Guys, some of this stuff is over my head but isn't this something we've seen before, if you go to the bottom the date is the 29th, so why is this "news" today?

Take this FWIW: If anyone else can verify that would be great.
(12:31 PM) xlr8rs: True story: We had friends who got in yesterday. When the husband went to Fidelity to buy, his broker told him that this one was a good one to get into because it was going to NASDAQ. The broker had something indicating that the filings had been made for CSHD to go to NASDAQ.

But do you really care about access to real time financials? If you have a set price to sell at, why get certs? If this gets reset I don't see how there is anyway that people who don't have certs dont get the reset price. I'll stay liquid in this one, till I see a requirement from Rufus.

That's BALLS! (love it!)
Well, at a glance just looking at a scotty bar chart, 5 min, I'd say if we don't get past the last high of that run up, which was 2.16, then we cycle down, otherwise rat's EOD comes right into play and I'll publicly have to say he's the CHIT!!

Jenna...they simply changed the date from the one that was filed last week...take a look at the NT 10k that was filed last week...

I got certs because of option B on the reset. I don't plan on selling at reset but if B is exercised I don't have a choice (if I understand correctly). Even if that's wrong...I'm not going to leave my fate up to Aturd or any other discount broker. If they get squeezed they will screw their customers first and without hesitation IMO.
I simply chose to remove on of two scenarios where I get F'd. Now I only have to deal with one: this is not the deal it appears to be and we tank. I can live with that. Luckily I don't have more riding than I can afford to say "bye bye" to.

OK, how's this one? When you log into cvsu notice the little symbol in the upper left in your url address (forget what that is called). It's the letter N... any signifigance or was that there before?

OK. I have a question. Does anybody know if a certificate exchange would be required if a stock moves from one exchange to another? I mean if a stock was to move from the pinks to OTCBB or from OTCBB to NASDAQ would certificate need to be exchanged?
If they do, HMM. I guess shorts would be required to cover.

Repo ~ that is a good song, but my story trumps that. Just ran across the street to the fast food joint to grab lunch. My wife left the radio on an obscure station that just plays music all day, odd but remberable stuff from 70's to the 90's.
The entire trip to get my sandwich and back was the theme song for Micheal J. Fox's 80's movie, "The Secret of my Success". You know where the Mid-western boy makes it big on Wallstreet!
Sounded like a message to me, and now I got that song stuck in my head.

Very sad, a few people sold when they saw the NT/10ka and started to sell. The MMs used it to their advantage walked it down and tricked many people to loose alot of money.
