Michelex definitely agreed to these new terms and they would not have done that if they were not able to make the payments described. Wells Fargo, In My Opinion, Just cut Michelex some "MAJOR SLACK" on the debt, that they owe. This will be a Major Sign for Cornell Capital to get the Shorts out. Michelex has had 28 years of profit out of 33? Well thats a pretty good track record, plus 15 mil in assets, thats why Well Fargo is going easy on them. Wells Fargo people are smart enough to know about Cornell Capitals reputation, and they know that if Michelex used Cornell Funds, they would Probably be paid off right now. Tom G. is using his head for sure, breaking away from Cornell is the best thing he could do. Although to some this may not seem like good news, but I think it's GREAT news. It's gonna be fun to watch what Cornell does now to the Major Short position that they hold, they would be stupid not to cover like right now, lest they get caught short in the teens or .20's. If Michelex finds some good financing right away and Cornell hasn't covered yet, then they can get srewed bigtime. We could see this start to run tomorrow, thats not a prediction, just a guess.

How do you know Wells funded them after Cornell? Isnt it more likely that MLXO looked to Cornell for funding to pay the loan coming due from Wells? Now without Cornell and Wells wanting their money MLXO seems to really be struggling here

How can this be good?
Zoltan, you seem to indicate that Wells is helping MLXO out of their money troubles with Cornell. How is Wells doing this by asking for the immediate payment of their money from MLXO???

Well, looking at the BIG GOOSE EGG in volume today, I would say everyone is confused.. I,m gunna sit tight and see what sticks to the wall. cuz they be alot of chit flyin now.

The Press Release is suppose to be by the end of this week or the beginning of next week. And financials are due before the end of next week or we are going into pinks.. Everyone on the other boards are picking up mass amounts of shares today. Shaking the week hands out is great...but if nobody sells this is gonna pop big time!

I talk alot on investorshub and on chats..this one is the best board ! But what im hearing there are two types of investors those that dont want to wait out for next week and have been holding to long and getting impatient and those that are buying more and more on dips..id be right in there again if i had anymore funds free'd up. Investo7 a great trader i follow on another board is getting ahold of Tom "The CEO" again today, i figure i should call and jsut say what the " " is going on TOM! hahah ... we will see what happens im holding this bad boy!

This company has been profitable for the past 33 years? They were late on the last report because of the new funding going through so they didn't have to have funding from Cornell. We will see what happens here... i figure a big rebound tommorow and up we shoot again. Press Releases next week or end of this week and we are laughing.

I agree. Today was the first day in a while that the volume exceeded my holdings. Too bad it moved the wrong way. If they can avoid pink we should be ok though.

Nope he is still in and is trying to add to his position.. He has been talking to tom on the phone and they said that the 10k is in the hands of the accountant.
