Well heck. In that case I'll go file my DD214 discharge papers get the same date and stamp from Bartow county, Ga.
I'm just curious as to how significant this really is.
14 days left, you can't even keep a good stock up that long with DD thats a positive.
Like I said, I'm here to play the game and its going down between here and the next filing date in 14 days. Charts tell all.
Money, I think you are mistaken when you say 14 days. They have 14 days total, but they said it may be as soon as Friday. I don't care at the current PPS because it will be RESET to $15. GLTY

It's all about the wording. They believe not guarantee.
I'm not saying that everyone should get certs. I have not requested them because I'm still mulling the whole thing over. It's an individual decision.

That doesn't tell you squat. Did you respond to them on the "believed" thing?

Totally untrue, the SEC regs are not prurely authorization statutes, they are one of the few sets of laws in the US that is both right granting and prohibitive. therefore, there should be a code that grants the right to reset the price. If you are going to roll your eyes at me atleast say something intelligent that has a source backing the thought up.

That's the rule and there are plenty of examples both here and HSM. I am not going to dig them up...if someone questions it they can dig.

buy tex and i discussed this months ago now.. google up OFFICIAL NASDAQ PRICE... nasdaq clearly states that there is no such thing as an official price... the MM's decide the official price..
this is not complicated..
the market decides the price.. if it won't trade at a "reset price" it won't trade there.. somebody'll short it or somebody'll buy...
the markets are not nearly as regulated as people want to make them out to be...
this is why Social Security cannot be put in Wall Street, and Wall St doesn't WANT the bureaucrats involved in their game...
up until this "play" many peopl told me i was WRONG when i told them you can short penny stocks..
now? we KNOW they can and do...

368 is the tax free reorg section in the IRS code, allows for the reverse merger to be tax free. I'm looking to see if there is a reference section in the 33 or 34 act that refers to 368

This was the response I recieved from choicetrade. So I requested 10K shares in cert form. I have to admit it makes me a little nervous, but I still have 3500 shares of CSHD in my account just in case...
----------------------------------------------
Dear Mr. xxx,
Please be advised that you may request a stock certificate for your position in CSHD to be issued in your name. Additionally, you may request for your shares to be forwarded to another firm via DTC or through the ACAT system. At this time, we cannot support simply having your shares electronically transferred into your name. Thank you.

That is why I got half in certs I dont think the ceo is lying and i will be set for life for this lil precaution and it was because he said to take him as him believe him or not I believe him and not the bashers etc hes gonna show us! plus with the halt you could have months while they are scrambling to get shares for you wheras if you have it it takes a week at most to send certs in and are able to trade like that better than waiting on someone who may not have them and says so and so hasnt sent them yet which has happened when they have been scramblin and i donot want to waste my money!
