This is something my father and I talked about. He thinks the BIG BOYS are flushing out all the investors by forcing them to take losses and run for Savings Bonds and CD's. Problem there is they sell for 50 cents on the dollar and FEDs lower Prime Rate. No real return on Savings Bonds or CDs. So then down the road the Retirement accounts get tired of less then 3% return and buy back into stocks and the BIG BOYS sell. Pretty sick but think about it. I believe its 100% true.

oh yeah..SKF..i got wippsawed yesterday and then bailed..took a 350 loss..and now its moving up again..iots a hard one to stay in when you have a couple of other longs and your metallity is "market long from here"..that seems to be my thinking..the only thing saving my ass here i X MSFT MON and WLT..UYG in long financials and once these settle down I think its up from here..i have been averageing down on F and its been killing me..maybe just once more from here

R1..i think your old man and I come from "old school" thinking..i have seen that when the fix is in ie; stocks downgrade as such..its because they want you to unload and them pick it up on the cheap..currently im really gunshy against financials after the WM bull they pulled 2 weeks back..that hurt me and it could very well happen again..im stickin with big solid companys (X MON MOS MSFT) i feel OK about putting large amounts of capital in them for now.. and a little dabble in ETFs..UYG is taking off right now

come to thik of it..you would like to think that GM and F (and WM) are included in solid companies..but ya just never know. auto sale are on hold right now due to the tight financing constraints..(at least thats what the TV puppets are saying)..and cars are way too expensive too. I guess its that way so the CEOs of these andothe companies can send their kids on a world cruise, or perhaps put another porsche in their 5 car garage..those schmoooozes

im relly liking DE and EXM at these levels..farm and fertilizer has meen in the "good news" colume lately..i guess its the "unfreezing" of money for these products bringing them into favor exm is in shipping and available money is moving them too
