I believe there is no such company as Internafta(The Russian company that Globetel is involved with).
I cannot find any info at all about them on any search engine, maybe someone here can. All links seem to originate with the same January PR.

All I'm saying is that I cannot find any information about a company called "Internafta" anywhere.
Go ahead and Google it, Yahoo it, MSN it, use any search engine you want.(Maybe someone has access to Nexis/Lexis, I don't)
All you'll find are references to the same January PR.
It reminds me of looking for evidence of Frank Olsen's previous TV networks that he "started up and sold for a profit" and coming up with that same college presentation biography.
I honestly wish someone would prove me wrong here as I kinda like this company and I did hold stock thru the reverse split/ exchange change. I currently do not.
Take a look at this link, this is what first got me a little suspicious.
see below: found that relatively quickly; the PR does say it's a private company--may not have a good reason for a Web site in Russia; prolly will take digging in int'l sources to find info...

not saying it's this company, but found this on quick search:
The PR below states that Internafta,LLC is a private entity that was established by the Russian investors for the explicit purpose of the transaction with Globetel Wireless.
GlobeTel Cites Details of Russian Wireless Agreement FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 9, 2006--GlobeTel's (AMEX:GTE) entry into the Russian communications market is the culmination of more than a year of meetings with Russian investors, members of the Russian Parliament and leaders of the Russian technology sector. The successful results of those discussions and final negotiations were released by GlobeTel to its shareholders and to the public on December 30, 2005. In order to further clarify the nature of the transaction, GlobeTel Communications Corp. today has provided below the following additional information about the transaction. The full contract may be viewed as part of the company's 8-K filing with the SEC on January 6, 2006.
Q. Who are the counterparties to the Russian Agreement?
A. GlobeTel Wireless, GlobeTel's wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a binding contract with LLC Internafta ("Internafta"). Internafta is a private Russian special purpose corporation formed by a group of wealthy Russian investors (the "Investors" or "Internafta") for the specific purpose of deploying GlobeTel's proprietary wireless communications systems throughout the Russian Federation.

Oh Ok, so there was no such company called Internafta until it was formed for this deal with Globetel.
That explains why the is little or no information available.
Thanks.
By the way, not to be picky but, that statement issued by Globetel about the MF article was a response to the Jan. 23 article, not the Jan. 7 article which I posted the link to.
They never did respond to that article.

Looks like a little profit taking kicked in today - but not as much as I had thought there would be. Holding up fairly nicely given the huge runnup yesterday.

That link is not Internafta's web page, it's simply a company info lookup page.
This is what that Russian page translates to:
