ROGER HAS FINALLY COME AROUND. AFTER THE BEATING ABOUT THE WHOLE PRICE ISSUE.

LET'S MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR HERE ROGER. I HOPE THAT THE STOCK GOES DOWN TO .0001 AND YOU BUY 10 MIL SHARES AND IT SHOOTS UP TO $2O/SHARE AND YOU EXIT MAKING 200 MILLION DOLLARS.

I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH "ROGER" AND WHEN I TELL YOU THAT I HOPE YOU MAKE ALOT OF MONEY ON QBID, I REALLY DO AND THERE IS NO SARCASTIC INTENT IMPLIED THERE.

I WENT AND LOOKED UP CDVJ WHICH YOU SAID YOU TOOK A HIT ON. JUST AT THE 41 MONTH HISTORY I COULD PULL UP, LOW OF ABOUT .0002 AND HIGH OF $3.75 APPROX AND AGAIN, JUST BY THE CHART ALONE SAYS SOMETHING THAT COULD BE IN THE MIX OF HAPPENING FOR CDVJ. THE STOCK CLOSED ON FRIDAY AT .0031.

I'D HAVE TO DO MORE RESEARCH ON IT BUT LOW OF .0031 AND A HIGH OF $3.75 SAYS ALOT TO ME WHEN I LOOK AT IT. VOLUME IS UP TO 100 MIL TRADED AT FRIDAY CLOSE. SO SOMETHING IS BREWING.

JUST CAUSE YOU HAVE "LOST" TO DATE ON THIS STOCK DOESN'T MEAN SQUAT CONSIDERING 100 MIL TRADED AND THE PRICE AND VOLUME HAS BEEN GROWING STEADILY OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS.

AT CHART VALUE ALONE, I SEE SOMETHING BREWING AND I HOPE FOR YOUR SAKE THAT THE LOSS YOU THINK YOU INCURRED WAS NOT A BAIL OUT OF YOUR SHARES AND YOUR STILL HOLDING ON THOSE SHARES CAUSE I SEE SOMETHING UP AND COMING.

AGAIN AT CHART VALUE ALONE.

WELCOME TO QBID ROGER.

"1001% WRONG INFO"

You could just say wrong...in lowercase letters. But actually your keyboard may be broken because even your personal info is in caps.

Price means very little when what it is based on keeps changing U4. CDVJ did not have a high of 3.75. That was when it was another company. The O/S went from under 200 million to 1.15 billion in 4 weeks. Massive dilution. If the O/S had stayed the same then obviously its way oversold.

NOW CASH HAS SOME HIGHER UP'S IN HIS COUNTRY. MOST OF YOU THINK ELVIS AND CASH'S UNCLE ADOLPH ARE DEAD.

DEAD WRONG.

I HAVE MORE TO WORRY ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO CASH THAN CASH WITH ME. I JUST A 5 YEAR OLD (MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY) VESTED IN QBID. CASH HAS THE FAMILY CONNECTIONS.

CASH IS FUNNELING MONEY FROM MESSAGE BOARDS AT $10/PERSON FOR THE GREATER CAUSE OF ALLEGED QBID WHEN IN REALITY, IT'S USED TO FUND SPYPLANES FOR THE COMMUNISTS.

THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY SINCE THE REST IS CLASSIFIED!

U4,

You know I think highly of you. I actually agree with you, but not everyone always will. It's kind of like "beating a dead horse" IMHO. But it's your horse to beat!!! Just remember you always have me, and Chuck (unless you killed him).

the last time i posted here i got slammed

all i can say is that hype/TA aside...nobody knows what QBID will do, but as long as you hold shares from 10,000 to 1,000,000+ then you stand to make a lot of money...or you will lose your investment. either way, at least you got a shot. i only have 200,000 shares but i cannot complain about a $500 investment turning into $4,000!!! if QBID goes no higher than .0178 then its already done more than i can ask for.

Until this point I have held my tongue. Roger it is clear you are trying to apply fundamentals to QBID, and that being the case you are way out of your league. DO NOT TRADE THIS ON FUNDIMENTALS OR YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY. This stock has the same driving forces as SIRI, MDDM, XMSR, etc.... the fundamentals on all of these stocks are 100% CRAP. QBID is very political and emotional to a lot of people and that will drive this stock to levels, which are not supported by fundamentals. However, if the management team capitalizes on the newfound inflated market cap, utilizing the financial leverage, they will have an opportunity to sling shot this into a real solid network. As it has been state before to hit $1, $2, $3, or $15 at least 400 items must happen on time and in exact synchronization. If you are using money you can not loose run, do not invest in the stock market at all. RUN RUN RUN Otherwise post facts to support your DD or leave the board. In fact I would ask that all here send email to the administrator and have him check the logged IP stack to ensure that a few of the (new) posters are not coming from "firms".

Oilman....GREAT post in response to the young man, Roger (emphasis on young).

Roger, you are absolutely right in your ANALysis. I did NOT take your advice and cashed in 50,000 on a 7500 dollar investment in QBID all in one week.

You are so wise old timer........

It is not the % in this case and the reason is I say that would be the fact people, general public, are just now hearing about QBID. I meet, hear, and see new people investing in this every day. Rule #1: To sell a stock you must have a buyer. The buying supply is growing with individuals seeing reports of 1.5B shares traded, 25-75% increase in a single day, 1st GBLTV network. This is so political and personal people are buying into it just knowing this is the one. Do you get it? .27% or 2700000000% it is still only .0178 per share. Hello! "I can put $1780 in QBID and get 100,000 shares!" Now if it were $1.78 the game would be a lot slower. I cannot possibly explain the way people think but believe me I do know how the general population thinks; my degree is in Analytical Science. And yes the general population is driving this, we are seeing people who have never traded getting accounts just to buy this thing. If you do not share my opinion that is fine but do watch the numbers and learn from them. $1 would be nice but near term pre/post launch .25 would be incredible. Note: PLEASE any and all who have heard of people opening accounts to get this stock chime in please. I know of at least 15 individuals who have.

Oilman,

I personally know 9 individuals that have opened up accounts to purchase this stock. I also stated in previous posts the momentum for this stock is aligning very well. Political, social, and economic momentum in there. Demand is there. I am an engineer originally from the SF Bay Area. I can tell you that the TIMING is beyond anyone's comprehension at this point. It is absolutely the right time. The climate for this kind of product could not be any better. As far as pps, I personally believe that will be very difficult to predict. If you look historically, that would be a logical avenue. However, the past is the past and the dynamics have change on this one. All I can say is U4's post of 4.00 may be totally off.....it could substantially exceed it. Anyone getting into this is going to make or already has, very very good money.

Reverse Stock Split
A reduction in the number of a corporation's shares outstanding that increases the par value of its stock or its earnings per share. The market value of the total number of shares (market capitalization) remains the same.
For example, a 1:2 reverse split means you get half as many shares, but at twice the price
It's usually a bad sign if a company is forced to reverse split.
*Firms do it to make their stock "look" more valuable, but in reality nothing changes.* A company may also do a reverse split to avoid being delisted.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/reversesplit.asp
*****************************************
Stock splits don't change your ownership share, but they generally occur with successful and highly priced stocks. Not so with the bear market phenomenon of a reverse split, which happens when a company's stock performs horribly and is often priced in the pennies.
*Two-thirds of 37 reverse splits in 2002 failed to bring stock prices above penny-stock or penny-company levels. Stay away.*
http://www.fool.com/news/commentary/2003/commentary030318tj.htm
*******************************************
A stock split which reduces the number of outstanding shares and increases the per-share price proportionately. This is usually an attempt by a company to disguise a falling stock price, since the actual market capitalization of the stock does not change at all. For example, if a company declares a one-for-ten reverese split, then a person who previously held 20 shares valued by the market at $1 each will then have 2 shares worth $10 each. Many stock exchanges in the U.S. do not allow companies with a stock price of less than $1 to remain listed, and many such companies then have to undertake reverse splits if they want to remain listed.
http://www.investorwords.com/4268/reverse_split.html
******************************************

It would seem to me that for this company to do a RS would certainly mean the end of it. And I will tell you what...if they do this, I am out. I might get back in, but if I hear they are going to ... I am out...just like that...OUT!
Frank Olsen knows this, which is why I assume he is trying to create a profitable company with a solid stock. Do your own DD, but this is what I hve found.
C'mon QBID!!!

Oilman, I was talking to some people at work about QTV and two of them actually opened up accounts just to buy in. Neither one ever had a trading account or even bought stocks aside from an employee stock plan. And this was *after* I told them I thought there was a really good chance the whole thing was a scam. I went from 99% thinking it was a scam to about 1% thinking it is in the last few weeks. I think the convention will be the moment of truth, but until then I'm just sitting on my shares. I think you're right though.. this one is being driven entirely by emotion and hope. Just about any technical analysis can be thrown out the window on this one...

SOME PEOPLE HAVE PERSONALITIES THAT ARE JUST WHO THEY ARE. NO MATTER WHAT COMES ALONG, IT'S A MINDSET AND THAT IS ALL THEY SEE NO MATTER WHAT IS SHOWN TO THEM. REGARDLESS OF EVERYTHING FLAT OUT, RIGHT THERE, IT WILL ALWAYS BE SOMETHING ELSE.

ROGER, YOU ARE DEFINITELY ONE OF THESE. YOU ARE SO INGRAINED IN WHAT YOU SAY. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT'S LAYING IN FRONT OF YOU YOU JUST CONTINUE ON ON THE SAME PATH BUT IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US HAS WORKED AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER FOR/WITH SOMEONE WITH YOUR PERSONALITY. THAT PERSONALITY ALIENATES EVERYONE TO THE POINT OF PEOPLE EITHER BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF YOU, THEY ALL WALK OUT/QUIT OR THERE IS SO MUCH BELITTLEING BEHING YOUR BACK AND THE WHOLE SHIP SINKS BECAUSE YOU JUST DON'T GET IT. YOU DON'T WALK AROUND CLUELESS TO THIS BUT 98% OVERRIDES THAT 2% YOU RECOGNIZE.

WHEN SOMETHING IS SO CLEAR AND POINTED OUT TO YOU WITH A OBVIOUS "WHAT THE TRUTH" IS; YOU SOMEHOW MANAGE TO THINK THAT IT'S NOT THAT WAY AND THAT YOUR RIGHT AND/OR YOU AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

YOU SAY EVERY TIME YOU POST AN OPINION, YOU GET HAMMERED. YOUR NOW TURNING MY CORRECTING YOUR COMPLETE AND 100% WRONG POSTINGS INTO A SIMPLE "WELL I'M POSTING MY OPINION AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT U4'S PROBLEM IS".

EACH AND EVERY ISSUE I REBUTTAL ON YOUR POSTS HAS BEEN IGNORED. YOU COMPLETELY REFUSE TO SIMPLY SUBSTIANTIATE YOUR POSTION(S) AND I EVEN PUT UP $2,000 FOR YOU TO DO THAT.

EITHER YOU GET IT OR YOU DON'T.

YOU DON'T GET IT.

YOU KEEP POSTING 10001% COMPLETELY WRONG INFO I WILL HAMMER YOU TILL DAYS END. PEOPLE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COME TO THIS BOARD AND REVIEW QBID. I'M GOING TO LOOK OUT FOR THE PERSON WHO DOESN'T HAVE SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT STOCKS AND I AM GOING TO ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY ASSURE MYSELF THAT THE "NEWER" PERSON, WHETHER IT BE TO POSTING OR STOCKS THEY GET 100 CORRECT INFO.

YES ABSOLUTELY THIS STOCK AS IT SITS CAN HIT $4.00 OR $20.00 A SHARE. NOTHING YOU SAY AND I'M GONNA HAMMER IT ALL CAN PROVE THAT OTHERWISE.

IN RESPONSE TO OILMANS POST, WHICH IS SO 100000000000000000% CORRRECT, YOU REPLY AS FOLLOWS:

"THIS STOCK "HAD" THE SAME MOMENTUM"

"I'D SAY IT'S QUITE TIRED"

HERE YOU GO AGAIN. YOU GOT NOTHING TO ESTABLISH THIS. NOTHING. IF WE WERE BACK AT .0001 YOU WOULD BE TELLING US THAT THE STOCK COULD NOT HIT .027 EITHER.

1 BILLION 8 HUNDRED MILLION SHARES TRADED FRIDAY. $30 MILLION IN CASH. AVERAGES 800 MILLION SHARES TRADED A DAY WITH $10 MILLION CASH DAILY AVERAGE. THIS STOCK TRADES MORE THAN MOST OF THE NYSE, NASDQ, OTCBB AND OTCBB PINKS. UP 27,000% TO DAY FROM 7 WEEKS AGO.

THEN AGAIN YOU TELL US AT 5:00PM THAT AT 1:00PM EARLIER THAT DAY THE STOCK HAS SIGNS SCREAMING TO SELL.
