Rufus just called me back! He said tell "my people" on Allstocks that I will be delivering them to the promised land shortly... but he's got a golf outing for 4 to go to now - him, Urban Cassavant, Mario Pino, and Chris Calpito (NCDP)

NO...not that I recall...all he said was that they were waiting on something that they would have thursday or Friday morning...that had to do with the 10k (I think)...I do not recall him saying that we would PR anything....only that they would meet the deadline for the filing...so he has another week to do it...

ok I thought on that interview rufus said that after he received this doc. He was waiting for that he would pr what was going to be on the 10k. Guess I got it wrong sorry.

I agree...It's almost like the only people sweating this out are the shareholders. For the record, I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS! Rufus goes on subpenny in the middle of the night and says we should hear something by Thursday evening or Friday morning. When that does not happen, BAM...we drop like a rock. You can't give timelines without meeting them...especially with so much on the line.
I am still long and strong, just a little frustrated. I have not sold, I have not flipped. I have remained loyal and strong. I have picked up more shares when possible. This is what he wanted from us.
I do believe he is taking the attitude of 'what do they care about the stock price right now...it's about to be $15+'. It's just hard for us to watch the BS by the MM's and hear the crap from the bashers...ENOUGH ALREADY...SHOW US THE MONEY...CSHD...I WISH I KNEW HOW TO QUIT YOU!!

No Rufus said HE would recieve a document...I do not recall him saying WE would recieve one.
He did say it COULD be a big week.

I AM A DUDE in TX who is one "these fhal guys" and no we are not nervous. Anxious or excited is the word you should have used. I personally have about 30 people who have invested in this company because of me and we are not scared or worried. The people who are nervous have not done any DD or trust their DD. They are probably the people who just sit back and let everyone else do their DD for them. If I was one of those people I would be nervous as well. As far as the issue about watching their money disappear that is funny as most of us are sitting on a 20 bagger right now and havent sold a share. The manipulation of the stock by the MM is the reason for this drop in PPS. If you dont understand this then you absolutely need to sell. I dont want people like this in any stock that I am in.
I have been in this stock for 2 years and the only thing that the original FHAL people are wondering about is the process for unrestricting shares but trust that there is a plan in place for this. Possibly the S4 filing. We know that this is the real deal thru our DD. We understand that things of this nature take time as we TRUST Rufus and the former management of FHAL to make the right decisions as should everyone else. Elaborate plans like this must be laid properly and with precision. So if that means we need to wait 2 weeks for this all to unfold then so be it. I am confident and strong and would not give these CRIMINALS (market makers/brokers) the priveledge of buying one of my shares right now to cover their butts.
