Every director, officer or owner of more than ten percent of a class of equity securities registered under Section 12 of the '34 Act must file with the Commission a statement of ownership regarding such security. The initial filing is on Form 3 and changes are reported on Form 4. The Annual Statement of beneficial ownership of securities is on Form 5. The forms contain information on the reporting person's relationship to the company and on purchases and sales of such equity securities.

I'm still with you. Hoping for some kind of rebound soon...I'm in at .045....will we ever see it again? Racing season has just started, so it can slowly regain ground, over the next year.

IM STILL IN JOE Just read an article about racing they mentioned Arie,Marco and Alfread as the guys to bring Formula racing back. Marco won his race over the weekend. Didn't Msep sign both Arie and Marco? They mentioned that Alread Ulser is looking for a sponser. Maybe he is next????

I bought when it was dropping from a high of 0.06, thinking it would rebound soon after, but it hasn't yet. As I have posted in the past, I'm still a newbie to the game,l but I have been following msep for months and finally decided to buy msep. Would it be prudent to buy some more shares at the level it is now (.024), accumulating shares, and dropping my average price in my portfolio, or wait until it starts rising again, buy then, also accumulating to the portfolio. Any help and imput is appreciated. thank you very much for all the posts is the past.

It is not wise to average down on a falling PENNY stock. It may pay off once in a while but most of the time the stock keeps falling.

I'm still in. I got in around .05 and yes I bought when it was falling. I'll never do that again. As I stated a couple of weeks ago we need NASCAR. Thats where most of the money is. IMO....... GLTA
