ya see the sort of blah blah blah BS all the time..that is what I was thinking that is why I lighten my shares a bit..but ya never know?? its crazy and for some ballsey palyers (or stupid)wm just was at 3.30 and 2 minutes later its bounced off of 2.68..this is cyber vegas at its finest..yeeeeehaaaaw...there still talking WM on CNBC and now its going back up..crazy

ive been busy monitoring the holdings i own while ONT is not on my radar..tooo costly for my taste..it could loose you a bundle in a heartbeat at that price..but one play I do watch and did not catch is SOLF..wow..what a nice bounce

im still holding 3k shares of WM..it will be all over the news after the close..THE MAN knows what the heck they are doing..(news during open tradeing and compared to news after the close BS)so im betting that after the close cramer will come out and say something about the whole mess and im betting the its gonna be good for the WM price ..6 bucks? that would be totally cool..if thats the way it playe out ..morpheus is gonna take a nice cruise ship for a week in the carribian and enjoy my mola

why do i feel like the guy on the coommercial that is at work and sees his stock spike in price..sends his boss a IM and says "F off, I Quit"..then the stock drops like a bomb 3 minutes later and hes in there trying to delete the message..thats WM today

Sorry I haven't been active much today, I was training a girl at my work because I am on vacation next week (honeymoon).
I shorted WB at 14.30 and covered at 14.10. Looks like I should've held out, because it looks like things are going to end lower but green is green and since I am still down over $10k at this point, I gotta do what I can.
I feel like a fool for selling WM yesterday at 2.26 for a small profit.

Congrats on the marriage!! Just make sure you sell everything and enjoy the vacation. If you log in and check out stocks you will get in trouble. Trust me, I know.

im thinking of short UAUA..usually..oil up airlines down..that is what I was saying about hanna and it did not play out that way..i was down big after that..so im really cautious now this time around..maybe ill wait and play during amature hour on Monday morning

R1 Man- Thanks, this is my second marriage. We are driving up to Boston and getting married at Fenway park. I have everything sold except for a $100 ticket in a penny stock. Still thinking of picking up a couple hundred bucks of NSMG just for giggles. I am taking the laptop along for the week and she knows of the stock addiction, but I really doubt I will be active much.

LEAVE the LABTOP ALONE!!! You already got divorced once. Start this marriage out right. Women remember things. I got nailed for making $6,000 trading while I was on a 3 day vacation a few months ago. I thought everything was cool and she acted like it was. Then a few weeks ago she brought it up and said it wasn't a vacation because I did a couple of stock trades. WTH. Learn from me. LEAVE IT AT HOME!!!
FNM....I sold it and sold PMI and grabbed F. That is all I own. I am in a DEEP RUT right now and climbing my way out. Still confident!!

R1 Man- She wants me to take the laptop so we can use it to find places of interest in Boston (that is what my Tom-Tom is for, IMO), so we are taking it. But if I make any posts here, you guys have my permission to show up and kick my ass

I came home and found my internet explorer opening programs left and right. I backed up all my pictures and files. Did a system restore to a prior date. Hope that works. Well, good luck all.

how bout this... "AIG, the world's largest insurer, and WaMu, the nation's biggest savings bank, have taken steep losses during the past year from risky investments. There were reports that AIG plans to disclose a restructuring by early Monday that's likely to include the disposal of major assets including its aircraft-leasing business and other holdings."
And what about all the other major companies that held/hold millions in these investment banks? For example WellPoint Inc. $214 million loss from FRE FNM investments.
And now the auto industries want low interest "don't want to call it bailout" loans.
European markets open down about 3%? My plan will be to add on my 401k if we get the dip I think we will. DOW hits 10,5 or lower I'm in.
Bring on the naysayers! LOL.

I have to agree with ya. I still wonder why MER bid is not at $29. Hmmm.....should close today around $28.50.
So, who is next....AIG going down next. But besides them?
I think that all these "TOO BIG TO FAIL" companies nose diving right into the dirt will drastically have a negative effect on the comfortableness of investers like you and me. I know a lot of people who pulled all their money out of stocks. After all this, I think there will me tons more running scared.

I think I am going to play LEH today. Try and catch a ride back up and make up for some of my losses. But have to be very careful not to get roasted again.

hell, even my wife said pull everything out and wait. a lot of smart money on the sidelines right now waiting / shorting. im likeing skf at this point..and ive moved my open order on MSFT to 24..there is plenty of money to be made in cyber vegas today without playing the stocks that are on the verge of completly going bye bye..R1..wanting to play LEH?? stick with companies that are still gonna be around after the craziness subsides..MOS MON MSFT X DENN , remember..hogs get slaughtered..make intelligent moves into and out of the market. R1..at this point..your sounding like a Clark Grisswald in Vegas Vacation when hes playing any game to make back his lost funds. personally, "beat the guesser" was my favorite of all the games he chanced.
