This seems to be one worth looking into more. a guy named John Ramsey had been a seller on all his form 4s, but just bought almost $500K worth on Friday.
Let's see if we can find a back story on why the drop from over $25 to like $18 ove rthe last 5 months.

Weird... It shows that those form 4s were for purchases from back in December, but was just filed last week. Tex, or someone else, who may know, is that legal? I thought all insider transactions had to be disclosed within 3 trading days.

I don't know if it applies here, but I got this off the SEC website:
Insiders must file a Form 5 to report any transactions that should have been reported earlier on a Form 4 or were eligible for deferred reporting. If a Form must be filed, it is due 45 days after the end of the company's fiscal year.

Dont need to run a scan for this bad boy...ADLR Form 4 out today, director buys 30,000 shares at $3.70=$110,000 worth, his first purchase since being a director in 2000, along with the companies first in 2 years. Think glaxo is going to walk? I don't think so, why would an insider buy if he knew they were undecided.

SWTS - Sweet Success get in early. The stock is being accumulated. Watch for new MM's to come on board and start making a market for the stock.

Hmm, I had said I would look more into SKBC and never got around to it. Just looked at it and there's a TON of recent insider buys since this one popped on the radar. Up about 3.5% since Monday and $2.2million bought by insiders...
I gotta free up some cash, but I'm probably heading into this one in the near future.

Still going up, and I forgot to get in it...
I think this is a perfect example of what to look for in the future. A big drop, insider who was selling starts buying, and multiple insiders buying.

Thanks hitman. Just remembered that I forgot to do it this weekend because my wife and two kids were in a wedding and the weekend was filled. Started the data pull last night. Will try to do the analysis today and get a new listed posted ASAP.

okay, just printed out the form 4s and graphs.
dropped from almost $35 to $30 since mid march. 5 or 6 insiders that recently sold shares are now buying.
This is a similar case to SBKC that went up about 15%.
I would be surprised if this is not back to at least $33 in a month or two.
I know that's not exciting enough for most of you, but screw it, I'm dumping a ton into this and feel comfortable without having to watch it every second.

UCBI I never ended up buying based on the comments from some of the others, but am still watching it. It was at like $29.70 when I was going to buy it, but it dropped to around $29, but is at $30 right now.
I'm not as drawn to GGP and CLP, but they had enough buys that I thought it was worth getting a chart read on them. I hit a wall last night and didn't go through the whole list, but those were two that I saw on the top half.

AUCF, Australian Oil Exploration, suggests that big things are happening. See Robert Kamon as owner of this entity. I 1983 the SEC entered judgement against him for stock scheming. Now there is a biodiesel company( bogus) that is using his name to promote themselves.

Watch ICTT. All stock accumulated by insiders or friends of company at .05 to .10. They have a website www.eugro.com and www.eurospeedusa.com. Seems like they hooked Michael healy of Ford to represent themselves in Connecticut. Also, their lawsuits have suddenly disappeared.

the following stocks have had more than $1million net purchased by insiders in the last 7 days:
CXTI, STXX, and HBDT.
I am ridiculously busy at work right now, unfortunately. billed 80 hours last week. It'll be like this, or close to it, until June 4th, so hopefully some of you can take on the DD part of this for the next month or two. I'll do what I can on days that I'm not busy, but I don't see many of those days on the horizon.
Thanks.

Had you bought these three (your original first three) on the day you posted it would look like CXTI 13.66% HBDT -9.93% STXX 12.63% or if you had bought 100 shares of each overall you would have a gain of 9.23% you would have spent $1,646.00 and now would have $1,798.00. This is an awesome thread. I kind of liked it better when we didn't have as many options to DD but keep up the good work and I will try to do some DD.

Crap, some bad news, folks: secform4.com (the site where pcola's data comes from) will turn into a fee-based site next week. We'll see if the daily list of companies remains in the free section, or gets fenced off.

I saw that earlier this week. I'll check when I get back from vacation to see if my program still works or if I have to subscribe. Depending on the price I may pay for the info. I'd have to check into the legalities of then posting it here. If not I'm sure I could find another source if need be, but it always sucks to have to change something you're used to.
Thanks for the heads up though.

Tried my program over the weekend and it didn't work. Will see if it's because of the new subscription based issue or something else. Hopefully it's an easy fix either way.

As an admitted total novice with charts, do you thikn it would be best to wait for the MACD to turn up, or am I thinking of somethign else?
Also, the insider buy was for less than $5,000. Even I buy more than that of these POS companies

to me? the charts's not screaming "oversold" as much as "dysfunctional." Lottsa indecision here... slo stoch wants to go, CMF giving a slight move north, rsi low but flat...meanwhile williams, aroon & adx say no dice. iow, a gamble, not a trade, imo...
also, ya, PC, one buy means nothing, especially at that low level
