Of course I have level 2. Not for pinks, dont really want to pay 20 bucks a month for it. The "competition" you see, is often retail investors seeing others move their bids up, and outbidding them.

That reminds me. I was at Blockbuster the other day looking for a movie to rent and all of a sudden a title caught my eye. It was "Roger Dodger" .

Looks like the MM's are fighting hard to keep this down right now... I don't think they can keep it at this level this week. All we need is a half assed press release and that will help move us over .02. We just need some PR news.

And why would they do that? Anybody that thinks market makers don't manipulate stock prices is either in denial or a market maker.

I didnt say they didnt manipulate them. In fact I even stated a way that they do it, hiding bids. But if you want to live in fantasyland and say that every time a stock goes down its a "shakedown" orchestrated by the big bad MM, then be my guest.

Ironically everytime QBID rises fast, we post so many messages that it reaches the 60 page limit and we end up starting a new page. We're at 44 & soon QBID will rise.

And you don't believe that a market maker can shake down a price? LOL...What was the name of that stock you owned? CDVJ? Yes, it was driven down by dilution, but if you remember every good PR that it had made it tank. I didn't ever see you refute a claim that it was a shakedown during those times. In fact, you were the one who kept saying after April 1, the market makers couldn't hold it back anymore...correct me if I'm wrong.

Hell no. April 1st was a big myth. I knew it back then too. I DID feel that CDVJ was being shorted however. That is until I called the T/A and found out the outstanding shares had risen to over 1 billion. Thats when I knew I was wrong about the shorting.

April 21, 2004 -- GET ready for the gay version of "The View." Village Voice gossip queen Michael Musto, Barneys creative director Simon Doonan, "Oprah Winfrey Show" producer Patrick Riley, "The Daily Show" contributor Frank DeCaro, celebrity stylist James Aguiar and model/actor T.R. Pescod just taped a pilot called "TVQ." We hear that New York-based Hurricane Entertainment is pitching the swishy chatfest as "Queer Eye meets The View" and is already drawing interest from syndicators.
not finding much info on hurricane ent. but still searching..
Love the Market Member posted March 16, 2004 14:58 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Roger - I read your post on RB that you had to raise your bid to over .001 (I'm sure you meant .01) to get ANOTHER million shares of this Pink sheet stock. That would mean you have over $10,000.00 in this stock? I'm glad to see you learning how to trade at 18. My son's a sophomore and trading too. But over $10,000 in ONE stock? And a Pink at that? Either you're very rich or a big gambler or very ill-advised. There are very few stocks on the NYSE or NASDAQ that I'd put $10,000 into. And only a few OTC's that I'd put MAYBE $2,000 into each at a time.
I sincerely hope that you were just "Laying it on a little thick" over there on RB to shut some of those idiots up. But seriously - I don't like to see anyone lose money. My son and I are in this thing at .0145 and .0142; and I see we made abad decision. I'm just hoping that when the name/symbol change come out-we can escape even and/or maybe make a profit. But from all I've read the past week, I believe this is a very dangerous stock - and more risky than most. Geez - if you really are gambling THAT much here - I wish you had bought at .008's and were swing trading it for "Quick" in-and-out profits.
I wish you all the best. It's normally not my business to get involved with what others are doing with their money - but since you said you're 18 - I see you're just starting out in life and don't want to see you blow all your money. IF that happens - it may sour you on the market in the future - and THAT would be a shame.
Good Luck to all of us, Steve

roger7485 Member posted March 16, 2004 15:42 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes, thats how I trade. I go all in. I started with 8000 and am now hovering around 12000 in 3 months so Im doing pretty well. This is my first pink. So I guess you could say my trading strategy is a little more safe on bigger stocks. But yes I'm in this for 1,290,000 shares averaged at .00983333. And I meant what i said about the bid exactly how I said it. When I bought the majority of my shares. The ask was around .0085, and I put in an order for 1075000 shares at .0095. So I meant that I had to put my bid .001 OVER the ask in order to fill my large order. Yes I have all my money in this stock. Every cent. Thats how I trade, and many may say foolishly, but I have made money with it. I have lost on several trades and learned from it each time. I do not ever lay anything on thick. When I say something I mean exactly what I am saying. Holding for the PR friday when I know my large position will be vindicated. God bless

roger7485 Member posted March 16, 2004 19:12 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mainly im just posting so there arent 666 posts anymore, bad number . Anyway if its possible, just try to ignore the exact pps until the news comes out. The stuff the MM were doing today with the PPS was rediculous. Once again I think the PR will be long and will explain lots of different things including the float and O/S. Do not listen to people that say they have called or emailed anyone. Do it yourself, or wait for the PR. Remember that anyone posting on a board probably has some monetary interest in the stock. This surprise PR is just the teaser PR and the one later this week will surprise us all. Good night all.
roger7485 Member posted March 17, 2004 10:22 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PPS is complete BS. People have orders in that wont fill. PR should be huge.
roger7485 Member posted March 19, 2004 11:41 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hold strong buddy, they are shaking us, im down couple grand on this too, the PR is coming.
roger7485 Member posted March 19, 2004 23:09 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The simple fact is that MM will have to cover their short positions. Remember all those times when VFIN and other MMs were on the ask and it wouldnt budge on all buys? Those werent real shares they were selling. Unlimited supply + any demand = price is going down. Bashers will try to say that the company or insiders are dumping their shares...nope, its fake shares. Now they are starting to buy them back in the 70s for bargain basement prices. But soon there will be no more scared investors to prowl on. All those countless millions of BS non price moving naked short sells will drive this pps very far early next week. Even if we would have gotten news of HUGE funding or other great things today...the price still would have fallen. They are shaking loose every last share before the run. I must say that they have gotten to far more people than I would have expected. Now also note that im not telling you to fall in love with this company. Do not be greedy on the run but do not be too nice to these MMs who are trying to cover sells that have been the source of our frustration for weeks. The longer the little guy holds out, the more everyone benefits. God bless and good night.

I could go back and dig up all the hilarious inaccuracies that any one of you have posted on here. But why? Waste of my time. I admitted I was wrong about people shorting CDVJ.
