They could have turned it in and we just havent seen it pop up yet. If it doesnt show up by Monday morning before open I'm hoping I can get out before too much of a loss

i am still in. not sure if friday was the deadline. maybe zoltan's date was an estimate. or i thought for sure he got the date from the company.

I pulled out this morning. No 10K so I knew it was gonna drop hard. I'm gonna keep my eye on it though. If they do happen to file a 10K I'll buy back in at this new discounted price.

i just dont like how he was like "talked to the ceo great PR this week" and by the end of the week no PR or 10k. or maybe im wrong maybe he did talk to the ceo. who knows, this just proves dont take other peoples words.

I think Tom is full of it...saying that his accountant had the 10k. This company has been profitable for 32 years..this is not a start up fake company. And i did make money of trading this stock im sorry if some people lost out..do your DD and don't blame me when things dont go your way.

That wasn't my original pick by the way it was keithsan's and he was smart and got out when he did and did some great trading as well...i respect him he is an awesome trader and i wish i knew half of what he did. I made money and there was suppose to be a good press release getting rid of cornell but if you can't do your own DD and can only read what other people write on boards thats your problem and not everyone that writes on this board.

On it's way back up, name changed to MLXO, still on the OTCBB but nothing on Edgar about a filing. Did they file and we just don't have info yet? back up to .020. The wait for a PR or info on their 10k is driving me insane!

Okay. They have a monthly newsletter now because of all the inquiries. Their monthly recurring debt is now gone, it's all long-term. Now lets see them cut some costs and get their filings going and this things back to the AMEX!
