Wally..you asked on the other thread about who owns Fhal..well if you look at the 8K filing at the very bottom, 99.1...the way that reads...it's done...and then the "plan" is what is in question...and I to could very well be wrong...

Wallymac, lawyers would have a field day with.....Intent and legality..

Very sophisticated in scope if untrue.
Future ploys, if that is what this is, will have to best this one, or risk being torn apart by honest posters

According to my reading of things and I could be wrong.

Under a reorganization, with new assests you are allowed to reflect those assests and potential earnings into the new "company" symbol. Set the valuation at 2 to 3 times the book value and then allow the market to determine if you are right or wrong. Just like the valuation of an IPO. It could go up or it could go down. Of course this is JUST MY OPINION.

Wally,
I do believe you are reading the regs correctly, as I understand them tonight...

Thanks TEX. I've come a long way since you met me and helped me. That's what is called obession. Spending 12+ hours a day in front of this darn machine has paid off a bit.

I get asked: "Why do you spend the time?"

Wally, just takes one like you

or a 10/13 to answer that question...

It's the same reason why I NOW spend the time. I will never learn if I don't and I owe it to people like you that helped me expand my horizons. All I can say is I would not be the trader/investor I am right now if you had not taken the time. I would have lost everything and never tried again. Instead I'm still here. Making a good pick every once in a while and making a fool of myself at other times but I'M STILL HERE.

The lesson is if we slaughter the lambs we are left to play with the wolves and everything changes.

Did you happen to see that Alex/MOMO/Nomeugly/whatever his latest creation is, tried to take credit for the rise in PPS in FHAL saying he was paid by the company and his contract was up yesterday? What a crock. That alone might get me to hold since I believe he is trying to get cheap shares but I'm not that gullible any more. I just thought that would be worth a laugh. OH there is also some new Momo group I hadn't heard of before calling themself the tribe. They said they ran FHAL and will run EAGM. From reading the posts on IH I do think they are trying to run EAGM so I say to everyone CAUTION.

Hello Big board people, what do you guys think of this crazy ride?
Personally, I am in heavy (for me anyway) and as things stand right now I am holding through the merger.

I'm with you man,I've been holding a considerable amount of shares sense .08 and plan to roll right into and beyond the merger. To me it's all a gamble anyway playing stocks, penny or other wise. Does anyone besides me fell that it would be a go idea if we,until the merger is complete, stop mentioning the exact number of shares we currently own?. If as what I've been reading is correct, the M&M will continue to seriously shake this thing as a way to gather shares and cover their shorts. Letting them know whats out there could give them some motivation and there by prevail in holding the price down. Just a thought. As usual,I buy and just wait until they explode or fizzle.

Hi,

Is there a thread missing here? It was the one about people asking for opinions about different stocks and people giving them. That was a good learning thread. Where did it go?

FHAL opens today near the end of a 2 day pennant by 10:30am IMO.

Might be a good couple of days for trading this IMO.

sad part is I can't trust scottrade to be quick on the punch (not in the least bit either), i can't wait for the top once it starts to drop i can put in a low ball trade order and just hope for the best, better for me to have a mark and sell on the way up.
