to a month before I consider selling.
Penny stocks change like the weather, if you don't like the price, wait 5 minutes.

wow...this got walked down big time... I think that momentum actually pulled this higher than it was supposed to be, and that is the reason we are heading back down... this should go LOWER than the market wants it to be at, then it will rise a bit to correct. All this barring any PR or something to move this otherwise!

If youre asking about the raised OS, that means that they issued more shares onto the market. In the short term, that is generally bad. Think about it as going to buy a car. if there is one car on the lot, and three people want it, the price is bound to go up as each person bids higher for it. Now imagine there are 10 cars and 3 buyers. The price is probably going to dwindle. That is the supply and demand aspect of the market. My analogoy is very general, but i hope it gives you the idea!
