on the updays last week or so, there was a lot of volume. so far, little volume on the sell days. I expected some selling today day after ex when people called there brokers to ensure that spinoffs would be in the account. not a lot of selling pressure though...

you put me in a catch 22 with your question. If I state I am out, others may take this as a bad sign and get out.
I normally don't state my selling times for this reason. Everyone plays a stock differently. Not that anyone pays attention to me, but, it could cause more selling than necessary.

On this one, I got nervous when the level 2 didn't show up at open, it freaked me out, I put in a sell for 50% at .012, it filled immediately once my level 2 came back. The next day, I sold the last 50% when the stock didn't seem to mount another day of pressure at .011. I tried to buy in the next day at .008 but they were only taking sells. I held until I was sure by contact with my broker for the free shares. I'm expecting this to move, there was NO selling volume last 2 days. Just people taking their free shares and moving.

I think it'll bounce and move off of this 50 DMA chart looks great. But you never know.

Keith

International Sports and Media Group Acquires Equity Stake in SMS Mexico
Monday June 6, 7:00 am ET

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 2005--International Sports and Media Group. (OTCBB:ISME - News), a diversified Sports and News Marketing and Communications firm, announces it has taken a 10% equity stake in SMS Mexico, a subsidiary of American IDC (Pink Sheets:ACNI - News), in exchange for $100,000 cash and 25,000,000 shares of ISME restricted stock.

SMS Mexico is a full service Text Messaging Company dedicated to developing and marketing Text Messaging campaigns, specializing in sports and entertainment opportunities, throughout Mexico. The company is dedicated to developing opportunities by working directly with telecommunications and media conglomerates in Mexico. This service updates customers on various aspects in the sports and entertainment arena directly through their cell phones for a modest fee, billed directly by the carrier to the customer. SMS Mexico will initially focus on soccer matches throughout Mexico. This exciting Text Messaging service will keep Mexican sport fans and customers in contact with their favorite teams and players through their mobile phones. Currently, SMS Mexico is in discussions with various sports groups throughout Mexico to launch the SMS Text Messaging platform. SMS Mexico intends to blanket Mexico, focusing on Soccer, the country's number one sport. Text Messaging will revolutionize the way telecommunications and sports are looked at throughout the region.

Gordon Lee, Chairman of American IDC, said: "We are extremely pleased that International Sports and Media Group have taken a significant financial participation in our endeavor south of the border. International Sports and Media Group adds value and expertise to SMS Mexico. We worked very hard over the past few months to be in a position to create various business opportunities throughout Mexico, geared specifically towards the soccer market. Over the coming months we feel our shareholders will benefit from several relationships we have established in Mexico. Partnering with ISME places these projects on a fast track to success."

Yan Skwara, President of ISME, said: "We appreciate the opportunity to work directly with American IDC and SMS Mexico. We would not have made this investment of time and money unless we saw a significant opportunity to increase shareholder value in both the short and long term."

Tuesday , June 28, 2005 06:00 ET

LOS ANGELES, Jun 28, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --International Sports and Media Group (OTCBB:ISME), a diversified Sports and News Marketing and Communications firm, announced today its plan to partner with Champ Thai Inter Beverage Co.,Ltd for the manufacturing and assistance in distribution of PSG/PSV Energy.

Champ Thai Inter Beverage Co., Ltd is currently established in the Thailand and has a strong network of distributors and retailers in the Asian and European regions where PSG and PSV Energy will be distributed and sold. Champ Thai Inter Beverage Co.,Ltd knowledge and past experience in the industry will prove to be invaluable to ISME since Champ Thai Inter Beverage Co.,Ltd will manufacture the product and ship into the ports of Holland and France.

Both PSG and PSV Energy are planning to be released this August as the new season kicks off in Europe. The drinks will be sold in a number of retail outlets including Stadiums, Gas stations, local markets and other local venues will be used to sell the product.

Yan Skwara, President of ISME, said, "We are very pleased to announce that we are moving forward aggressively with Champ Thai Inter Beverage Co.,Ltd on launching PSG and PSV Energy Drinks after signing a deal with them in November of last year. Producing and Manufacturing in Thailand over Europe made the best business sense due to the fact that production will be in USD as opposed to Euros which is valued much higher than the dollar is at present. Shipping costs are very reasonable from Thailand and we expect to be a very competitively priced product over many of our competitors. Many professional teams have contacted us as they see the revenue generated by such drinks can be enormous and we anticipate to tap further into this energy drink niche more in the future with select key signings."

Lerson Pattanasuk, Executive Director of Champ Thai Inter Beverage Company stated, "We are happy to be moving forward with ISME on these two energy drink projects as they are both quality teams with a large fan base.
