I will check it out. I think you can day trade DROOY now. Buy around $0.70 and sell around $0.74-.75.

I have been very busy lately but will be back in the swing of things very soon!!

My dad suggested these 2 picks:

LUV Southwest Airlines $14.70

JBLU JetBlue Airways Corp $10.99

The charts shows both moving up in October-November. Pretty good picks I think.

Sweet finish. Keep an eye on this for a retrace. Could really take off too. This was in our morning paper about the phase 1 testing. Nice run today. BTW - not a thread on this in IHUB either [Eek!] lmao [Eek!]

Few stocks to keep a eye on.

HSOA....$2.72

And get ready for December for another LOAD of ONT. Should drop down a lot more from now. Again...this is my annual money maker. Low will be from end of November to December. Then it will move back up for a 80-300% gain....maybe even higher. Last year it gained 539%.

I never really left. Just been occupied with life.

Schatz Nobel Izard P.C. Files Class Action Lawsuit Against Home Solutions of America, Inc. -- HSOA

November 21, 2007: 07:43 PM EST

HARTFORD, Conn., Nov. 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The law firm of Schatz Nobel Izard P.C., which has significant experience representing investors in prosecuting claims of securities fraud, announces that it has filed a lawsuit seeking class action status in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of Home Solutions of America, Inc. ("HSOA" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: HSOA) between May 18, 2007 and November 14, 2007, inclusive (the "Class Period").

The Complaint charges that HSOA and certain of its officers and directors violated federal securities laws. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and misleading statements concerning construction contracts for projects at three sites in New York, including Manhattan, and a site in Florida. Unbeknownst to investors, Defendants failed to disclose the following: (i) HSOA did not have an agreement with Blue Diamond Construction to perform construction with respect to at least one of the three New York sites Defendants had previously identified; and (ii) that the party that had reportedly awarded the Florida contract to HSOA was a party related to HSOA.

On August 15, 2007, HSOA revealed that (i) the Florida project was a related party transaction; (ii) that in July HSOA had "received informal inquiries from the SEC and Nasdaq with respect to prior disclosure and related issues;" and (iii) that management had requested that the audit committee perform an investigation into related party transactions and disclosures. Then, on September 27, 2007, Defendants acknowledged that they did not have a contract for the Manhattan element of the New York projects. Finally, on November 14, 2007, HSOA announced that it would delay the filing of its third quarter financial results, citing its "voluntary review of related party transactions." On this news, HSOA's stock dropped over 20% to close at $1.57 per share on November 15, 2007.

If you are a member of the class, you may, no later than January 21, 2007, request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff of the class. A lead plaintiff is a class member that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. Although your ability to share in any recovery is not affected by the decision whether or not to seek appointment as a lead plaintiff, lead plaintiffs make important decisions which could affect the overall recovery for class members, including decisions concerning settlement. The securities laws require the Court to consider the class member(s) with the largest financial interest as presumptively the most adequate lead plaintiff(s).

ONT is at $0.90 right now but it will come back down. Missed one chance at getting it cheap but will get another.

wdcisco.....I know your just having fun but right now I'm not. So the LMAO R1!!! comment is inappropriate. There is nothing funny about divorce. I know you were refering to bring money out of hiding but I don't find it funny at all. I'm just sad, depressed and upset. Nothing personal. Anyways, welcome to my trend and look forward to working with you.

My picks (orders) for tomorrow are:

1. short ASIA at $12.95
2. short STEC at $9.65
3. short CWST at $15.99
4. short EXEL at $8.75

for Swing Trades.

AMRN.....$0.40. Tradetrek is saying it should hit $0.45 today. Lets see.

I liked ASIA. I had sat on it a while ago and bailed at $6.00 range. Undecided now since its pretty much at the 52 week high.

STEC.......not my pick. It just gained 60%+ in the past month. I would think sell.

CWST.......Pass on this one also. It has moved up a lot lately since April and its in uncharted waters now.

EXEL.....I think this is a good pick. I like the fact that it has just crashed which means recovery. Out of your 3 picks, this one would be mine.

PropertyManager.....how do you short these stocks? What broker do you use? STEC and CWST can be shorted no problem. EXEL will gain value and ASIA will stay where it is for now.

R1 man I'm sorry to here about your divorce...I'll deffinately send some prayers your way, for GOD to do his will with that complicated situation...I know it's tough. I have never been through it, but when my parents split...I saw how it effected my father.

He's actually getting remaried at the end of this month, so there can be a light at the end of the tunnel [Cool] ....I don't know the details of your relationship...but I wish nothing but happiness in your future!

wdcisco is a good person, so I don't think he/she [Confused] meant to offend you.....

Anyone have an opinion on KKD? The CEO stepped down recently, and it's been taking a hit since then. I think it might be good for a 30 cent bounce. Buy around 2.50 see if I can sell around 2.80. I'd love to hear some input from someone else.

Well, yesterday I opted for BBI when it got real cheap, instead of KKD, and thank god. Got in around 2.75, got out today at 3.20.
