Excellent filing! Prior to this, I saw no mention of IBIZ planing to market the virtual keyboard in any SEC filings that I'm aware of. To be honest, that was my final concern regarding any and all issues mentioned. In today's filing, we find this!!....

In 2004, the Company will begin selling it Virtual Laser Keyboard product. The
Virtual Laser Keyboard leverages the power of laser and infrared technology and
projects a full-size keyboard onto any flat surface. As you type on the laser
projection; it analyzes what you're typing by the coordinates of that location.
Unlike many small snap-on keyboards for PDAs, the Virtual Laser Keyboard
provides a full-size keyboard. It is also smaller and more convenient to use
than the folding-type keyboards made by some manufacturers and similar to them
in functionality. There are no mechanical moving parts whatsoever in the Virtual
Laser Keyboard. It provides a projected image that is the perfect portable input
device for PDAs. It's similar in responsiveness to regular keyboards, but
extremely futuristic looking. The light weight device weighs two ounces and is
similar in size to a disposable cigarette lighter. The Virtual Laser Keyboard
includes a self-contained, rechargeable lithium ion battery. It provides the
Virtual Laser Keyboard with its own internal power supply, so it doesn't drain
any battery power from the PDA or PC(personal computers). The battery lasts
three to four hours, more than enough time to do some instant messaging and SMS
messaging from the handheld device or to update calendar and phone book entries."

Filing their virtual keyboard campaign to the SEC today validates all that has occurred over the past 10 weeks.

Here's to the next 10 weeks and beyond. Bo

Why no mention in the recent SEC filings of manufacturing in Isreal? Would have thought mention of VKBs in 2004 would have also meant mention of manufacturing in Isreal. Anyone have an answer?

Thanks

Just a FYI...

Mobileplanet.com showing VKB stock due date of 3/11/2004. Called their customer service at 1-800-MPLANET (1-800-675-2638) and spoke with a rep named Brian...According to him, they won't get them until April.

In June 1999, iBIZ entered into an agreement with Microsoft, Inc. to become an
OEM system builder. Participation in this program allows iBIZ to install genuine
Microsoft operating systems in selected applications with full support from
Microsoft. In addition, this agreement entitles iBIZ to pre-production versions
of Microsoft products and enables iBIZ to provide input into development and
design of new products

what does every one think about this. Havent heard any discussion on it.

Why does it show that ibzt was up to .3 today? I didn't read anything about it in the forum. Did the MM's drive it up to make a quick profit and let it drop back down unnoticed. Did anyone else notice?

Stock82:

MMs have been trying everything they can to shake shares loose. Spiking the charts with outrageous highs & lows, MM to MM walk down trades, etc. Trouble is, NO ONE is selling!
(IMO)Ever since the VOL dropped, even the DT & Swing traders have been avoiding IBZT.

(IMO) There seems to be a grassroots accumulation & holding pattern here, with everyone just waiting for Ken to pop the major PR.

If there was ever a sure thing in Pennyland IBZT is it. I'm not pumping, it's just my opinion of what I've watched happen with this stock.

GLTA & warmest regards,
Mike

I am still here, have just been taking a vaction in Florida with the spring break crowd. Mornings have been a bit blury but now the weeks are slowing up on the club seen so I will be back in the game. Also have been very busy putting together a rather large ivestment fund to get a few good comapanies up and going. You may have seen one of them on the Kelly and Regis show with VKB, it is called DeJa View camera. So I am still here just a lil hung over....

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think tonight's news is going to move us up much - MAYBE a little spike at open. I've been Long since December - and held when I wanted to trade it, and watched it dwindle back down to where we are now (I was SURE, as I'm sure a lot of you were, when we were at .075 and even down to .06 - that's we'd NEVER see .04 again! Oh well - guess this is what the wise man who said "Never Say Never" meant! I've heard all the stories of the guys who traded it 5 or 6 times successfully like Bart and others and now have a Gazillion free shares. One guy I know CLAIMS he's pocketed over $60,000 and STILL have over a million free shares. Coulda, WOulda, Shoulda!
I honestly believe is the ONLY thing that will make us go up is the PR that says the Keyboards are IN PHOENIX, not even coming from Israel - and being shipped to CUstomers and retailers. THEN, when people start receiving them, and CC has them on the shelves - and we get a Parade of PRs with Retailer Orders, we'll fly through the sky, and not until.

Steve

What I do when I get depressed over IBZT:

I'm sooo sick of hearing scam, scam, scam about Ibiz from bashers and negative people. It gets to you after a while. I almost bought in Oct/Nov, but then read they would not be out for Christmas. I finally bought in Dec. 31st at 8 times the price (.0164) I could have had Christmas week (.002-ish). I've been reading back now to the beginning of last summer, and Ken Schilling has been promising delivery of the VKBs since LAST JULY, and hasn't delivered yet, which is why a lot of bashers are crying foul. Lord knows he's given them some good ammunition. Sometimes , when I start thinking crazy and negative thoughts, I keep reminding myself: Ibiz ALREADY HAS MANY PRODUCTS in Major Stores now for a couple of years. I think maybe he's been a little over-zealous in his promises, as in "Over Promising and Under Delivering". I DON'T think he's perpetrating a fraud here, using CNBC, MSNBC, Tech TV, CeoCast - and sooo many media outlets to help him. God forbid that was the case - I think he KNOWS he'd go to jail for something of this magnitude.

I also believe that he's trying to do EVERYTHING he can to get this ship up and running smoothly. You have to remember - he's pulled a Lazarus here already. After 24 YEARS this company was down and out, unconcsious and had already been given the Last Rites. The 5 or 6 people working there having been living on almost nothing. People bitch that Ken and MArk have sold some stock - So WHAT? They have to eat and pay bills just like the rest of us.

Yes - it would have been GREAT if the Keyboards were out last week, were getting INCREDIBLE rave reviews, and we were all rich - awaiting Blue Dock and the cellphone vkb to get even MORE rich. But it hasn't happened - YET. So we have to be patient - and see how this plays out. I know it's hard because it's been on all our minds since December. The BEST thing we can do when the going gets rough is stay the hell off negative message boards. They can mess with your mind and subliminally convince you to do things you'll later regret!

Best of Luck to All of us,
Steve

Ok just a quick note befor I get too fubar to write. I am holding and will hold IBZT until it climbs into +.10 territory then I will sale just enough to cover my investment and ride the rest until the cows come home. I flipped 5 million shares of QBID today. I baught in at .0009 and sold at .0034 yesterday and grabed 2 million at .003 to hold. As with all my stocks that I see potential to swing up and down I buy low and sale on peaks, I baught more iBZT and it has dropped my pps. If qbid falls again say too .002 area I will buy more, I am a trager and an investor, I play a very high risk game but so far I have done well. May the best DD guid your clicks to the best trades.

Todays PR means just one thing to me!

It means they have a working model & ready to do some planing for production.

That's all that's important to me. By the time Blue Dock hits the shelves I'm betting well over one million VKBs have been sold.

I'm talking Cristmas!

Acually, I believe what happened was someone made a bad mistake and went to buy this at .031 and forgot the 0, if I remember correctly. Can anyone tell me why we are running two threads for this stock. Come on, it only makes it more confusing. Lets start a new thread Monday and drop these two. Get a fresh start with our upward move.
