I think people watch the stock price too closely from day to day and freak out. If you're in for the long term, then there's nothing to be worried about, however if you just want a quick buck in minimal time this isn't the best stock to put your money into.

Definitely agree with that one.

Anyone else notice this stock generally closes down on mondays and fridays??? Food for thought.

I agree also, all these "goin' up" comments for the past month have been nothing more than a waste of reading time. Some verifiable information from the horse's mouth would be more appropriate.

Good News, I just saw my first GamezNFlix commercial on TV. I was semi dozin' with the lifetime tv channel on some movie when I heard the Dell Dude. It looked great on a large screen. I guess this means the advertizing blitz is back on. Great.

Keep in mind GZFX wants to get the bugs worked out quickly before they really commit big dollars to their advertising campaign

Sure they do.......based on the amount of time it's taking these guys to "work the bugs out", DVD's may have gone the way of 8 Track tapes by they time they get this mess cleaned up. Keeping in mind that in spite of all the optimism coming across this thread, consumer confidence is the ONE thing that will get this going, and they don't appear to be doing much damage control in that area just now.

Bleeding deep red daily and waiting for a miracle......

In my own thoughts, if you have an issue with a company and how they are running things, keep sending them emails. If you don't like what they are doing then sell the shares of stock you have in the company. Yes, I do agree there are some things I do not agree with in regards to the company but I did buy the stock knowing it was and is a penny stock company.

If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem

So that's good for GZFX, I guess, right? Or what is the class action suit about?

Here is what the PR says:

Law Offices Of Charles J. Piven, P.A. Announces Class Action Lawsuit Against Netflix, Inc. -- NFLX
BALTIMORE, July 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Law Offices Of Charles J. Piven, P.A. today announced that a securities class action was commenced on behalf of shareholders who purchased, converted, exchanged or otherwise acquired the common stock of Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq:NFLX) between October 1, 2003 and July 15, 2004, inclusive (the "Class Period").

The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against defendant Netflix and one or more of its officers.

The action charges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements to the market throughout the Class Period, which statements had the effect of artificially inflating the market price of the Company's securities.

No class has yet been certified in the above action. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. If you are a member of the proposed class, you may move the court no later than September 20, 2004 to serve as a lead plaintiff for the proposed class. In order to serve as a lead plaintiff, you must meet certain legal requirements. To be a member of the proposed class you need not take any action at this time, and you may retain counsel of your choice.

If you acquired shares of Netflix, Inc. during the Class Period indicated and want to discuss your legal rights, you may e-mail or call Law Offices Of Charles J. Piven, P.A. who will, without obligation or cost to you, attempt to answer your questions. Law Offices Of Charles J. Piven has been involved in securities litigation for over ten years. You may contact Law Offices Of Charles J. Piven, P.A. at The World Trade Center-Baltimore, 401 East Pratt Street, Suite 2525, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, by email at hoffman@pivenlaw.com or by calling 410/986-0036.

I see more red on monday, close maybe around .065 or so. I am so sick of this stock, it needs to move UP. If it does decide to run, how high will it go before it comes crashing back down again? I'm praying for .165 but who knows, i'm still new.

JWhite of R/B post the link of the SB-2 in repsonse to an argument on R/B as to whether GZFX has $15 million to work with.

The SB-2 filed with the SEC details the financing agreement.

Basically it looks like Southern Securities has taken a major position in this company & would have to file with the SEC eveytime they sell just like any other majority shareholder of record. Plus it would appear that GZFX does have a warchest with at least $15 million. The SB-2 clearly says $15 million worth of stock shares & not 15 million shares!

Straight out of the SB-2! This is all I needed to read.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On June 8, 2004, GameZnFlix entered into an Investment Agreement with Southern Securities, Inc., which is a completed private offering. That agreement provides that following notice to Southern Securities, GameZnFlix may put to Southern Securities up to $15,000,000 million in shares of common stock for a purchase price equal to 88% of the lowest closing bid price on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board of the common stock during the three day period following that notice. Each put will be equal to a minimum of whichever is less: (a) 200% of the average daily volume of our common stock for the 10 trading days prior to the put notice date, multiplied by the average of the three daily closing best bid prices immediately preceding the put; or (b) $10,000; provided that in no event will the put amount be more
than $300,000 with respect to any single put. Southern Securities is an "underwriter" within the meaning of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, in connection with the purchase of the common stock under the Investment Agreement and its resale.

The number of shares outstanding prior to the offering (as of April 12, 2004): 556,157,882. The number of shares to be outstanding after this offering, assuming all of the shares offered under this prospectus are purchased under the investment agreement: 706,157,882. Based on the closing market price as of April 12, 2004 of $0.12, this would represent a purchase of 142,045,450 shares by Southern Securities, which would represent 20.34%
of the combined total as of April 12, 2004.
--------------------------------------------------------------

While others sell I will buy!

That financing deal that whiz posted was pretty much over my head. However, what caught my eye was this:

"GameZnFlix may put to Southern Securities up to $15,000,000 million in shares of common stock for a purchase price equal to 88% of the lowest closing bid price on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board of the common stock during the three day period following that notice."

A deal based on the lowest closing bid price during a three day period? Wouldn't Southern Securities want the price to be as LOW as possible, so as to get the best deal? Hmmm. I wonder if there's some funny business going on here? There's certainly motive, right?

Does anyone think this could be the reason for the nose dive in pps?

Isn't that also called "Death Spiral Financing"? I hope they aren't located in the Carribean because I've read stories about that happening and the financiers down there are notorious for that.

So why the selloff? Does someone know something we don't, or is there just a great deal of skepticism? Sure would like to know what is going on at the office of GZFX.

I wish they would get the affiliate program going already. I, and many other sites, could be sending them potential subscribers. An affiliate program can be set up in a week's time. Why is it taking so long?

Hopefully it has finally reached bottom.....It is down 200% from its high of 0.18 taking todays PPS...All the daytraders must be gone by now & all the naked shorting hopefully are covered....If this follow tendency it has to sidetrade here couple of days before moving northside.....This has a lot of potential...

These are questions we may never know the answer too. Why have they not fixed simple typo's and script errors (that make the site un-usable)?

Wasn't it this week that BlockBuster was lowering their monthly subscription to $19.99? All the videos that you can rent, and you can turn them around on the same day (no waiting on the mail).

They have a separate games subscription, so GZFX is still cheaper.

Hmmmmm....

Good Luck To ALL!
