The O/S quoted on pinksheets.com is the most accurate number to date.
I've been informed that prior to last years reverse split, there were 12 billion shares O/S.
Revenues & cash will offset the 996+ million O/S. For instance, take a look at SIRI. They have 1.23 billion O/S, but because they have 500+ million in cash and 12 million in revenues, their PPS is $3.18.

Data that is a great way to look at it, I don't think we will see 500 million cash in the next few years but revenue of 12 million could happen. I am looking to hold this one for 366 days do you think we will see one dollar by this time next year?

$1 PPS could be possible this time next year. Again, they'll need revenues & cash.
Lifeline will release their sales results at the end of this quarter. Afterwards, they're going to relist onto the OTC.BB. As soon as they reach $4 PPS, they'll list onto the NASDAQ Small Caps.
I've done my DD. Don't forget to do yours. Good luck.

Here is another way of looking at it... I could have this a bit wrong...
Lets say 1 Billion Shares...
at the current price that is about $26.5 Million in O/S at the current price.
(this seems a lot to me for a company that is very small without any significant revenue - YET -)
Anyway, that would be a PE of 10 on $2.65 Million in earnings.
So my feeling is that this stock has some room to move should their products begin to take off.
(The thing we all need to watch is ... if they once had 12Billion shares outstanding... when a reverse occurs it does not change the original amount that can be allocated for sale... i.e. a company is register for 10Billion Shares... They have 100Million o/s they then reverse 100 to 1 leaving 1 Million Outstanding. The original 10 billion allocated to the company are still totally intact. They can then sell another 99 million to raise money and then be where they were before the split. Plus have 9.8Billion in reserve...(just an example-from my understanding)
It is a bit disconcerting that the information would not be open in that the company sold some 900 million shares this year to raise funds...

Shadow, one thing the CEO (Jim Holmes) did say in a PR that there would be no more reverse splits. LBTT has 994 o/s and look at for example SIRI has something like 1.23 bil. o/s. SIRI is over $3 a share and they offer satelite radio. LBTT offers early breast detection wtih the First Warning System and the MammoScope which will some day save millions of women's lives and they're only at .027 a share. Can't wait for April 1st for the Naked Shorting to stop. This should eventually bring the stock price up along with good first quarter financial reports. GLTA

I went back and looked at all their previous PR's and they all are 14 days apart. They said in a e-mail to a shareholder that they would only have PR's twice monthly. The last one was MONDAY 15th March 11 45am so This comming Monday March 29th 11.45 am I would bet on it Dave

I hope LBTT waits until after April 1st to put out a nice meaty PR that you can sink your teeth into. Something along the line of big sales contracts on the MastaScope (their newest name now for the scope). In the PR we should hear about Phase III trails on their First Warning System (FWS) being used in Austria. Also would love to hear something with China. I know they're interested in the FWS. Then no later than the middle of the year LBTT will be on the OTCBB according to the CEO (Jim Holmes). A lot of good things to come from this company in the near future. GLTA
Please restate your post. I didn't understand what you were trying to write.

Lifeline Recognizes Slow Down by Market Makers in Processing Buy Orders in the Company's Stock Jump to first matched term
LAS VEGAS, Mar 31, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dr. William Reeves, President and founder of Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (OTC:LBTT) expressed, once again, total frustration with illegal public trading activity in the Company's common stock.
Dr. Reeves stated, "I was reluctant to issue this release because of its negative content, especially at a time when our company has so many positive activities going on; in fact, more positive activities now than at any previous period in its history. We are currently working on marketing initiatives in both the U.S. and Europe and anticipate several press releases covering these developments; including the favorable results of our recent conferences and conventions, product sales projections and the status of our recent funding efforts. But, unfortunately, this matter needs to be dealt with today taking us away from so many of our important business activities."
In a news release issued in September 2003, Dr. Reeves outlined the negative impact illegal short selling has had on the Company's stock. Since then, Lifeline, its management, and numerous investor supporters have been active, together with many others, in helping bring about new regulations issued by the SEC and NASD to protect investors from illegal short selling.
Reeves stated: "Now that these new rules are scheduled to become effective April 1st, a number of the market makers in the Company's stock are ignoring and/or refusing to process buy orders with the apparent intent to hold down the price per share so short positions can be covered at lower prices. This is illegal activity and management of the company and our legal counsel are in touch with the SEC, NASD, the DTC and the compliance departments of the market makers involved to get this resolved.
"There appears to be a well organized freeze in place by major Pink Sheet market makers to not process buy orders at the market. This is not limited to Lifeline, but is also in play for numerous other stocks that suffer from large illegal short positions.
"We are asking every investor, both new and old, to report each and every holdup to the SEC and NASD compliance, and the compliance department of the broker involved. The regulators do not always respond promptly to these situations, but we believe if they receive calls from all who are affected by this illegal activity, they will force the market makers to process all orders in a legal and orderly fashion.
"Everyone who issues a buy order should also demand that their broker send them their shares and every order that is not processed needs to be reported to the SEC, NASD and the compliance department at the subject brokerage firm."

On a more positive note, Reeves indicated that Company management is in Las Vegas to attend the Breast Surgeons Conference March 31st through April 3rd. Lifeline will be introducing its newly developed microendoscope known as Mastascope(TM). The Mastascope(TM) is targeted for use by physicians in examining patients with nipple discharge. Management believes, and previous testing of this product indicates, that breast cancer can be detected at a very early stage when treatment is most likely to produce increased levels of success. Dr. Kefah Mokbel, Lifeline's key investigator who assisted in the development of the Mastascope(TM), has stated he believes many needless surgeries could be eliminated by the physician's utilization of this product.

I am long on this stock and it is my largest holding. I do plan on selling some around .10 to cover total cost plus some profit and hold the rest long. If they announce killer news and it runs fast I will buy into the run and just sell the newly purchased shares to reduce the cost of my other shares or get them free. I really don't want to sell too early. This stock was up fairly high before the R/S and has much more going for it now. I am not sure what the price should be but more than .05 seems a foregone conclusion. IMO DD-Debi

LBTT is one of my favorites right now. Though it would seem we would have a PR from them by now.
I hope that it is well worth the wait.
WWJD, I too am concerned about selling too early on this one. I expect big things but, am watching real close right now.
I was glad to see it close in the green for me yesterday. I was starting to laugh again yesterday because CMKX was the only thing green for me for a while.
I am ready for LBTT to find a higher trading range (today).
Aside from whatever I may make on their stock. I hope the company does well. I hope they are sucessful at assisting doctors in saving lives. Surly a better cause than trying to dig up gems, renting video games and cell phones or erecting another cell tower. (Refering to others I hold or have held recently.)
These people are working on something "worth while". I hope the pps goes very high and they are able to do everyting they need to do. May their business direction continue to be in the interest of mankind.

You don't own QBID? Neither do I, but some would argue that to be a noble cause too. LOL I will own QBID if it drops low enough though. Have to detach causes from profits.
I chose as examples, stock I have held. Trying not to get into a discussion like this. Oh well.
I choose not to detatch causes from profits as you put it. There are just some things I would rather not invest in. I am sure it is that way with everyone, we just all draw our lines in the sand at different places fro different reasons.
I hope this post and my previous post did not seem like I was trying to keep people from investing in something they want to invest in. It was not my intention. Again this is whay I pick stock I have held or am holding.
My post was intended to be more so about the good LBTT might be able to do, not the bad that other companies are doing.
Sorry if I was not clear. Not trying to put anyone or any company down.
