I would say some of the news is in the price, but not everyone has seen it... mutual funds will be buying heavy after the PR and the break at $5.

Everyone who did DD on this stock has been waiting for this announcement. The DoD posts what contracts are up for bidding, and FRPT/BAE was one of them.
The AP article was released this morning.

BAE is a British company... they have an ADR on the exchanges... BAESY. No PR though from them.

its gonna be released today, look at the volume there has already been over 4million dollars moved through the stock already today and the market has only been open for 40 minutes
