actually..ive had a little to look over the current action and things are trending down..so with that in mink..i like SRS SNM and FXP and FAZ..im looking to play these on the bounce..

CNBC clowns are talking like its going to be a disaster market. Retailers are the hot topic like I predicted. They also said something about the AUTO bailout....said Bush never got approval for the money....hmmmm.....???? Interesting......????
I almost grabbed ONT at $0.2103....thought about it....but still sitting. Adding more funds to my account too.
So....OIL.....Wasn't it $33 something Friday....and now its $42 something. Whats up with that??? Shouldn't DIG be up and Dug be down???
Morpheus....can you clearify which is which between DIG and DUG. I thought DIG goes up when OIL goes up and opposite with DUG.
I think the market will close down 150-170 today.

Ok Morpheus.....can you explain what happened then....Am I just confused about OIL prices??? I really believe it was like $33 on Friday.....and today is $40.97. But DIG went down and DUG went up.....????
What is your prediction today about the market....and how many points?

i cant explain the dig dug puzzle..yes oil was pretty low..but today looking at finviz..it shows down for the day...so that might explain dug going up..im gonna play the ol.."down monday..up tuesday" game this week..so i will be reversing my positions on the inverse etf at the close..most likely out of SRS and into TNA..only 100 share is all i have for now..

Well the problem with Retail....the Northeast = 20-30% of sales. We are burried in snow. They say they are overstocked and expect some MONSTER companies to crash and burn. Target is even on the list.
Dow down 131 now...looking good!! Still holding SKF.....nevermind....just sold at $118.50...out with $196 gain.

the only retail worth taking a chance on is JCP and M..from what i read..they have lots of cash reserves and good sales this season..but i like other sectors to risk my funds

I grabbed 1,000 shares of C at $6.70....missed the entry a little but comfortable. Selling between $6.80-7.00. Debating. I have an order in for 250 more shares at $6.57 if it drops any lower.

Glad to see you guys did good today I was out all day ,, and DRYS looks like it will run back up a little in the morning . I hope, after I left the other day and it fell so far I had a sell order in and with scottrade you cant have a sell and limit at the same time so I got stuck with it falling .. Back close to 10 at close so Looks like I have to hold another few days because of margin acc and If I sell now I will loose margin acc so I am going to wait a feew days to see if I can break even on it to get back to margin acc status ,, I have been away for a few days getting christmas stuff done .. Ready to pull my hair out for having to hold but DRYS has had 2 to 3 days down then runs up for 3-4 days , so I am waiting this one out .. OK guys might be back in the morning..not sure got a lot of running to do with holidays coming wish I was in cash from a few days ago so I didnt have to worry about anything when I have to be out for the day.... Plus a short week this week to ,, and slow volume ... Good luck tommorrow If I cant be around ( like that would help)..

Bad news...DRYS will open even lower. Second, you should limit how much you use on Margin. If you borrow 100% of your funds then each percent is double. If you would drop 25 or more then you will be forced to sell or add funds IMMEDIATELY!!! Trust me....I got caught with my pants down with SKF a few months ago. I was in at $127 and it dropped to $70 something and TDAMERITRADE sold all my shares but 10 of them. Then 3 weeks later SKF hit $250. So I went from having some good $$$ to only $700 left. If I would of avoided that then I would of doubled my money...saying I held to $250. Just be careful.
So....Changing my sell of C to $7.00. Might as well squeeze a little more out. Won't be on much if at all Tuesday. Have my son and he doesn't let me trade until he takes his nap. Need to get a laptop. Hmmmm....tempted. I will have him M-F for a month so will be MIA for a while.
These are on my list currently:
BAC NCC C ONT F X OSK JDSU SYK....have to research more...just saw it and thought it was interesting. CAR VG VC HAYZ MAS...think it will go lower (Auto stock) HL CAT UAUA AAI DAL LVLT AUY AAPL S ACE....pretty solid company and pays DIVYs. This is a long term stock. SKF DIG DUG SRS
I have way too many to list and got stuff wrote down everywhere. Have to get organized and clean my office up.
Well, not suggesting anyone to buy any of the things I posted but its what I keep my eyes on.
I am planning on dropping $1,000 on ONT and start grabbing DIG for July-August sale. Just not ready yet.

Also going to start doing EQUITY TRADING....someone called it something else but its my view. What I do is buy a stock. Predict a selling price. Sell only enough stock to match what I paid and keep the remaining shares as EQUITY. Can't do it everytime I buy and sell something but selling C at $7.07 now and keeping 50 shares. This will keep me out of trouble with any Margin Problems if I would get out of line.

R1 Man- That is what I do, but I call it "taking profit in shares" so I can build a portfolio of stocks. Even when I went "all cash" yesterday, I am still riding all of my free shares that I got by taking profit in shares, rather than cash.

Sold 970 shares of C at $6.88 and bought 1,200 shares of C at $6.55. Selling 1,130 shares at $6.70.

that is just some really scary stuff..more good reason to NOT hold overnight on the ETFs..i do not have any at this point..most ALL!!! the short ETFs are down big..what kind of game are they playing now??

F....I think it will drop below $2.00. If it hits $1.75 I am jumping in feet first!! I think it may see that level next week. So even though its cheap....stay away for now.
