Lifeline Biotechnologies Explores Breast Cancer False Positives versus True Benigns
Wednesday April 14, 9:01 am ET

VIENNA, Austria--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2004--Jim Holmes, CEO Lifeline Biotechnologies (OTC:LBTT - News) today announced that as a result of a meeting recently held with Professor Max Moser the Company expects to retain the Joanneum Research Institute of Graz, Austria and its team of Chrono Rhythm experts to assist in the definition of true false positives and true benign lesions.
Dr. Reeves, Lifeline's President, as a result of his many years of research, believes that false positives detected in earlier clinical trials, conducted by Lifeline, are not all false positives. His position is that within the false positives are some early breast cancers. Further research is being undertaken to differentiate true false positives from potential breast cancers.

A further outcome of the recent meeting with Professor Moser resulted in Lifeline receiving an invitation to present various aspects of its First Warning(TM) Early Breast Cancer Detection Technology at the First International Conference on Cancer and Rhythm to be held October 14 through 16, 2004, at the University of Graz, Austria.

Lifeline Biotechnologies Holds National Distributor Sales Training Meeting While Attending Arthrocopy Association of North America Conference

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2004--Jim Holmes, CEO of Lifeline Biotechnologies Inc. (OTC: LBTT - News), today announced Lifeline's official launch of its medical sales force. Holmes stated, "This is a historical meeting and a first in the history of the company." Lifeline's Orthopedics Division is planning a formal sales training session of the company's national organization of independent distributors. The national sales training will be held immediately prior to the annual meeting of the largest and most important arthroscopic group in the world, the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) in Orlando, April 22-25. (OTC: LBTT), today announced the company has assigned second quarter sales quotas to its distributor organization and a result of the recent orthopedic division sales meeting. This sales meeting was well attended by Lifeline's distributor organization. Holmes said, 'Sales could exceed half a million dollars during this quarter. This would be a significant increase in sales compared to the approximate $100,000 in shipments to date.'Holmes further commented, 'Sales, for the orthopedics division, could be running at an annual rate of approximately $5 million by the end of this year.'
