3 day rules usually apply on this...so you have to be on record tomorrow midnight.

But some broker work it out diffently and like Keith says, it gets tricky so i hold for the 3 days to be sure

Tomorrow last day to buy for me.

Dividend will be pay end of June as they stated and it's a private co. for the moment. I expect a PR from them saying they are merging with a empty shell otherwise putting private shares on the market is a waste of time and money.

Since CEO and President are loading up personnaly, my guess is they want dividend shares also in their private account :-)

We're at the beginning now.

yes cruz i have ameritrade, but, you should still call or write. Its good to hear straight from them.

Zoltan, yesterda was between. .0101 and .013 (it hit the latter end of the day)

today its between .012 and .013, chart looks great, there is resistance at .013 we should find out today if it breaks. not a lot of volume today yet.

International Sports and Media Group Meets 2004/5 Business Objectives with Licensing Agreements for Sports Energy Drinks with Top Soccer Teams Worldwide

ISME Meets 2004 Business Objectives and Reiterates 2005 Goals

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2005--International Sports and Media Group (OTCBB:ISME - News), a diversified Sports and News Marketing and Communications firm, released today a periodic stockholder update and guidance for 2005.
In 2004, ISME announced its core business focus to create revenue opportunities via Private label Energy Drink partnerships for the Sports and Entertainment sectors, SoccerTV Network and 'Soccer Alert' SMS Text Messaging Campaigns.

ISME is currently in negotiations with several additional top Professional Soccer teams worldwide for licensing agreements to create a private label Energy Drink for the teams utilizing their brand and fan base. ISME management will announce these licensing agreements as they occur in the next few months. ISME has already signed licensing agreements with top European Soccer teams, PSG of France and PSV of Holland. PSG is the most historic soccer team in France, as well as having a solid fan base and a number of championships. PSV is currently the league champion in Holland with more prospects of great success this year on the horizon. Each of these teams are in large markets and ISME expects and anticipate sales will follow accordingly, through selling the drink in the team stadiums, official team stores, supermarkets, gas stations, schools and universities. The partnerships with these two clubs has the ability to not only increase ISME's revenue, but it will also assist ISME in securing additional licensing agreements with additional top soccer and sports teams as well as entertainers in the future. ISME will also work with the teams to sell the beverages to their corporate supporters to place in the offices and VIP suites at the stadium.

ISME will be able to increase profit margins by utilizing local manufactures to produce the beverages, which also helps avoid shipping and import taxes. ISME will work with these local manufacturers on a partnership basis where there is a profit share after manufacturing costs. Local distributors are currently being secured and negotiated to place the beverages into several retail outlets to ensure top sales figures. Since the teams are a big part of their communities, many local retail outlets will show their support by selling the beverage in their stores.

Gordon Lee, Chairman, said: "In 2004 we achieved recognition when we began the purchase of www.ussocceruk.com. Our rapid growth model combines complementary businesses to reduce costs and enhance revenue. We work to create shareholder equity with stable, strong assets and revenues. We focus on this paradigm and as our regulatory filings and overall progress to date clearly demonstrate, we deliver results."

Yan Skwara, President of International Sports and Media Group, added: "If you take the Energy Drink Licensing Agreements we have just recently announced geared specifically for the Soccer arena and add it together with the live streaming of Soccer matches over the Internet on our Internet Soccer network, SoccerTV, and couple it with the capabilities of our 'Soccer Alert' SMS Text Messaging service, we think we have assembled an exciting opportunity from a growth standpoint in the sports and media sector for our shareholders over the next twelve to eighteen months."

Additionally, on April 25, 2005, International Sports and Media Group chose GO Tech Inc., a software consulting company based in Coronado, Calif., to become its unprecedented strategic partner for its SoccerTV Network, in the area of internet streaming video, hardware and software integration for Soccer Matches shown live and archived over the internet. GO Tech Inc. has a tremendous amount of industry experience related to the design and integration of heavy-duty, scalable Video Streaming Server Systems, particularly Video on Demand (VOD) and deployable Broadcast Internet Television (BIT) systems.

Mario Ghecea, CEO, GO Tech Inc., explained: "Our video streaming servers are some of the fastest Video on Demand (VOD) optimized streaming media networks available in the industry today. We offer a fast, dual Xeon processor architecture on our servers, combined with RAID-based storage for expansion. On the software side, GO Tech Inc. has built a Streaming Video Portal (SVP) for its client, which allows an unlimited number of global partners and participating sports networks to tie directly into the portal and manage their unique content space using secured authentication.

"On the technology side, the main focus for ISME would be to distribute its patent pending 'Streaming Video Sports Network' technology on a national scale with its goal to eventually increase their exposure on a global scale! The leverage achieved by ISME would be tremendous in the area of global content aggregation and sports-based, distributed video networking!

"It makes perfect sense!" continued Ghecea, "ISME plans to leverage this new and exciting technology on the web and the time to do it is now! There aren't many soccer networks out there taking advantage of streaming video technology, trying to reach out to their web-based audience and the ever increasing, untapped sports market, consisting of rampant numbers of fans world-wide. ISME is uniquely positioned to become a leader in sports-based media distribution and internet broadcasting. ISME is definitely paving their way to success and is prone to become the ultimate, web-based distributed Soccer network!"

To enhance investor liquidity and promote institutional participation, ISME intends to apply for a listing on a larger stock exchange as soon as is practicable. ISME already meets some requirements for listing on NASDAQ or AMEX.

The Company cautions that this guidance is our best, good faith estimate based on current conditions and numerous assumptions about the industry, our access to financing, the competitive and regulatory landscape and our ability to complete acquisitions.
