ya see....this whole time we could have been complaining about the pps going down, instead we had a good time and some laughs.....the pps is going up a bit now.

OK…as some of you know, I spoke with Sabra Dabbs a little while ago. As always, she was very upbeat, professional, confident and funny. If you have not had the chance to talk with her, you should call her anytime you are stressed, or are having doubts about this company’s current and / or future potential. You will change your mind...I promise.
Here are some touch points on what was discussed:
* The 10-K error was not CSHD’s error and she appeared to be very upset about it.
* The E is being addressed as we speak. It will be resolved very soon.
* She could not confirm or deny any meetings currently being held with the SEC.
* She said “if they (SEC meetings) are going on, I don’t know about them”.
* Again, she was adamant about the fact that the current problem is and will be taken care of very shortly.
* She could not confirm or deny that the company will come out with a PR tonight or soon. My gut tells me that we will hear something soon, but it will come when they know for sure when the E will be gone.
* I asked her when the “bomb” is going to drop and she replied “it’s all out there for everyone to see”. My gut told me that there was something she could not discuss.
* I asked her about Rufus’ statement about the company being worth $15 billion, and asked about the additional $7 billion in assets that we are not aware of. She could not comment on that (as expected).
* We talked about the recent share price and what the manipulators are doing to drive it down. She responded by saying, and I quote “Have you seen the volume? It is almost non-existent. You guys, the shareholders are doing a great job of not selling because you believe in this company…it’s up to you guys to STAY STRONG and HOLD on tight to your shares”.
* Again, she said we all just need to hang in there and not sell any shares because good things will happen very soon. I told her it's easy for her because she is in the "Know Boat" and we are not. She laughed and said she enjoys being in the "Know Boat". But we will all know what's going on soon.
* They (CSHD) are in total control of everything and “we will not loose”… she also said something to the effect of "those that mess with us will get what is coming to them".
* Everything is still on track and this will not affect any of their plans. I asked specifically about their goal to move to the NASDAQ and if this would delay the move. She said “I can’t really comment about the move to the NASDAQ specifically, but “NO” this will not affect our goal of moving to the NASDAQ.
* She then discussed how the future is very bright for the shareholders and that she is very busy trying to make money for us. She said “This is what I am going to do for you guys…this is my job”.
* We talked about how someone said to just take two weeks off and she thought that was funny. She suggested we all do that, because we will drive ourselves crazy.
* To pat myself on the back a bit, she said she enjoys my posts and the fact that I never misquote her. As much as she enjoys talking with the shareholders, she wishes people would not misquote her.
* She re-iterated several times that everything is fine, and on track for CSHD and the shareholders. This latest “bump in the road will NOT affect anything!!”
* I told her I could not wait for this to be over with so we could just concentrate on the growth of this company and not the day to day crap. She agreed…because this stuff takes her away from her job...she just wants to make us money.
Well, that about sums it up. Overall, I felt much better about things after talking to her. Not that I was having doubts. She really does enjoy talking to us and asked me / us to call anytime we are stressed out or have a question. One thing we have to remember (and this is important and was discussed) is that they are trying to run a company…our company. They are trying to make us wealthy. We need to limit phone calls to important issues. She did not say that, I am just suggesting it.
Hopefully, I have not left anything out and have accurately quoted Sabra on our conversation. Check you guys a little later…I really gotta get some work done.

Ok Jenna. Posted pic in profile, but not sure how long I'll leave it in there. Not a great picture, was taken during a bike ride after too much sun and no shaving for several days....but you get the general idea.
