ISMG Secures SMS and Internet Streaming Rights for International Soccer Clash

MANHATTAN, Aug 03, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) --International Sports and Media Group (ISMG), a sports and news marketing and communications firm, announced it has secured the Internet and text messaging rights to the upcoming match between Boca Juniors and Millionarios on September 2, in Columbia.
The game Boca Jrs. vs. Millionarios is sponsored by the Colombian Government and the United Nations as part of a campaign against illegal narcotics.
In its efforts to capitalize on Professional International Soccer matches, ISMG will be broadcasting the match via the company's soccer television Internet site (www.soccertv.tv). The match will be televised locally in Colombia and in Argentina, however, ISMG will provide the match via the Internet. The match will also be archived on the company's TV Web site for future viewing.
In addition to the Internet rights, ISMG will have the text messaging rights at the stadium in Columbia.
ISMG said it will receive revenue through the small charge to utilize the text messaging service along with the pay-per-view fees to watch the match via its Internet site.
