So what's the deal with this ADP list, being on it, and it being up to the 29th? I bought another 1250 shares on october 3rd, so what is that going to mean? Otherwise all my shares are previous to 9/29 but not necessarily settled by that date.

Please everybody I am giving contemporenous comments and it is not a recommendation to buy sell or hold. Those that know me, know that I will usually process info over time and then comment. Tonight is my gut nothing more and it could change when I get a chance to sit alone and rehash. I take no notes it's all memory. but it has worked for me over the years and I see no reason to change now.

I wouldn't mind getting bought back at $15...however here is my quesiton. If that was too happen do we need to show certs, and if thats the case can we order them at that time to show proof, or is it too late?

So whats the deal here? From what I'm getting Rufus is sayign that the shares bought after the 29th don't exist. I can't imagine me putting in $3,000 on october 3rd, and hearing that the shares dont exist so I just throught that money away in the garbage. Arent the brokers liable to make sure those shares are real?

I've been wondering this all along? When do these fools sleep. Do they really think this will be anymore effective than a Filet Mignon, A+ PR on boosting the pps?

Please, I take care of my elderly Mother who is suffering from early onset dementia. I will usually find something to take her mind off her current state of mind. So for all that want to DD trilateral go ahead but I'm not. We are beyond that.

I have never heard of a buy back when a stockholder that didn't have certification lost out. When a buy back occurs, a company that holds your stock in street name (like Scotrade) would forward your money to your account from the corporation.

they say ADP is a tool of the MMs and theyve been called on it
they claim the info they provide that their info cannot be relied upon or publicly dessiminated --> but they give it out if they get calls from the public

wallymac ............ I am afraid that if something big doesn't happen this coming week, it could get very ugly. It sounds like some of our group are getting very concerned about the reality of their claims. I intend to wait this out and keep my shares.

No we are covered.
as long as the 10K is not out, they will continue to run us down, we may get a couple run ups, but it's only a scheme for them to make more money while they can.. it doesn't seem like they're planning to compromise just yet.. since they're short already, might as well make as much as possible in the mean time, instead of being at the mercy of CSHD immediately.. plus, who knows, there may be other ways out.. buying time and making money..

Okay a surfer, i can't listen, but i was told at HSM that there will be a number to call to get your shares that anyone purchased after the 29th. It also became apparent tonight that certs aren't required, and we are good. Is this what you heard?

OK. I finally heard what I have been looking for. Once the JV's and SUB's are funded they will be holders of at least more than 40% of the new companies. We will get a much smaller position. Now this makes sense.
