doesnt look like there will be any huge moves down though. Wasnt even expecting it to jump as high as it did in the early day. All we need is a little volume surge and we will become bullish again soon. GLTA
waiting....

Sadly??! Joe! Where's the MSEP spirit? You've gone soft. Cheer up. One day you (could) be telling us how you rode the dark days and came through it all.

GLTY.

The best thing about the price being down is that you are well-set for it to go back up. [Smile]

Pull yourself together Joe...you've been the captain of this MSEP ship. Just kiddin' Joe. I'm still holding here. I think we've hit near bottom. It's just a matter of time before this ship sails again. I know, with 20/20 hindsight, we should have sold in the .08's. Go MSEP!!

Didn't JP Morgan say something simple but yet profound concerning stocks 'they fluctuate.' MSEP has been in an incredible downtrend fluctuation after ascending to dizzying and likely 'artificial' heights in a very short amount of time .07,.08 etc now .016 The rise to such high levels was probably more about sheer excitement than true reality but I agree with those who theorize bottom has to end sometime and maybe we're there--ok, and then maybe further to go. If you believe bottom has been attained, then you might seriously consider buying more to average down because guidance expected in mid-May might just be the upward catalyst that attracts a whole new investor $$ crowd and invigorates shareholders with renewed excitement. Many were erroneously placing all their expectations/hopes/ and yes dreams on 10k which ended up deflating excitment. It really didn't tell us anything substantial about forward guidance and set a dour mood overall. Perhaps any jump above .025 was 'artificial'particularly I remember that the rise from .05 to .08 particularly defied reason. If this drops to subpenny it may be a drop that defies reason in the downward way. Don't invest in MSEP if you can't abide the lost $$$ risk--but I am hopefully that May should better expose 'in the sun' how this very new venture is going $$wise. I'm going to reserve judgment here for now with an understanding that--every effectual startup company makes some errors but hopefully these are not fatal ones to the survival of an organization. Until I see irrefutable proof of 'fatal' errors I'm going to hold onto my position. Still up Joe...can still sell tomorrow for profit as I could have for uhmmlet's see about 90 days or more! Do your DD and GLTA!

Thanks guys.
Just sad these days. Just kicking myself for not selling. Anyway hoping we get some updates.

Sorry, I am not the captain of this MSEP ship. I was just a little too excited about msep. I got the pick from raginggbulll.ccom when it was tnti.

Do your dd before buying.

Joe!!

Hey, don't. I'm still laughing at my ride DOWN LGOV and back up. Fortunately for me it was just a one-day wait. Then there is UNQT where it was up to .013 but I held (a 400%+ gain); hope that holding out for the split will be worth it. Oh, and there was that 50% loss on ELCO a while back as well. [Razz]

The thing is, I've learned a lot in these mistakes. Sure, grieve the paper loss, but get yourself back on track soon. No sense looking at the past when there is money to be made. Those "mistakes" are the ones that help you next time. [Wink]

Joe, keep the faith.

Think of this time as the calm before the storm. MSEP has actual revenue which is a good sign. Not know how much is the downfall.

When the quarterly comes out we will have our answer. IMHO, it would be foolish to sell until the time we have confirmation of the ability of this company. That time is within the next couple weeks.

MotorSports Emporium Revamps Its Upscale Web Site
Friday April 29, 12:11 pm ET
ScaleCars.com Gets Fresh New Look

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 2005--David Keaveney, CEO of MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP - News), is pleased to introduce a fresh new look to its premier die cast car web site - ScaleCars - www.scalecars.com

"By and large Internet consumers are becoming increasingly vocal about their online shopping experiences and ScaleCars.com answered with its fresh new look. Through decision framing and scenario planning we believe to have produced a better 'mouse trap'. Our customers will enjoy greater efficiency when product searching and can also appreciate the benefits of a simplistic checkout system which includes several payment opportunities to now include PayPal®. Many intricacies were incorporated into the new site that should grant www.scalecars.com superior visibility on the more populated search engines. DriversDigs.com as well as MotorSportsEmporium.com will be getting 'facelifts' to help consumers with the ease of shopping," stated President and CEO David Keaveney.

In other news, MSEP is very excited about revenues generated from the new ScaleCars Ebay® store. In the past 37 days ScaleCars sold 92 items to generate nearly $7,000 in revenue from Ebay®. Management anticipates monthly revenue of $10,000 per month from its Ebay® store, a welcome contribution to overall revenue for ScaleCars. Investors can view the new ScaleCar Ebay® store at: http://stores.ebay.com/MotorSports-Emporium

Management would also like to update the investment community on its progress in business growth. The Company (MotorSports Emporium, Inc) is in discussion with two existing companies regarding either a joint venture, or acquisition. Both candidates have a recorded history of producing in excess of $1 million in annual revenues. Management cautions that they are still in discussion with further analyses and intelligence gathering needed prior to finalizing any transaction.

Keaveney concludes, "My early projection of revenue was based on the ability to grow the business with a core competency. We are still very confident considering we are only 16 weeks into the year. The recent instability in price and volume is no concern to us; it's expected in our market place. Until we are recognized as a mature company we will bear the weight of a 1,000 pound gorilla known as fluctuation. Nothing internally has changed. Our quarterly reports are obviously quantitative barometers for growth but do not imply each and every quarter is divided equally throughout the year. The investment community should understand our objectives are not achieved in the first few months but rather over time, methodically. Our strategic business plan has seen early success due to our macro approach in building this organization. MSEP is an aggressive growth company focusing on the creation of value through strategic partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions."

This latest PR is great in that it shows forward guidance and responds to concerns of shareholders. Rather than 'reinvent the wheel'it does makes great sense for managment to acquire income-generating businesse(s) already 'on-line' with revenue. As promising as Ebay is becoming--it represents a small 'trickle' of revenue where a 'flood' of revenue is going to be needed. Otherwise, let's face it the 1 million revenue or more for 2005 will be a pipe dream and the company's ability to survive will be much in doubt. Mr. Keaveney's movement toward acquisition(s)are both a logical and IMO a 'vital' business decision. Any acquisition of a respectable company already in place will enhance stability and greatly increase chance for mid-to long-term growth. Hopefully the markets respond favorably to this update and buyers 'come back aboard'this ship. After all, they may not have such a nice entry point once acquisition(s) hit. This one jumped high on sheer speculative excitement so be ready for the next rise to be based on reality.

Jason, wait til the 11th. UNQT should climb higher on that day with enough volume to trade it. That is because that is 3 days before the execution date for the split/dividend (3 days to settle). Of course you will be forfeiting your split/dividend, but sometimes safety is better.

As for me, I can't get a trade on unqt. It's extremely hard to get a fill, and the price jumps all over.

Who would hire their own wife as a COO? [Frown]

MSEP -- Motorsports Emporium, Inc.
Com ($0.001)

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:
MotorSports Emporium Appoints Chief Operating Officer; Company looks internally for experience to run day-to-day operations

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 05, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- MotorSports Emporium, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEP) announces the appointment of Rhonda Keaveney as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO). Rhonda was appointed Secretary and Director of the company in October 2004 and will continue to serve as so in addition to her new role.

As COO, Rhonda will be responsible for driving the performance of all three divisions of MotorSports Emporium; ScaleCars, DriversDigs and PitStop Studios. Rhonda will focus on strengthening the day-to-day operations of MotorSports Emporium and its subsidiaries reporting to CEO David Keaveney on product development and marketing.

David Keaveney, President and CEO commented, "Rhonda has been running the day-to-day operations at MotorSports Emporium since she joined our management team back in 2004. Until now Rhonda has been a 'silent' contributor whom will now take the reins as COO to further build our operations."

Over the years Rhonda has functioned as Compliance Officer, Office Administrator and Registered Representative for NASD firms where she held Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. Rhonda held the position of Director of Operations and Managing Member for a private investment partnership. Rhonda has a strong background in case management, office administration and the securities and insurance industries. Rhonda attended Arizona State University where she studied Psychology and Business and is currently working towards her Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.

"I'm excited about my new role in the company," said Rhonda. "My immediate focus is exploiting every opportunity to increase revenue from our existing divisions. We had instant success with the launch of our eBay(R) store and I predict we can squeeze further revenues with only minor changes. We are giving both DriversDigs and MotorSports Emporium a new look which will allow us to better market our web sites. We've already begun the necessary steps to ramp up advertising and exposure for all three divisions with great hopes for early success. I'm taking growth responsibility to a whole new level. Under my guidance growth will become more recognized, obvious and particular. My expectations are a streamlined business model that produces revenue 24/7 with little maintenance," concludes Rhonda.

David concludes, "To date we've been focusing on generating revenue from our existing business operations. This focus has slowed down our innate ability to grow through M&A (mergers and acquisitions) which is why I asked Rhonda to take the position of COO. Since inception we haven't had the luxury of time to evaluate many viable M&A candidates. Now that Rhonda is focused on daily growth, I've taken an aggressive attitude towards acquisitions. A 4 1/2 month courting is coming to an end with only a few more items needing to be ironed out. I anticipate a quick close shortly there after."

In other news MotorSports Emporiums is temporarily experiencing an unforeseen incident. The toll-free phone number for ScaleCars.com is down. Marketing Manager for MSEP, Mark Wolkos, explains, "We just changed long distance carriers and upgraded our entire phone system to automate. Suspect is its either technical or our new carrier hasn't yet switched. It was impossible to foresee any incident but we are working to resolve the problem and apologize for any inconveniences. Our direct numbers and fax to both ScaleCars.com and MotorSports Emporium are operating without issue. I encourage you to call either (480) 556-0821 or (480) 596-4002 until our toll-free line is up and running."
