How awesome is it that David bought another 500K. There must be something good about this company if the CEO is putting his money in it. Hang on folks, this one is going up! ECP

MSEP CEO bought another 500,000 msep shares today @ .017. That's 9,500,000 in the past 3 months. .017 should be msep new support. Every time when insiders buys it creates a new support area.

Can't wait until Monday. David is a solid CO and is leading this company in the right direction. IMHO I think the 0.01 and 0.02 days will be quickly behind us and we'll be pushing the .1 mark in a month or so. DYODD ECP

Friday Feb 11, 2005 It’s difficult to judge results at test sessions, as teams and drivers concentrate on different aspects of performance.
Some teams work on aerodynamics. Some focus on race setups and make long runs using full fuel tanks, which in turn, slow the car.
But looking at statistics, Dan Wheldon was the top overall driver during five days of IndyCar Series open testing -- on the 2.21-mile road course and 1.5-mile oval at Homestead-Miami Speedway and the 1-mile Phoenix International Raceway oval.
Wheldon, Helio Castroneves and defending IndyCar Series champion Tony Kanaan, ranked in the top 10 on each day of testing. Andretti Green Racing was the most consistent team in the preseason, with Kanaan, Wheldon, Dario Franchitti and Bryan Herta each ranking in the top five, in their Dallara/Honda/Firestone entries.
Rankings were determined by adding each driver’s position on the final speed chart each day. The driver with the lowest score prevails, though it may not be the most accurate indicator of performance. Scott Dixon was the most consistent driver in testing in 2004, but was not a factor in the championship. Buddy Rice, who recorded three victories, including the Indianapolis 500, didn’t crack the top 10.

Joe, Now we just need Herta to win a few races and make mention of his sponsors. That would really send the stock north. See you on Monday! ECP

Yeah but even with volume picking up, we are still stuck in the mud here and dragging our feet. I can't believe this one hasn't gone up even a little. How many days of flat trading are we going to have to endure? Come on MMs, let this one run. ECP

Started doing some DD on this one and it doesn't look good. It has had its run. I honestly do not see much upside from here.

No actually I don't. Here is a section from the last 10Q!
As discussed above, on August 26, 2004, the Company issued 2,500,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock. Pursuant to Section 2(a) of the Certificate of Designation, each share of the Series B Preferred Stock shall be entitled to one vote for each share of the Common Stock into which the Series B Preferred Stock is convertible as of the record date for such vote or, if no record date is specified, as of the date of such vote.
Pursuant to the terms of the Certificate of Designation of Series B Preferred Stock, the par value of each shares of Series B Preferred Stock is $0.05. Pursuant to Section 5(a) of the Certificate of Designation, the holder of the Series B Preferred Stock may convert said shares to common stock at his option. Pursuant to Section 5(a), in the event of a conversion, the number of shares of Common Stock to be issued on account of each share of the Series B Preferred Stock shall be determined by dividing (i) the Adjusted Face Value plus the amount of any accrued but unpaid dividends thereon by (ii) $0.0005. Accordingly, each share of Series B Preferred Stock is convertible into 100 shares of common stock at option of the holder of the Series B Preferred Stock, for an aggregate of 250,000,000 shares of common stock.

What would you rather have 2.5 Milliom shares of series B stock at .05 or convert them to 250 MILLION shares of common stock at above .01?

Amendment to Promissory Note and Management Severance Agreement (continued)
On the date of issuance of the Preferred Stock Series B, the effective conversion price was at a discount to the price of the common stock into which the Preferred Stock was convertible. The beneficial conversion feature has been reflected as a dividend immediately due to the ability to convert immediately. As a result, the Company recorded $15,000 dividend relative to the beneficial conversion feature witha a corresponding increase in retained deficit.
The Agreement also provided that the Company was to form a gaming subsidiary named Pro Shuffler, Inc., and that all gaming related assets, licenses, and liabilities relating to the gaming business be transferred to Pro Shuffler, Inc.

I guess we will just have to wait till the next 10Q. One thing is for sure I won't touch it for now. I just think this company may have alot of shares out because of the high volume and no movement. SOMEONE IS SELLING OR DUMPING.

Folks, are we in this for the long haul or just trying to make a few bucks? The answer to that question will be how long you are willing to wait on this stock to go up. I have limited patience but I am willing to wait for the next 10Q and see what that has to say. That will be indicative of where the stock goes. We could see flat trading up until the 10Q comes out. I'm going to wait and make a decision based on some hard data rather than what is said on this board or R/B. DOYDD but I think we have a winner here, we all just have to be patient and hold long and strong! ECP for MSEP
