U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. Announces Agreement With I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. to Build an Organic Fertilizer and Biofuel Production Facility in Natchez, MS, and a 40 MW Green Power Generation Facility in Vidalia, LA

By Market Wire
Last Update: 10/16/2006 10:19:23 AM
Data provided by

NATCHEZ, MS, Oct 16, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp., a Mississippi Corporation ("US Sustainable," "USSEC" or "the Company") (PINKSHEETS: LFZA), announced today an agreement with I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. ( www.icthomasson.com ) to build an organic fertilizer and biofuel production facility in Natchez, MS, and a 40 MW Green power generation facility in Vidalia, LA.

Kelmer R. Smith, Jr. PE, CEM, CPP, President of I.C. Thomasson MS Operations, stated, "For the last several months, I have had the privilege of assisting USSEC in preparing a Basis of Design Document for their Natchez, MS, production plant as well as a feasibility study for their Vidalia, LA, power generation station. I have personally witnessed the production of the USSEC biofuels and have seen one formulation demonstrated as a 50/50 fuel in a variety of unmodified diesel engines and a second 100% formulation demonstrated in several gasoline engines. In my opinion, USSEC will produce the next generation biofuels with significant, positive socio-economic impacts. I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. is elated to be chosen as the design professional to assist USSEC in implementing this ground-breaking technology."

Commenting further, USSEC's CEO John Rivera stated, "We are extremely pleased to partner with I.C. Thomasson. They have considerable specialized prime engineering experience covering a wide range of projects. These include industrial and institutional steam plants, central chilled water plants, cogeneration systems, utility distribution systems, distributed and standby power generation, process control systems, soybean processing facilities, edible oil refineries, environmental systems and related process type projects. By choosing USSEC's green power, homes, businesses, and governments support the development of cleaner forms of power generation and reduce their own environmental impact. And as more green power is developed, the overall environmental impacts associated with electricity generation will be reduced."

About U.S. Sustainable Energy

USSEC holds patent pending technology for a new breakthrough biofuel and carbon based fertilizer. USSEC has successfully demonstrated the most cost effective method of producing biofuel estimated at $.50/gallon according to exhaustive studies and independent Lab confirmation. The company has developed the process, units and catalyst that will transform agricultural biomass into biofuel and fertilizer. This technology offers a solution for foreign oil dependence, balancing industrial and agricultural concerns with environmental issues and stabilizing and eventually reversing global greenhouse gas emissions. USSEC's research and development has successfully demonstrated the core technology in its fully functional facility located in Port Gibson, MS. The company is currently pursuing fully scalable implementation and deployment at further locations. Unlike other biomass gasification, the USSEC process can operate at a variety of scale, converting even waste biomass into fuel and fertilizer. The fuel produced will ultimately be more valuable than ethanol or methanol, and the USSEC process can convert biomass materials at an efficiency that cannot be matched by currently planned operations. In addition, unlike virtually all other approaches for biomass to energy, which deplete soil nutrients, the USSEC process restores and enhances soil mineral and carbon content. As a direct result of this revolutionary approach to integrated energy and fertilizer production from biomass, the USSEC process effectively removes Greenhouse Gases from the atmosphere, and can do so profitably before the value of Green Certificates and Carbon Credits are considered.

Beechwood, you should not have sold those 750,000 shares * .12

It went to .19 today and if you would have just waited a few more days, you would have made an extra $50,000 + and been able to take more than just a year off.

with the 250,000 shares you still own I would definitely hold onto them. This shows no signs of slowing down..

Family man:

Woulda, shoulda, coulda.
I won't complain here.
I turned $400 into $90k on this deal so far.
I gave the MM a healthy spread below bid to
get me out quick when I dumped the first lot.
Yeah I could've made more on the first call.
A lot more like you say.
But I could've lost it all, too.
Pennies can turn south on a dime and if there's
one thing I've learned about pennyland it's
that you take your profits when you get them.
What's Cramer's number one rule?
"Bulls make money, bears make money, and what?...
PIGS GET SLAUGHTERED!!!
That's right.
As for my remaining 250k shares I'm letting
them ride for now.
They're worth another $42k at close today.
I'll sell in small increments if it plays out.
Otherwise I may dump them if it spikes big again.
Haven't made a decision as yet.
It's kinda like watching the Poker World Series
Tour and waiting for the flop card.
We'll see what happens.

NATCHEZ, MS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/17/06

U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp., A Mississippi Corporation ("US Sustainable," "USSEC" or "the Company") (PINKSHEETS: LFZA), announced today that USSEC has patent pending technology related to gaseous and liquid biofuels made from a natural feedstock, such as soy, corn, their by-products, or any combination thereof. It is believed that the unique chemical composition resulting from USSEC's proprietary process results in the inventive gaseous biofuel, which has been shown to exhibit higher thermal energy than natural gases, with a minimum of 1800 BTU/standard cubic foot.

With respect to its liquid biofuels, like its gaseous biofuels, USSEC has independent laboratory tests verifying unexpected and surprising physical properties, such as a heat capacity of at least 120,000 BTU/gal, which is greater than traditional biodiesel. USSEC's inventive liquid biofuel also exhibits extremely low pour and cloud points, such as less than at least -70°F.

In addition to the previously described biofuels, USSEC's inventive process allows even the resulting, solid by-products to be used in potentially viable commercial applications. As a result, patent applications have been filed to cover methods of making these solid by-products, which include an organic fertilizer containing organic nitrogen, potash (K2CO3), and orthophosphate, as well as vegetable pigments made from the previously described natural feedstocks.

Mr. John Rivera, CEO of USSEC, stated, "With this broad patent protection and our proprietary knowledge of the process, we own the molecular structure of this totally unique fuel. We are extremely grateful for the detailed work that has been done by our law firm Finnegan Henderson (www.finnegan.com). Every day we are bringing America one step closer to energy independence."

Who has been to the website and reviewed the past pr's and watched the video of Dr. Lassoie? Some of the things that were mentioned in there, such as, Foreign Bank Financing, multiple refineries in Central America & the Carribean makes one think that this could truly be the future of energy for the next mellinium.

FamilyMan:

I seriously doubt I woulda got .19 for this thing.
The spread was .18 x .19 at it's high with
.19 being the ask price here.
You always sell at the bid (.18 here) not the ask
The difference between the two is called the spread and that's how the MM's on the floor
make their money.
I don't know anyone that ever sold anything at the ask price.
If I wanna put myself at the head of the line and
dump the stock fast, I'll give the MM an extra
half to full point below the bid (.17 here).
This fattens the MM's wallet by another 8% or more and gives him an added incentive to fill
my trade fast.
This stradegy has always worked well for me in a
volatile market when everybody and his brother
is trying to get out at once.
You hafta find a way to put yourself at the head of the line giving the MM a slightly wider spread
usually does the trick.
After all, it's the MM you hafta get past if you
want to fill your trade so you can't be greedy.
You got to give a little to get what you want.
Especially in pennyland.

Pullback in play as predicted.
MM's dragged it down to .13 yesterday.
For those of you who didn't load up the truck
at .0004 way back when (like I did) this may
be a good jump in before the rally.
Back around x-mas I bought 1 mil. shares of this
at .0004 ($400) and recently sold 750k shares
at .12 ($90,000!)-- yeaaah baby!
Still hanging onto my remaining 250k shares
and waiting for the MM's to turn it loose
after they load up the truck for themselves.
Let her rrrrrrip Mr. MM -- let her rrrrrrip!

I've sold several things at the ask. Same as buying at the bid, more luck than anything. Of course when I did sell at the ask, moments later the PPS started to run. Sigh, such is life.

Somebody at HSM said they were going to have a demo at Vidalia.

That's the power plant.

If they are going to demo their fuel by running the power plant, that is HUGE!!!

I have a sophisticated filter that can run
a trace and track the origin of any virus.
It was piggy-backed on your letter, mister.
It came from YOU though you may not have been aware and passed it on inadvertantly.
No harm done, however.
It was quarenteened and recycled.
I'm sure you can appreciate my concern as I
run a business and trade extensively online.
I'd run an xsoft or spydoctor and scan
your system for same if you have them.
My apologies.

U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. Announces Strategic Alliance to Build the World's Largest 1000 Megawatt Green Power Utility Company to Demonstrate Revolutionary Biofuels at Vidalia, LA City Hall at 11:00 am CST on Oct. 31st, 2006

Market Wire "US Press Releases "

NATCHEZ, MS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/25/06 -- U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: LFZA) and Turnkey Electric, the joint venture partner of Pratt & Whitney Power Systems (www.mobilepacusa.com), today announce a strategic alliance leading to a joint venture to build the world's largest 1,000 Megawatt green power utility in Vidalia, Louisiana. In addition, the company announced that three additional 1,000 Megawatt plants are in the engineering stage.

Phil Vecchiarelli, Area Director of Sales for Pratt & Whitney and Kyle Barnette, Co-Owner of Turnkey Electric, LLC, will be at the groundbreaking demonstration scheduled for 11:00 CST am on Oct. 31st, 2006 at City Hall in Vidalia, LA. USSEC will demonstrate the powering of City Hall using a 175kw generator, a new out of the box gasoline lawnmower, a Yamaha Riva 2 stroke gasoline engine and a 1 million mile old Detroit Diesel all using USSEC's revolutionary next generation unique patent pending biofuel.

John Rivera, CEO of USSEC, said, "We know academia believes you can not run gasoline and diesel engines using the same type of fuel. We are inviting the international financial community and the local and national media affiliates to come to Vidalia and see history in the making on Tuesday Oct. 31st."

Kyle Barnette, Co-Owner of Turnkey Electric, LLC, stated, "Electric utility companies must turn to green power to help ensure the ecosystems of our planet. USSEC's recycled renewable green energy is a solution that we want, and we are very proud to be part of."

Mayor Hiram Copeland stated, "We are absolutely thrilled to be hosting this groundbreaking event at 11:00 am CST on October 31st. USSEC's technology will help lower Vidalia's energy costs and attract more industry and employment into the area. Vidalia is known as the 'City on the Move,' and with USSEC's green power we are taking great strides to clean up our air and environment today."

Renewable energy resources are continuously replenished, and include biomass and biogas. Biomass is organic material that releases energy as heat when burned. Examples of biomass fuels include wood, wood waste, straw, manure, and agricultural crops. Most biomass power plants burn biomass fuels directly to produce steam. This steam is usually captured by a turbine, and a generator then converts it into electricity. All of these resources reduce the environmental impact associated with traditional power generation. Currently, less than 2% of the nation's energy supply is generated from non-hydro renewable resources. The majority of our nation's electricity is generated from fossil fuels. To learn more about the environmental impacts of different sources of electricity generation, visit EPA's Clean Energy Web site.

About U.S. Sustainable Energy

USSEC holds patent pending technology for a new breakthrough biofuel and carbon based fertilizer. USSEC has successfully demonstrated the most cost-effective method of producing biofuel estimated at $.50/gallon according to exhaustive studies and independent Lab confirmation.
